Tue 15th December 2020 Current Affars

'Balanced' newsmax includes the false claim there is no evidence for electoral fraud. It is not balanced to lie and misrepresent known facts.

The SCOTUS decision regarding the Texas lawsuit is disappointing, but a way forward remains for the Trump campaign. It is worth analysing the abrogation of responsibility by SCOTUS and ponder the costs. The Cabal Trump is fighting has been fought before. In Australia in 2010, among the conservative party (called the Liberal Party of Australia), Cabal agent Turnbull was faced against up rising conservative Joe Hockey. Turnbull had betrayed several former leaders to be made leader, and that had resulted in Australia's best ever government led by John Howard to go down to China backed ALP. Again, the press held the banner for ALP and extended courtesy to Turnbull. But, Turnbull had not got much headway against ALP, despite copying their policy stances, and badging himself as a responsible AGW alarmist. Hockey had a young family and was not very interested in taking the leadership, but he had had support. Turnbull had a leadership spill to settle the issue, but Hockey, who had had support for opposing AGW hysteria, now called it a moral issue and so both Hockey and Turnbull went to the spill motion supporting bad economic policy. Enter Tony Abbott who called AGW hysteria 'crap' and Abbott won against the split AGW supporting duo. Abbott had not broken tradition to run, only standing after the spill and after Hockey flipped. However, moving forward, the media lied about the situation to favour Turnbull and attack Abbott's legitimacy. as analogs go, 2010 in Australia was like 2016 in USA.

Tony Abbott was a good conservative leader, but under siege from the Cabal. Abbott almost took government in 2010, but some independents awarded the election to the ALP. Abbott won outright in 2013. However, the conservative party, through fake polling commissioned by the Cabal, tossed out Abbott and gave the PM position to Turnbull. Turnbull was an awful leader and got tossed before losing an election, having squandered a majority in '16 and looking to lose in '19. However, in Australia, the culture war was never fought as Trump has fought it in USA. The Cabal was never faced down. Even within the conservative government, Turnbull loyalists, called 'wets' seek to support the Cabal. This is why the SCOTUS abrogation of responsibility is so important. It is like when Hockey miss-cast AGW hysteria as a moral issue, when in fact it is an economic one unworthy of support. There will be a cost for SCOTUS to have abrogated their responsibility to the constitution of the USA. Trump still has cards in play. At issue is clear evidence of malfeasance on the part of the Cabal which must be up rooted if the swamp is to be drained. But, what will be left?

In breaking news, SCOTUS has ruled 7-2 not to hear Texas case, based on standing. Giuliani is keen to take the cases to a district court, but the road is longer and means deadlines may be missed. It is still possible Biden is not elected through voter fraud, but it is more likely he will be. Notably, all three Trump appointments voted against hearing the case. The issue will have to be addressed eventually.

How will Swing states argue Texas lawsuit? Will they ask for a safe space from questions? Will they stand their ground and say that they embody the constitution and what they have done, they have done? To date, despite the clear evidence of voter fraud in millions of ballots, left wing media have refused to address the issue. The Texas lawsuit does not rest on voter fraud. Texans who voted have had their votes devalued by unlawful and unjust voting practice ostensibly established as COVID protection. Statistics up to June regarding the politics of COVID was stark. COVID kills left wing peoples in numbers an order of magnitude greater than conservatives. Some have said that is because lockdowns, face masks etc etc aren't effective against that kind of 'flu, but simple hygiene measures left wingers resist are effective. But left wingers know it is because COVID is very political. We don't yet know how SCOTUS might act. Will they direct the states to remedy via their own mechanism in legislature? Had the shoe been on the other foot, what would Ginsburg have done?

