29th Oct Review of Historical and Current Affairs

My name is David Daniel Ball and I am Voice DDB dot locals dot com a voice of freedom supporting freedom around the world for all peoples. I write on historical and current affairs. I look for the conservative voice where mainstream media eschews it. Around the world media espouses liberalism orthodoxy and proclaims a history of liberalism that never happened. Liberalism of today is based on repeated lies that have been accepted from the past.

Consider these recent truths

A year ago today, FB dumped their God Emperor Trump account, claiming the 5 yo account had been merely created to overcome FB censorship. The obvious reality being that the partisan outfit of FB was (illegally?) campaigning for Democrats. FB protects pedophiles and terrorists, but attacks conservatives? Did Zuckerberg learn from what happened to Epstein? It is dangerous to have a posture when the wind changes.

The incompetence of Joe Biden mirrors the past. Gough Whitlam

I dispute that Gough was the worst ever Australian PM at the time of his death. His abysmal foreign policy is still felt around the world, his debt crisis is still unbalancing the Australian economy and his bad 'reform' of ALP has kept it in the nineteenth century and prevented good people from achieving anything, but Rudd, then Gillard were worse. It is worth listing Gough's achievements. Gough distrusted the US who were allies, and embraced Communist China before Nixon went to negotiate freedoms. He ended conscription and pulled Australia out of Vietnam sooner than high command had planned. That meant when US pulled out in '75 that lots of weapons were left behind that were dangerous for the communist world to have. The threat that Communist Vietnam would sell those weapons to Timor's communist rebels meant Gough gave the nod to Indonesia to invade to prevent those communist Timor rebels from buying and using those weapons. The Timor invasion by Indonesia resulted in the apparently planned deaths of Australian journalists at Balibo by Indonesian special forces, some of whom vie for Indonesian politics today. Gough distrusted Southern Vietnamese who had been supported by the US and spurned their pleas for help. Because of his disastrous spending, Gough needed lots of money and sought to embroil Australia with Iraq. Gough had become leader of a disunited infighting ALP and he took steps to reform it by aligning it more closely with unions and producing the model that cannot be reformed now without disentangling from corrupt union leadership. In Australia, Gough spent unsustainably, and made reckless promises. He promised free education and made it harder for better students to study at university, ultimately making it more expensive for everyone. He promised fair access to health care but delivered a faulty product that needed to be reformed. He politicised the High Court and Governor General's position and created the family court which even today is highly criticised for poor decision making. Gough cared little for those he was responsible for and complained when his holidays were interrupted for disasters, like Cyclone Tracy and the Melbourne floods. Gough was the champion of empty symbolism and claimed to do things he hadn't done, like ending the White Australia Policy. He divided Australia on racial lines by creating a body which has failed to address needs of Aboriginals adequately. Gough felt betrayed by the governor general he appointed and he ruined the man who served faithfully, John Kerr. Gough was patron to notable ALP failures in Keating, Gillard and Clare. He was a charming man who could joke about his megalomania in a pasta advert. On the plus side, he got rid of McMahon as Liberal chief. But he ruined that with Fraser.

We are not lost, despite what we are told by elite. Consider Margaret Thatcher

It was the radical Socialist writer and patriot, the late George Orwell, who described the left-wing intellectuals as men motivated primarily by hatred of their own country.

Socialists who spoke most about brotherhood of man [sic] could not bear their fellow-Englishmen, he complained. Their well-orchestrated sneers from their strong point in the educational system and media have weakened the nat
ional will to transmit to future generations those values, standards and aspirations which made England admired the world over.
It is just because their message is that self-discipline is out of date and that the poor cannot be expected to help themselves, that they want the state to do more. That is why they believe in state ownership and control of economic life, education, health.

Their wish to end parental choice in where and how their children shall be educated, in spending their money on better education and health for their children instead of on a new car, leisure, pleasure, is all part of the attempt to diminish self and self-discipline and real freedoms in favour of the state, ruled by socialists, the new class, as one disillusioned communist leader called them.

