25th Nov Review of Historical and Current Affairs

My name is David Daniel Ball and I am Voice DDB dot locals dot com a voice of freedom supporting freedom around the world for all peoples. I write on historical and current affairs. I look for the conservative voice where mainstream media eschews it. Around the world media espouses liberalism orthodoxy and proclaims a history of liberalism that never happened. Liberalism of today is based on repeated lies that have been accepted from the past.

Consider these recent truths

Kyle Rittenhouse has been found not guilty by a jury.

Following the verdict, mainstream press doubled down on lies which resulted in further riots.

It is unclear if defamation of Rittenhouse will ever be addressed

It is unclear if prosecutorial misconduct will ever be addressed

Words have power, but they should have meaning too.

Viva Frie summarised the denunciations of Rittenhouse as Kyle being a White Supremacist active shooter who had shot black men at a BLM protest. It might also be worth adding the meme that Rittenhouse was driven by his mum across state lines to do it. It was illegal for Rittenhouse to own the gun he used.

Following the media, one might not know the following truths

Rittenhouse is mixed race and the people he shot were all white with lengthy criminal records.

Rittenhouse’ family are located in Kenosha and he grew up there. His mother’s home, ‘across the state border’ was a mile away, and closer than where one of Rittenhouse’s so called victims who lived in Kenosha was in relation to the riots that night.

The so called BLM protest was a riot where police had withdrawn protection and businesses were stripped and torched. One such business owner, noting Rittenhouse was present, giving first aid to people, as he had wanted to become a nurse or policeman, and that was a practical application, had asked him and some friends to be on hand to protect their business.

The sole survivor of the three Rittenhouse shot was illegally armed, while Rittenhouse was entitled to the rifle he carried. Many people at the riot carried rifles.

Rittenhouse ran to rioters calling “friendly, friendly” so as to administer first aid during the meeting.

Rittenhouse did not point his gun as to threaten. One person claimed he had, and the prosecutor seized on Rittenhouse’s answer which did not affirm that. Witnesses admitted Rittenhouse had maintained the gun pointed down.

When Rittenhouse was confronted by rioters he ran and they chased him. When Rittenhouse fell, he was attacked by rioters. One kicked Rittenhouse in the face. Rittenhouse did not shoot them. One died after they tried to take Rittenhouse’ gun. One died after hitting Rittenhouse on the head with a skateboard. The survivor had attempted to run up to Rittenhouse and kill him by emptying his illegal firearm into Rittenhouse. Rittenhouse shot him before he could. At trial, after asking for ten million dollars for testifying, the survivor gave evidence that Rittenhouse only shot him after he charged him and pointed his gun at Rittenhouse.

The FBI had recorded events using a drone. The prosecution were given better detailed drone vision than the defence. The prosecution had not passed on details of witnesses exculpatory for Rittenhouse. The prosecution made claims about Rittenhouse which were known to be untrue, or irrelevant, which were parroted by media.

The prosecution had had two theories of what Rittenhouse had done that evening, which contradicted. One theory was that Rittenhouse had gone to kill people with his rifle. Another was that Rittenhouse had defended himself disproportionately. It turns out neither theory was right.

The media memes of Rittenhouse being crazed and murderous, spread by Biden, trickling down through Democrat agency, through the FBI and DOJ, through irrelevant offices like the NYC mayor, seem to have been fed by the prosecutor. Why else should so many separate news agencies report on the faux ‘crossing state lines’?

The trial for Rittenhouse is over. But the trial for USA to reclaim justice is not.

Today is a big day for trials.