PJ Media, balanced reporting group, have published an article claiming that the 2020 election was likely not fraudulently drawn, but a result of big tech creating a new lobby effort which institutionalises bias. It is true that big tech have done just that. However, Trump over-performed in the election forcing a Dem cabal to resort to voter fraud and it wasn't finessed as it had been in the past. In fact, it is obvious. Circumstantial evidence points to Biden not being popular at all, and not outperforming Obama by tens of millions. Circumstantial evidence points to it being unlikely 16.7% of counties favouring Biden elected him President, even with up to 350% of votes in a voting area favouring Biden. We have testimony of late postal votes being delivered over state lines in their hundreds of thousands. We know the vote system was vulnerable to outside influence and that checks and balances ensuring a fair election were removed. We know the fraud was prepared in advance, multi pronged, with the COVID health scare employed to overturn voting regulations ensuring fairness. We know voters favoured GOP in down votes on Senate and the house. Trump won fairly. Biden is attempting to steal the election, as Hillary attempted in 2016 with the Russia hoax, for which she has not served jail time, yet.

Is COVID hysteria entirely so China can influence the US election outcome? Were the lockdowns in Europe and Australia so that US states could claim a state of emergency and allow for dysfunctional voting procedure? Is it the case that people have died as a result of COVID hysteria, while the worst affected by COVID are not dying in the same numbers as they were pre-COVID?

There are reports on a Lt General McInerney claiming the Dominion server which was used to change votes and 'elect' Biden has been seized from a CIA site in Germany. Some US soldiers died. Details will be privy to SCOTUS. If true, several significant peoples on Democrat side face treason accusations. Several Deep State operatives face treason accusations. Could the first 'black President' of the United States face justice for his crimes? NB AFP fact check denies claim.

How did #FakeNews predict a blue wave from 16.7% of counties favouring Biden? How did they measure voter fraud? How come #FakeNews is now unaware of voter fraud? Is it now the case that Democrat tactics are to force SCOTUS to make a decision so they can then claim SCOTUS is compromised?

The evidence of Fraud in the 2020 election, so widespread is harmful for democracy. It must be addressed. It was not solely the 2020 election, apparently, but had failed in 2016 after Trump over performed then, as he has now. Trump was so good in 2020, that the fraud became evident. It also highlights the possibility that voter fraud extended to 2006 and underpinned Obama's rise. As did big tech collusion. Recently, every one of my browsers would not let me access MAGAbook, citing privacy concerns.

We know who voted for Trump. We saw them. Queues of people with hats and signs and cheering Trump in their thousands all over USA. We have not seen people in great numbers who supported Biden. There is no evidence they have ever existed outside of a riot or a hissy fit by a Democrat partisan election official.

I watch Dan Bongino on Rumble and heard him on his Rumble cast say Trump should have addressed disloyal swamp creatures sooner. I disagree with it, and might have egg all over my face soon for saying so, but following is my reasoning. Trump has temporised on facing some of the swamp, not hesitated. Late last year, Trump said he was pulling troops out of Syria and was criticised for it severely. But then an ISIS leader stood up and special forces ran him to committing suicide rather than be taken. The operation, a sting masterminded by Trump had not included significant figures within his administration, and sparked a resignation of National Security Adviser Bolton, who had not been in the loop. Imagine the resistance if Trump had opposed more? But now, if Trump politically survives this, the swamp is exposed and has no support from conservatives. I'm reminded of former Premier of Victoria Jeff Kennett who had led a successful conservative government and had a crash or crash through election which he lost. Had Kennett won, he had clear air for a long time, but having lost Victoria is where the US will be if Biden is allowed to cheat a win.

Trump cycle has it Trump is on his knees, before ... Media is cheering expected partisan court decisions to not support inquiry into voting fraud. However, they overstate the meaning of the shortfalls. The Trump campaign to have their electoral win restored was never going to be straightforward. They have the evidence. It points to multiple elections and undermines the credibility of US Democracy. Ultimately, aspects of it will be decided by SCOTUS. We do not yet know how SCOTUS will decide, or even what exact evidence they will face. But we know the evidence is substantial, and in an effort to suppress the will of conservative resistance, media are claiming that the evidence is not substantive and so the evidence is yet to be addressed. Maybe there is a good reason for a CIA asset being deployed to fraudulently control the US election. Let us hear what it is.