We are not lost, despite what we are told by elite. Consider Trafalgar

To set the scene in 1805, England's greatest sailor was facing near certain death and humiliation off the Spanish coast on the morning. He had a desperate plan that had never worked successfully before. He was faced with a larger force of a combined fleet of Spanish and French fleet, under the command of Pierre-Charles Villeneuve for France and Federico Gravina for Spain. Nelson had 27 ships of the line to 33. Classically, the ships would form in two lines and shoot at each other with broadsides until the fleet with less guns and ships was annihilated or surrendered. But Napoleon had had plans to march his grand army into Britain and if Napoleon's fleet was free, her massive army would easily take London. So Nelson was faced with a battle he couldn't surrender or lose, but couldn't win through conventional means. So Nelson's plan addressed it by promoting the superiority of British ships on one to one combat. Britain had had better ships thanks to her guns having triggers instead of lit wicks for firing, better trained men and copper lined bottoms to her ships. Nelson's desperate plan was to sail his ships directly towards the enemy line in two lines at a right angle. He knew the front two British ships would have to weather about thirty minutes of direct fire from the enemy line, but when the closed, he would be able to fight ship to ship with the centre and vanguard of enemy ships, while the enemy ships in the top of the line would have to turn around and re engage. Nelson had two lines because when the tactic had been applied in the past, the concentrated fire on one ship had sunk it and every subsequent one. Two lines, he calculated, would diminish the damage taken to either. Nelson led one line, Cuthbert Collingwood another. Nelson wanted to tell his men he was confiding in them, and he knew they would do their best. But the flag signal man told him he could transmit the message more easily if he substituted a few words. The message, approved by Nelson, is recorded in history and stirring. Instead of Admiral Nelson, the word used was England. Instead of confides, the word used was expects. The message had become "England expects every man will do their duty."

In battle, the forecastle of Victory (Nelson's ship) had lines of marines. Some six were picked off before he gave instructions that they could break ranks and seek cover. Nelson's secretary was adjacent to him when a cannonball knocked his head in, splashing his brains onto Nelson, who remarked he didn't like the taste and regretted that the secretary would not experience victory. Nelson stood with full assignations on his uniform, including a stunning diamond. Smoke obscured the scene as Victory closed with Redoubtable and a sniper shot from Redoubtable's Mast Nest mortally wounded Nelson. Captain Hardy was on hand, and carried Nelson below deck to see the surgeon. Hardy could have been charged with negligence for deserting his post later. Nelson took some five hours to die. Near death, Hardy returned to report success. Nelson thanked God he had done his duty. Britain had not lost a ship, but captured 21 ships and destroyed another. Napoleon would march his Grand Armee on Moscow later. As a result, England would rule the waves around the world until WW2.

We are being lied to. But not by everyone. Our nations and their justice machinery are not broken, but damaged. Things are bad, but they are supposed to be bad, rather than merely breaking. We can't give up. We must reject the liars, and remove them from public office, and prosecute them lawfully. Things can get better, but we must persevere or risk losing hope. We must not fight the Devil by playing the Devil's game. Rather we must resist the Devil by being free. There is no law against doing what is right. Their utter depravity kills us. They target us and they seek to restrain us. But while the greatest among us a hundred years ago has died, their legacy has not. That which we are, we are. Lockdowns were ineffective in dealing with COVID. Effective medication has been denied whole populations. Herd immunity will prevail. Fraud deleteriously affected recent elections around the world. But, Democracy will prevail. Our oppressors will pass. For us to win, we must assert our freedoms. For us to lose, we must willingly surrender our freedoms forever. Our children will have to pay back our debt. We must sacrifice now so that they can. That means telling truth to power. That means pointing up when when some get confused and lose their way. Stand by the one who sacrificed their pension and freedoms to speak out. Prosecute the ones forgiven by a debauched and self interested administration. Vote for those who help you exercise your freedom. Don't wait for free speech. Exercise free speech.