In 164 BC, Judas Maccabeus, son of Mattathias of the Hasmonean family, restored the Temple in Jerusalem. This event was commemorated each year by the festival of Hanukkah. In 1877, Thomas Edison announced his invention of the phonograph, a machine that can record and play sound. In 1894, Port Arthur, Manchuriafell to the Japanese, a decisive victory of the First Sino-Japanese War, after which Japanese troops were accused of the massacre of the remaining inhabitants of the city. In 1902, the Philadelphia Football Athletics defeated the Kanaweola Athletic Club of Elmira, New York, 39-0, in the first ever professional American football night game. In 1905, Albert Einstein's paper, "Does the Inertia of a Body Depend Upon Its Energy Content?", is published in the journal Annalen der Physik. This paper reveals the relationship between energy and mass. This leads to the mass–energy equivalence formula E = mc². In 1927, Columbine Mine massacreStriking coal miners were allegedly attacked with machine guns by a detachment of state police dressed in civilian clothes. In 1953, the British Natural History Museum announced that the "Piltdown Manskull, initially believed to be one of the most important fossilised hominid skulls ever found, was a hoax. In 1959, American disc jockey Alan Freed, who had popularised the term "rock and roll" and music of that style, was fired from WABC-AM radio for refusing to deny allegations that he had participated in the payola scandal. In 1985, United States Navy intelligence analyst Jonathan Pollard was arrested for spying after being caught giving Israel classified information on Arab nations. He was subsequently sentenced to life in prison. In 2006, anti-Syrian Lebanese Minister and MP Pierre Gemayel was assassinated in suburban Beirut.

ABC pays 1 percenters to tell their viewers what to think. Now that has been revealed, the boss of the ABC wants an investigation. The ABC boss, who feels it is balanced to drown poor people who are desperate for asylum so long as the ALP appears compassionate, who is also willing to reveal any secret to embarrass the Libs even if it isn't about them, is paid twice as much as the ASIO boss who works impartially to protect all Australians. When you look at the 'talent' supporting the ALP, you can see they need lots of help. Young people should not drink any alcohol. Older people should not drink much alcohol. But what reason can be given for how ALP decides on policy? Chatham house rules doesn't quite cover it.

Race hate laws aren't working. Kudos to the Jewish council of Australia on their statement regarding the Armenian genocide, but also that council is wrong to support these bad race laws. The laws don't protect Jewish peoples from harm, but do protect terrorists from criticism. The persecution of Bolt was a travesty of justice.

From 2014

Greens hypocritical in their support of US warming deal with China. The deal is not secure, as Australia's direct action policy is which Greens oppose. The US and China hope to achieve their ends by employing power substitutes the Greens will not accept in Australia, from fracking and nuclear.

The federal government (in Australia) had legislation that was in the interests of consumers of superannuation, but opposed by Unions. Unions were given access to management of Superannuation by Paul Keating so as to compensate them for lost membership, as very few workers these days join with unions. However, the unions and banks have developed superannuation products that customers would not choose if they were aware of choice. Unions and banks have provided advisers to consumers who have a duty to their employers, not the consumers. The legislation would have given advisers independence, providing better, informed choice to consumers. Independent senator Xenophon, Motorist Muir and PUP Lambie have backflipped over the deal and scuttled the legislation, meaning vested interests can behave corruptly. They are doing so, so as to use the legislation as bargaining chip to get the government to compromise on more good legislation. The only way to get good government is to vote conservative.

ABC find someone willing to criticise the Australian federal government over their climate change policy. The Fishing Minister from Belize. No doubt Belize's public service have kept their minister up to date with the latest. Belize has a population of about 342000. Note, the Minister offered no specifics, merely asking Australia to step up on commitment to negotiation.

Academics suggest making petrol more expensive to keep poor people off the roads. They argue that fewer people on the roads means fewer deaths. Why not simply ban petrol?

WA food police canvass an idea that children found with chocolate or chips at school would have it confiscated until the end of the school day. No discussion is made regarding the refrigeration of said products. Will they at least promise not to leave the milk in the sun?

The Age presents a piece on Global Warming attacking Mr Abbott without including facts for balance. They verbal-ed former UK PM Thatcher and neglected to mention vested interests.

Is feminism merely a push for women to work and not have families?

University of California, Berkely students show that Nazis have been successful in attracting the left to IS and distancing them from Israel.

It is a truth of management that when an employee fails, the management have too. In banks, no one should feel they aren't being watched. Everyone should know if they attempt theft they will be caught. Jonathan Pollard showed the US security administration failed. He had attempted to sell secrets. Nothing like the security breaches of Snowden or Assange, which got people killed around the world for inflaming jihadism. Pollard was mentally weak according to prosecutors, as well as brilliantly duplicitous. They accused him of getting agents killed, until it turned out another CIA agent had done that. But Pollard is Jewish. An abuse of power denied Pollard a legal defence and 30 years have been taken from him. He is released at last. But those responsible for the abuse have power and authority.

