I was given a reward .. I tried to claim it but apparently I need to buy an un-discounted pizza to claim my reward. So my reward is in fact a fee. I pointed this out when complaining to a survey about this issue .. and was given a reward requiring .. not impressed .. but upset enough to seek this out and write it.