Intro to Locals.com

My name is David Daniel Ball I'm a teacher with three decades experience teaching math to high school kids.I also work with first graders and kids in between first grade and high school. I know the legends of why Hypatia's dad is remembered through his contribution to Math theory. And I know the legend of why followers of Godel had thought he had disproved God's existence.

I'm not a preacher, but I am a Christian who has written over 28 books all of which include some reference to my faith. Twelve blog books on world history and current affairs, detailing world events , births and marriages on each day of the year, organised by month. Twelve books on the background to and history of Bible Quotes. One Bible quote per day for a year. An intro to a science fiction series I'm planning, post apocalyptic cyber punk. An autobiography with short story collections.

I'm known in Australia for my failure as a whistleblower over the negligence death of a school boy. I had reported the issue responsibly and had not known I'd blown the whistle. The embarrassed left wing government had responded by imposition of a nationwide ban on the use of peanut butter in canteens, despite failing to address the issue of peanut allergy appropriately.

I've been de-platformed on Facebook and twitter despite not being an activist. Twitter did not like me asking for Obama to face justice in 2011. FB gave no specific reason for removing me following Jan 6th 2021 in Washington DC where a policeman killed an unarmed woman, so a crowd would know he was in control.

Anonymous revealed: Miles Taylor identifies himself as Trump official behind explosive op-ed, book

White House Press Secretary has issued a withering response after the identity of Anonymous, a notorious critic of the President, was revealed.

https://www.news.com.au/world/north-america/us-politics/anonymous-revealed-miles-taylor-identifies-himself-as-trump-official-behind-explosive-oped-book/news-story/56186e2b72fae45afc080c53aeef1b5a

Anonymous, the senior Trump official who published an explosive opinion piece and a tell-all book from inside the administration, has finally revealed his identity, six days before the presidential election.

His name is Miles Taylor, and he is the former chief of staff at the Department of Homeland Security.

The Trump campaign will likely breathe a sigh of relief that Anonymous did not turn out to be someone with a higher profile.

Also softening any potential blow to the President is the fact that Mr Taylor has already been publicly critical of Mr Trump since leaving the administration.

He endorsed Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in August.

Make no mistake: I am a Republican, and I wanted this President to succeed. That’s why I came into the Administration with John Kelly, and it’s why I stayed on as chief of staff at the Department of Homeland Security.

The President responded to the news during one of his political rallies in Arizona.

“You know Anonymous? You know this Anonymous, that everyone’s been looking for? That law enforcement could have found early if they wanted to? But everybody was looking for Anonymous,” he said.

“It turned out to be a low-level staffer, a sleazebag, who’s never worked in the White House. Anonymous was a nobody, a disgruntled employee who was quickly removed from his job a long time ago, for they tell me incompetence.

“He wrote a phony book. If you heard about Anonymous, it was like somebody that was right next to me. I thought it might have been Hope Hicks, I thought it might have been Jared, I thought it might have been Mike Lee! I was extremely worried about Rand Paul.

“This guy’s a low-level lowlife, that I don’t know. I have no idea who he is, other than I got to see him a little while ago on television. And I think they threw him out a long time ago.

“His phony book was just based on fake articles and left-wing outlets. He worked with the fake news New York Times. And he’s an employee of Google, he works for Google, isn’t that nice?

“The whole thing was just one more giant hoax from the Washington swamp and a corrupt special interest group.

“I tell you what, this guy, in my opinion, he should be prosecuted. He should be prosecuted.”