For some, at the moment, the Sex Party has more credibility.

IPA Review (Nov 2016) features a Matthew Lesh article on “Australian Tax Mutineers” and it includes the 1927 Queensland farmer’s strike. Queensland had only one non ALP Government between 1915 and 1952. With a small, largely self sufficient population, government couldn’t mess up too badly. Only the ALP had managed to spend too much and tried to raise tax to cover their inept administration. The 1926 Queensland Water Act was an instrument. It involved fees for farmers using their own wells or water pumps. If the property wasn’t adjacent to a river, farmers were in a terrible position. It was a disincentive to improve land and produced costs the couldn’t be passed on to consumers. In 1927, farmers organised a tax strike. The legislation was repealed and the government changed for one term at the next election. Worth thinking about for any state or territory thinking of voting ALP when they have control of the upper house too.

=== From 2017 ===

Don't give up on hope. Democrat Insurance used to cover so much more. Some fifteen sexual assault allegations involve Bill Clinton and yet MSM don't report on it. But now allegations surface regarding groping by Charlie Rose and the journalist is dropped by his network employer. In Australia, former disgraced parliamentarian Craig Thomson gets a free pass from the union he took member funds from, but the whistleblower, Kathy Jackson, is pursued through the courts. The draining of the sewer has begun, but there is a long way to go. News.com.au, under political editor Malcolm Farr, is claiming the US has not won a war since 1945, and feels Trump may do badly with NK. Almost as if the media want Trump to start a war .. and win it. Like Obama would have done if he could, cf Libya, Syria and Ukraine.

Less than a week until Queensland faces election. ALP have no credible policy. ALP are divided and have members openly discussing aligning with One Nation, prior to election. LNP offer responsible government. One Nation is popular. Newspapers are saying it should be a strong ALP win. Polls are suggesting it will be tighter. Vote LNP if you want effective public transport, healthy industry, affordable power, effective policing. Vote ALP if you like corruption, are xenophobic and hate anyone profiting if they are the wrong gender or race.

The culture wars go on, lefties advise that the English Breakfast of Bangers, bacon and eggs are 'bad for the environment.' They also say that children are bad for the environment. They are insane.

Islamic leader Keysar Trad wants polygamy, but does not want SSM. How does that even work?

Donald Trump promises huge tax cuts for Christmas and is cheered. Turnbull promises tax cuts for Christmas and it is pointed out he is in fact taxing those people more, according to his own detail.

=== From 2020 ===

We know who voted for Trump. We saw them. Queues of people with hats and signs and cheering Trump in their thousands all over USA. We have not seen people in great numbers who supported Biden. There is no evidence they have ever existed outside of a riot or a hissy fit by a Democrat partisan election official.

I watch Dan Bongino on Rumble and heard him on his Rumble cast say Trump should have addressed disloyal swamp creatures sooner. I disagree with it, and might have egg all over my face soon for saying so, but following is my reasoning. Trump has temporised on facing some of the swamp, not hesitated. Late last year, Trump said he was pulling troops out of Syria and was criticised for it severely. But then an ISIS leader stood up and special forces ran him to committing suicide rather than be taken. The operation, a sting masterminded by Trump had not included significant figures within his administration, and sparked a resignation of National Security Adviser Bolton, who had not been in the loop. Imagine the resistance if Trump had opposed more? But now, if Trump politically survives this, the swamp is exposed and has no support from conservatives. I'm reminded of former Premier of Victoria Jeff Kennett who had led a successful conservative government and had a crash or crash through election which he lost. Had Kennett won, he had clear air for a long time, but having lost Victoria is where the US will be if Biden is allowed to cheat a win.

