I recall one story of a girl's school principal finding all these lipstick kisses on the school toilet mirrors. This principal found some culprits and gathered them into the room to show them the mirror. Telling them the cost and how it needed to be kept clean. To illustrate, the janitor got a mop and bucket. To wet the mop, the mop was dipped into a toilet. The practice stopped after that.