France and Germany locked down amid coronavirus chaos in Europe

Coronavirus Australia live: Fears restriction detail could spark a surge in cases

Just two days in to Melbourne's eased restrictions and a trend is already emerging among businesses that some fear could spark a surge in cases.

https://www.news.com.au/world/coronavirus/australia/coronavirus-australia-live-victoria-qld-nsw-covid19-updates/live-coverage/f9515fb2a47b7bf68aac80ab719a0ac2#

Just two days in to Melbourne's eased restrictions and a trend is already emerging among businesses that some fear could spark a surge in cases.

Businesses across Victoria are required to take down the contact details of anyone who is in the venue for more than 15 minutes but there have already been cases of businesses failing to comply with this simple rule.

There have been reports of cafes, hairdressers and beauty salons failing to take down customer’s details for contact tracing purposes.

It comes after queues of people were pictures outside stores as restrictions lifted at 11.59 on Tuesday.

Pictures taken at 24 Kmart stores across Melbourne showed people ignoring social distancing as they lined up and then rushing through the doors as they opened.

Victoria is unprepared to treat sick people?

Victoria’s COVID contact tracing subject of new inquiry

Victoria’s contact tracing system will now be put to its own inquiry, just one day after Brett Sutton called the state’s set up “the best in the Australia”.

https://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/health/health-problems/victorias-covid-contact-tracing-subject-of-new-inquiry/news-story/010224e7d75245349cae8d1d7eeefa15

Victoria’s coronavirus contact tracing system will be put under the microscope, as politicians seek to find out if it played any part in the state’s deadly second wave.

A motion by the Victorian Coalition to establish an inquiry into the system was given the go ahead in parliament on Wednesday.

It will be carried out by parliament’s Legal and Social Issues Committee, headed by Reason Party Leader Fiona Patten.

The rest of the committee consists of three Labor MPs, two Coalition MPs and two crossbenchers.

Deputy Opposition Leader Georgie Crozier, who put the motion forward in parliament, said the inquiry would help Victorians regain trust in the health system as the state finally begins to move out of lockdown.

“This parliamentary inquiry will get to the bottom of some of those failures that have occurred, but more importantly give Victorians an understanding and give them the confidence that they really need with the contact tracing system,” she said.

The news comes after Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton called Victoria’s contact tracing system the best in the country.

“I’ve been pretty frank about weaknesses or critiques in elements of our response right through, but I will say now, I think our case contact and outbreak management is the best in Australia at the moment,” Mr Sutton said on Tuesday.

Treating sick people has not been a priority of Vic Health during the COVID crisis. They declared a treatment, HCQ, a poison based on bad studies. Fiona Patten will probably try to exonerate herself over her awful decision to give Dan Andrews emergency powers.

Fauci's message for Victorians

kerryjanewarren

America's top COVID-19 expert Dr Anthony Fauci has praised Victoria's miraculous recovery from its second wave of coronavirus.

Speaking in a University of Melbourne panel discussion with Doherty Institute director Sharon Lewin, Dr Fauci said Australia had done "quite well" handling the pandemic.

"I would like to say the same for the United States, but the numbers speak for themselves," he said.

Dr Fauci said Victorians in particular were worthy of admiration for how wholeheartedly they have embraced masks.

"I really wish that we could transplant that kind of mentality here, because masks in the United States have almost become a political statement," he said.

"People were ridiculed for wearing masks, it depended on which side of a political spectrum you were at, which is so painful to me as a physician, a scientist and a public health person — to see such divisiveness centred around a public health issue.

"If there's one area of life that there should not be divisiveness, it is in the health of your nation."

The full panel discussion will be premiering on the University of Melbourne YouTube channel at 7:00pm AEDT.

‘Ms Maguire’: Gladys Berejiklian grilled by reporters over shredding scandal

Gladys Berejiklian’s press conference was derailed today by a man who referred to her as “Ms Maguire”. We now know who it was.

https://www.news.com.au/national/nsw-act/politics/shredding-scandal-gladys-berejiklian-slams-fresh-calls-for-her-to-resign/news-story/3f3913c62ced5abf7449e838b858e950

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has been grilled by reporters at a fiery press conference amid fresh calls for her to resign over a shredding scandal linked to $250 million in council grants.