Trump cycle has it Trump is on his knees, before ... Media is cheering expected partisan court decisions to not support inquiry into voting fraud. However, they overstate the meaning of the shortfalls. The Trump campaign to have their electoral win restored was never going to be straightforward. They have the evidence. It points to multiple elections and undermines the credibility of US Democracy. Ultimately, aspects of it will be decided by SCOTUS. We do not yet know how SCOTUS will decide, or even what exact evidence they will face. But we know the evidence is substantial, and in an effort to suppress the will of conservative resistance, media are claiming that the evidence is not substantive and so the evidence is yet to be addressed. Maybe there is a good reason for a CIA asset being deployed to fraudulently control the US election. Let us hear what it is.

It is apparent that Dems committed fraud to steal the 2020 election. They may well have done similar in 2016. In 2016, Fox declared Pennsylvania early to HRC. The demand was made for Trump to concede. Trump won in 2016, but it surprised the establishment that did similar in their voter suppression as they have done in 2020. HRC had organised a victory party, but blessed marching vagina instead. Even her book did not say what happened. Trump has been very good at mobilising ordinary, decent Americans to support him in numbers greater than any GOP ever. Trump does not court race, or gender, like his racist, bigoted opposition have. Yet Trump has extraordinary minority support for a GOP, possibly the highest since Eleanor Roosevelt courted the Black vote as her husband exploited them. The Dem voting pattern and issues echo the Obama wins too. How long have Dems been using these fraudulent methods to obtain votes? Did they use them to bodgy the 2006 mid terms? It is not that the mysterious support of vapour for Dems is so clearly fraudulent, but, other than violent rioters, and #FakeNews, where is their support, really? How come there is no policy platform for Democrats? Why does Big Tech have to censor the truth? How many millions of Trump supporting votes have been given to Biden? The corruption is so apparent, and so pervasive, that if Trump concedes 2020, he will be conceding all elections that follow, and the flame of liberty will be extinguished in America.

We have hope. It is incumbent on us to win back the freedom denied us. And to protect that freedom. We will do that democratically. We will take back our legislature. We will get our courts to return to protecting our constitution.

I have lost everything several times. And yet here I am. Behind me is an Australian flag and a MAGA cap. On my MAGA cap is an American flag. I will die, one day. But, I pledge allegiance to the flag (of Australia and) the United States of America. And to the republics for which they stand. One nation. Indivisible. Under God. With liberty, and justice, for all.

We are being lied to. But not by everyone. Our nations and their justice machinery are not broken, but damaged. Things are bad, but they are supposed to be bad, rather than merely breaking. We can't give up. We must reject the liars, and remove them from public office, and prosecute them lawfully. Things can get better, but we must persevere or risk losing hope. We must not fight the Devil by playing the Devil's game. Rather we must resist the Devil by being free. There is no law against doing what is right. Their utter depravity kills us. They target us and they seek to restrain us. But while the greatest among us a hundred years ago has died, their legacy has not. That which we are, we are. Lockdowns were ineffective in dealing with COVID. Effective medication has been denied whole populations. Herd immunity will prevail. Fraud deleteriously affected recent elections around the world. But, Democracy will prevail. Our oppressors will pass. For us to win, we must assert our freedoms. For us to lose, we must willingly surrender our freedoms forever. Our children will have to pay back our debt. We must sacrifice now so that they can. That means telling truth to power. That means pointing up when when some get confused and lose their way. Stand by the one who sacrificed their pension and freedoms to speak out. Prosecute the ones forgiven by a debauched and self interested administration. Vote for those who help you exercise your freedom. Don't wait for free speech. Exercise free speech.

My name is David Daniel Ball I'm a teacher with three decades experience teaching math to high school kids.I also work with first graders and kids in between first grade and high school. I know the legends of why Hypatia's dad is remembered through his contribution to Math theory. And I know the legend of why followers of Godel had thought he had disproved God's existence.

I'm not a preacher, but I am a Christian who has written over 28 books all of which include some reference to my faith. Twelve blog books on world history and current affairs, detailing world events , births and marriages on each day of the year, organised by month. Twelve books on the background to and history of Bible Quotes. One Bible quote per day for a year. An intro to a science fiction series I'm planning, post apocalyptic cyber punk. An autobiography with short story collections.

I'm known in Australia for my failure as a whistleblower over the negligence death of a school boy. I had reported the issue responsibly and had not known I'd blown the whistle. The embarrassed left wing government had responded by imposition of a nationwide ban on the use of peanut butter in canteens, despite failing to address the issue of peanut allergy appropriately.

I've been de-platformed on Facebook and twitter despite not being an activist. Twitter did not like me asking for Obama to face justice in 2011. FB gave no specific reason for removing me following Jan 6th 2021 in Washington DC where a policeman killed an unarmed woman, so a crowd would know he was in control.

Don't give up on hope. Senator Lee Rhiannon has failed to win preselection for the Greens in the next election. She is a terrorist supporting, communist leaning, senator who had wielded too much authority. LNP have lost another Queensland election, and this will hurt PM Malcolm Turnbull more than it will hurt Pauline Hanson. The Queensland Premier gave rubbery figures for Queensland's future government, but the greatest enemy of the Liberals was a poisonous Malcolm Turnbull who had not campaigned much for the LNP. But the Libs will need Queensland seats at the next federal election and they won't be won with Turnbull in charge. Only Tony Abbott has skin in the game.

IPA Review (Nov 2016) features a Fr James Grant and Morgan Begg article “Losing Faith” on the current failure of faith in modern struggles, contrasted with the strength of Catholicism in opposing Nazism in Poland. Nazis tried to take over Poland by dismantling Polish culture. They revised Polish history and killed a quarter of the pre 1939 Polish Catholic clergy. Yet against the Nazis, and against Communism, even non Catholics worked with Catholics to renew Poland. The strength of the church in adversity is in strong contrast with the surrender of the church to modern fads like Climate change hysteria and illegal trade in people. The malaise for all churches shows the once rich Anglican Church in Australia struggling to be viable as they betray their flocks by not upholding a standard. Pope Francis has tried to directly engage with his flock, but in embracing global warming hysteria has weakened the church, when embracing the faith of Catholicism would strengthen the Church. In times of uncertain change, God is the unchanging rock that people hope for, or, alternatively, the invisible man no one wants to see.

American foreign policy under Obama has been to build a cold war against China and Russia so as to stabilise regions. North Korea, Ukraine, Iran, Syria, Afghanistan have all seen expressions of the policy. Cold war is effective and doesn't work. It gets innocent people killed and run over by bureaucracy without natural justice remedies. Today Turkey shot down a Russian plane with unprecedented aggression, and then left the pilots and rescue teams at the mercy of killers that the US has backed. Those killers have claimed one body and killed a rescue helicopter pilot. Obama's Thanksgiving response was to pardon Turkey. But what Turkey has done is a crime against humanity. Turkey had an obligation to those pilots, and should have wanted them to face justice. And Obama has embroiled the US in a world war through cold war policy, and should face justice for that crime. And Australia no longer has a PM who stands up in international matters.

For some, at the moment, the Sex Party has more credibility.
Thanksgiving Message.
To my daughter, and to others. Thanksgiving is celebrated in the USA and Canada, but it is more than just my favourite two words. I like to give, but can't really share much that is meaningful at the moment. Except for my love of God. God is real. Some don't see Him and they point to things that are ridiculous and make claims that are absurd. The God Atheists don't believe in does not exist. But God lives and moves in your life and is powerful. You do much. Make it a priority to find out who God is. He blesses you. You can find out about Him without compromising your daily needs. And it will enrich your life. It is my gift to you, and my way of thanking Him. Remember on thanksgiving that you are loved by God, and he has a plan for you that will prosper you. I may not advertise it well. Yet I point to my thirteen books, and many more in planning. And I say to you, should I die tonight, I am proud of what I have achieved with His blessing. And I could not have done it without Him. And He is not done with me yet.

Mismanagement.
White Ribbon Day is about ending violence against women, including domestic violence. Men do not beat up women, but the ugly creatures are male. Usually not very bright males who cannot compete with decent people. They probably like getting smashed drunk and take drugs, making them fun at parties for comic value. They might feel they are successful at sleeping with lots of women, but struggle with intimacy where they try to be controlling. Women in relationships with such creatures may feel isolated. The secret to overthrowing the oppression is to be a friend, but some women isolate themselves. A tragic recent example might be the polynesian girl who left her baby in a drain. The baby was discovered after five days, but survived. The woman, now in jail awaiting a court appearance was so isolated, although living with her parents, that apparently none noticed she had given birth or without the child. How alone can one woman be?