Reporters also probed her over the ongoing koala policy saga, with one reporter demanding she answer his question about land clearing.

“Answer the question Ms Berejiklian … sorry, Ms Maguire maybe,” he said.

But the Premier ignored the gibe.

The taunts came from Kristo, who works as a researcher for YouTuber FriendlyJordies, who in recent months has been seen cosying up to Labor leader Jodi McKay.

Kristo, who has previously referred to himself as “the gatekeeper” for FriendlyJordies, was escorted out of the room shortly after his outburst.

Later in the day, Police Minister David Elliott was asked for his opinion on the incident.

He said he was not concerned about the Premier’s level of personal security, but has “always been a big advocate of making sure that media conferences are restricted to bona-fide journalists”.

Mr Elliott said the Youtuber’s relationship with the Opposition Leader said “more about Jodi McKay than it does about FriendlyJordies”.

ALP have not had a competent leader in NSW in a long time. Still don't.

Don't give up on hope. The blood libel hoax about Jews does not die but keeps morphing. In 1554, Suleiman the magnificent, leader of the Ottoman Empire, issued a royal decree denouncing it. Several Popes have denied it happened. It is not Jewish practice. Yet politically motivated persons spread lies which hurt Jews everywhere. So I greatly distrust the Wikipedia account of the so called Safsaf Massacre of 1948 attributed to the IDF. I know that the UN and British Palestine were supposed to give Israel to the Jews and Jordan invaded to prevent it. I also know Nazis were employed to advise the military of Egypt, Syria and other nations hostile to Israel. I know that despite intense opposition from the world, Israel stands today and is a great world citizen. It is possible an atrocity happened. I think it a long bow to taint all of Israel with it, if it happened at all. But the article only quotes hostile sources to Israel (including internal Israeli memos). Is it real like the hoax story of Billy Jack used to promote Democrats? (Billy Jack was an ok film, but the back story of a Vietnam atrocity did not happen, although tragedies did happen). It is important because of how we deal with it now. Activists are using such material to delegitimise Israel. The truth is that Muslims are safer in Israel than they are anywhere else in the world. Even though terrorists would kill them if they could.

Cyrus the Great entered Babylon and freed Jews 539 BC on this day. So Cyrus is named in the Bible as anointed, the only non Jew to be named so. Another great freedom story had Constantine the Great entering Rome in 312 AD. Constantine had the body of his enemy removed from the Tiber, where Maxentius had drowned, and then had him beheaded. This impressed many. A century and a quarter later, also on this day, Valentinian III married his cousin in 437 AD, unifying the house that ruled Rome. Within fifty years, the Roman empire would be conquered.

It is Halloween and the FBI are investigating a witch. We have come a long way since the time in Salem when a witch who had killed others and wronged a nation might be hanged. In Salem, ergotism has been debunked by people who don’t want to believe it happened. But now, it looks more like egotism. If only Arthur Miller were alive, he could write about Trump and include successful hooks, but his talent, although highly valued by all partisan media, is no longer around. The press have tried to blame Trump. They have coordinated with the witch. And they are failing badly. Who would back Hillary Rodham Clinton knowing she was responsible for ISIS, for Benghazi and for losing some $6 trillion dollars? And her policy is to spend more, and claim that there was nothing she could have done better in the past. And she stands on her record. Will Obama pardon her? Will the FBI pardon her after making them look incompetent and corrupt? Will the US voters pardon Hillary for how she has divided the nation, and taken her supporters for granted and killed people in service to the US?

Donald Trump's speech at Gettysburg is frightening media. They have supported and protected insider corruption for a long time. Trump will clean up the festering wound, and make America great again.