ABC management will move heaven and earth to save their home grown 1%ers. Their lawless, clueless, overpaid presenters, mostly living in Sydney's North and Eastern suburbs, or CBD. They have very refined opinions they insist others share, but they work very hard to ensure are the same as each others. A 5% efficiency for another group would mean delaying a computer project a few months, or having a smaller, Sydney University themed Christmas Party. But at the ABC it means sacking any of the subnormals who don't live in Sydney or earn enough to be truly valued. Also it means funnelling the savings into expanding their competition with commercial companies while sacrificing their core values of diversity and balance.

Australian parliament in question time and the ALP leader asks Mr Abbott about a broken promise regarding an ABC cut. The Liberal Party made clear prior to the election that substantive funding would remain but there would be efficiency cuts. The 5% cut to the ABC maintains that promise, But ALP are unwilling to understand that. Shorten repeatedly asks the question and calls it a broken promise. His party had been $30 billion off budget and have blocked cuts since. The ALP debt has to be paid for. Shorten's apparent popularity stems from him saying anything at all without being responsible. It was the same policy that saw the ALP have four leaders in three years while stumbling from crisis to crisis in office. But the ABC has a special place in Shorten's heart, and he has promised if he is ever elected to government he would restore funding to the ALP regardless of efficiency. Shorten's party has seen a $600 billion turnaround in Australia's fortunes. No wonder he doesn't understand the answer to his own questions. But the question remains, why doesn't the ABC understand those answers? Assuming they aren't compromised in supporting a mate, they must be incompetent.

Meanwhile in the US Obama has a plan to ensure he is irrelevant moving forward, by antagonising the new congress and attempting what he would never dare to when he had responsibilities. His incompetence is making it very difficult for the doormat, Hilary. Hilary might be very popular as an alternative to other Democrats, but unpopular when compared to any Republican. Hilary's problem, apart from being a doormat to any alpha male, is that Obama has isolated her. Someone needs to be her friend and help her leave politics. Meanwhile Obama has fired Chuck Hagel after championing him two years ago. Whatever has happened, it isn't Hagel's fault, because it wasn't his idea. He doesn't have them. He is a victim of mismanagement. A mismanagement that has raised the deficit to almost $18 trillion US. Obama had declared Bush was an 'Economic Vandal' when the debt was $8 trillion during a war.
From 2013
On the 50th anniversary of the death of JFK, Obama has celebrated by threatening the world. The deal with Iran to allow them to develop plutonium, which only has a purpose as a weapon, is a threat to world peace as big as the Cuban Missile Crisis. Iran funds terrorism. Already, Iranian missiles rain on Israel, the safest state in the world for a Muslim. Should Iran develop a nuclear warhead they will use it for terror. The intended bombing will not be like those when Democrats nuked civilians in Japan. Japan was at war at the time with the world. This bomb will be intended for people who provide aid to the needy and develop their land and educate all peoples. But the Iran deal does not merely let Iran develop the bomb, it will pay them money to do it. Iranian people currently oppressed by their terrorist government will not benefit. Why would Obama make such a bad deal? Maybe a hint can be found in what those people held slave in London for 30 years came together for. They were Marxists. The legacy of socialism is slavery. Cheers on the anniversary of JFK's untimely death. Also CS Lewis and the birth of Dr Who. I would trade all of JFK's fine words for him to have never been elected. And count it gain. As with Obama.

At last, at a climate conference, Australia has sent adults who won't let down little Gracie, but responsibly counsel against spending money badly. Salient questions should be put to Gore. It is like adults white washing graffiti. ABC worry about the gap between rich and poor. It would be less if their socialist journalists were paid less. Turnbull is defending them, for now. Indonesia does a dummy spit, but what can be said for the polls in Australia? ALP are a house divided. ALP have compromised national security. ALP have no constructive policy. Yet the polls show they are popular? ALP would have people be slaves like those in London.