Following the rules
Poor administration in Rugby and Rugby League is hurting the sport, with tweets becoming the knife that cuts. The issue is not so much the tweets, as the issues behind them, with both codes being hyper vigilant. ARL is sensitive to the fact they have sold players down river in the drugs in sport scandal announced by Jason Clare. An exhaustive inquiry found none of the problems Clare had declared, and so players were 'encouraged' to accept lesser charges so Clare could save face. Among the ARU the micromanaging of players has gone to extremes. Beale could not have done worse were he to sing of his coach and his manageress sitting in a tree K.I.S.S.I.N.G .. Ewen McKenzie had been a magnificent coach who almost managed to get the team competitive with the All Blacks, but he was undermined by back door politics.

ALP booted from parliament after failing to follow rules. Jason Clare was just one of the herd failing to represent his electorate. It must be hard on an ALP member. Do they oppose good policy or get booted for being incapable of following simple rules? What had happened was a headline in the Herald Sun, referring to a Bowser Bandit stealing fuel money, was made into a prop as Mr Shorten accused Mr Abbott of being that bandit. Mr Abbott has imposed a fuel levy after Mr Shorten had opposed all cuts from the last budget, including cuts ALP put in place.

Captain's Pick Nova may have used tax payer dollars to carry on an affair according to leaked emails by a Northern Territory newspaper. Details of the affair between the mother of three and an elite athlete are not important, neither is the sad abuse of another Aboriginal athlete, but the apparent suggestion that public funds was used to carry on the affair is corruption that cannot be ignored. It was before she was made a senator, so it is unclear if she had had access to a slush fund. The issue is not the same as that of the poet who was suspended from his university post following leaked private emails that were irrelevant to public discourse. Such a breach of privacy is outrageous and one hopes whomever did it will serve jail time. But exposing corruption is called investigative journalism.

Afghan refugee who grew up in Australia before recruiting some thirty jihadis and flying to fight with ISIL has been killed by a female warrior, it is rumoured. If true, then his extremist faith says he will be denied virgins in the afterlife. But he might be allowed to spend eternity with his thirty buddies. Thems is the rules. ABC is distraught and unbelieving. He was an example of the ABC narrative that says poor Muslims are pushed into terrorism from circumstance. In fact, he was a drug using, porn exploiting brothel strong man who got bored with ordinary crime and turned to terrorism.

First hand sources suggest that the Stolen Generations is a myth. The sources are Adelaide letters from the mid to late Nineteenth century and early Twentieth century and show no example of a stolen generation. The letters exist online.

Victorian ALP supports union at public expense. CFMEU is struggling with senior level corruption and has failed to behave as a union for its members. So to prevent drift away from the union, the ALP have pledged that if they are elected then CFMEU employees can have half their car registration paid for. But there are hurdles for non unionists wanting the same. So, if a Victorian wants a good, strong union, they should vote for the Libs. If instead, they want a sound, trustworthy government, they should still vote Lib. However, if they want corruption in unions and empty promises, the ALP is their partner.

New consensus is that there is no Global Warming Crisis. Only 36 percent of geoscientists and engineers believe that humans are creating a global warming crisis, according to a survey reported in the peer-reviewed Organization Studies. By contrast, a strong majority of the 1,077 respondents believe that nature is the primary cause of recent global warming and/or that future global warming will not be a very serious problem.

Researcher proves claim that Islamo fascists are Islamic, despite evidence to the contrary. Dr Denis MacEoin is a former lecturer in Arabic and Islamic Studies and a Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Gatestone Institute. The researcher points to terrorism and scripture which underpins it, but ignores discrepancies. For example a Muslim person should not be a criminal, should not drink, sleep around or do drugs, should not kill other Muslims, Should not lie about their god or attribute faults to their god. There is clear evidence that terrorists are not submitting themselves to their god at all. Ever.

ABC is biased and immature. The Australian editorialises "We accept the need for light and shade, and this newspaper has cried out often enough for the ABC to meet its charter obligation for plurality. Yet for the past three federal elections the ABC has not hosted the leaders’ debates, its prime current affairs program runs only four nights a week with perfunctory attention to state issues on Fridays. On the rare occasions the ABC breaks a significant story it is likely to be delivered to it by activists — such as the 2011 Four Corners expose of animal cruelty in Indonesia that was based on Animals Australia footage — or a case of jaundiced overreach such as claims in January the navy had tortured asylum-seekers — an allegation the ABC now regrets.
Aunty needs to turn away from lowbrow populism and the digital-driven pursuit of fashion in favour of a high-minded approach to the important discussions shaping this country. Perhaps the greatest of our cultural institutions, it has the skills and resources to fulfil expectations…
But mostly, instead of challenging, diverse, fact-based and intelligent reporting and discussion, the ABC joins the Fairfax tabloids and left-wing websites in a mindless pursuit of jejune click bait. This is a world where Sarah Hanson-Young is the go-to voice on refugees, Tim Flannery is the oracle on climate, Wayne Swan is the world’s greatest treasurer, middle-class Western jihadists are victims of injustice and Pauline Hanson speaks for suburbia. This is not reality and it is not a sensible place for the ABC to inhabit. The ABC charter demands “innovative and comprehensive broadcasting services of a high standard” to contribute to a “sense of national identity and inform and entertain, and reflect the cultural diversity of the Australian community”. Mark Scott seems to have confused the “community” with the twittersphere as he allows, even encourages, this public behemoth to chase its social media tail."
Blacks oppose Democrats, the relationship has been close since the Democrats betrayed Black peoples in the twenties, and blamed Hoover. But following the rule unquestioningly is a product of leftism.

ALP childish infighting is not producing leadership which the public desire from an opposition. Shorten declares they have reformed but he embraces policy that the public rejected, unless it means opposing the government, where he is willing to oppose ALP policy that was declared before the last election. And then Shorten's underlings are challenging Shorten's authority. Shorten claim he supports the war against ISIL but his own party won't pass enabling legislation.

Image of Napoleon's guard from late 1850s is on Bolt's site today, and will be shown below. It is fascinating, and a privilege, to see.

MLB World Series update
Royals smash Giants early in game six, making Kansas City the favourites going into game seven. Royals attack scatter the defence for seven runs in the second inning, claiming the starting pitcher for giants after 1.1 innings. San Francisco can still win it, but they need to go against all conventional wisdom to do it, and when has San Francisco ever done that?
From 2013
Dr Nelson tried to change the wording on the tomb of the unknown soldier to something Paul Keating wrote from Rudyard Kipling's "Known unto God." The deletion would be a mistake and an insult to those who have served. ALP are excellent at those types of insults. Gillard devalued Abbott's security while she was PM in petty point scoring in Afghanistan. Note, Abbott extends gracious courtesy to Shorten and takes him on the journey. Was Dr Nelson following orders? Will school children study how Keating was so dismissive of things that unite Australians? Mr Abbott is popular, as evidenced by polls and surveys. Inexplicable to left wing media. Some say Gillard would have lost twice as many seats as Rudd. Others say Rudd lost as many.

What role does the elephant play in climate change? Perhaps we will never know. Maybe we can get the Age to ask a tree? When it comes to tokens, one will get Carr's senate seat. The ALP will never repay the $billions taken from treasury. While criticising Mr Abbott's 'slow pace' at bringing a budget into surplus, an ABC commentator claimed Swan would do it as quickly. There is no evidence to substantiate that claim. Evidence suggests Swan never would achieve a surplus. Ever.

CBS seem confused about Hoover vacuum cleaners. It is an old technology .. much like the Hoover Dam. Maybe the FBI will investigate and report back to them?

Why do terrorists speak for Islamic peoples? Why do liars speak for AGW believers? Some scum beat up some Jewish peoples in Sydney the other day .. but they weren't Islamic .. but they are scum.