It is apparent that Dems committed fraud to steal the 2020 election. They may well have done similar in 2016. In 2016, Fox declared Pennsylvania early to HRC. The demand was made for Trump to concede. Trump won in 2016, but it surprised the establishment that did similar in their voter suppression as they have done in 2020. HRC had organised a victory party, but blessed marching vagina instead. Even her book did not say what happened. Trump has been very good at mobilising ordinary, decent Americans to support him in numbers greater than any GOP ever. Trump does not court race, or gender, like his racist, bigoted opposition have. Yet Trump has extraordinary minority support for a GOP, possibly the highest since Eleanor Roosevelt courted the Black vote as her husband exploited them. The Dem voting pattern and issues echo the Obama wins too. How long have Dems been using these fraudulent methods to obtain votes? Did they use them to bodgy the 2006 mid terms? It is not that the mysterious support of vapour for Dems is so clearly fraudulent, but, other than violent rioters, and #FakeNews, where is their support, really? How come there is no policy platform for Democrats? Why does Big Tech have to censor the truth? How many millions of Trump supporting votes have been given to Biden? The corruption is so apparent, and so pervasive, that if Trump concedes 2020, he will be conceding all elections that follow, and the flame of liberty will be extinguished in America.

Don't give up on hope. Gonski Education funding is a waste. NAPLAN test results show it. Critics warned of it. But schools want money and politicians like Shorten and Turnbull don't want cuts to spending. A responsible politician would say 'no.' Previously, the senate would not let Mr Abbott cut bad spending which did not improve education. Pyne came up with an irresponsible fix. ALP had made the promises without making the funding available. Libs have found the money within the debt bill. But no one countenances effective programs that don't cost lots of money. But any school could spend any dollar five ways, textbooks, cyber, teacher costs, activities or excursions. And none of those directly benefit a student with a minor deficiency that could be fixed early, but often festers.

When Bennelong voters step out tomorrow, the only choice they have from the major parties is Kristina Keneally making empty promises or John Alexander not explaining why there is a by election when it was not necessary.

Without free speech the thing people miss most, other than the truth, is to say their love. Love for each other, love for what they value. Without free speech we have only pain. And that was illustrated today as the 18c component of the racial vilification act of Australia was levelled against a war memorial. At issue was a monument to so called comfort women who were raped and murdered by soldiers in World War 2. Civilians are often victims in war, but these women were exploited and targeted in an organised way. Only the nation where the authorities organised the atrocity don't allow the truth of it in their school textbooks.

Civilians caught in war. While Australians were caught in this web, the victims that sparked this protest were ethnically Korean. The complainants are Japanese. The observation made being that many monuments are appearing around the world and an accusation is that it is not about the women, but attacking Japan over her war time record. Japan paid a higher price than Germany, according to some, in terms of numbers of officers executed for war crimes. But the monuments are not related to a rehabilitated national character of Japan, but the victims of an atrocity that isn't even recognised in school textbooks. And the inappropriate instrument of section 18c has been applied.

There are still survivors of the atrocities. What does one say to them? If one is compassionate, they offer love and recognition of what has been endured, or stolen. Only section 18c of the racial vilification act denies that, and offers injustice. 18c is only good for racial division and opening wounds. A responsible government would ditch it.

The government has released its budget status for the year, and it is apparent that Turnbull and his supporters have lied. Hockey was not a bad treasurer. He was effective, but for Turnbull's cruelling his pitch. The government has to make cuts. Turnbull prevented it before he was PM by whispering to independents. Now Turnbull dithers. Turnbull doesn't want to make a decision as that would frighten the independents who are desperate to appear relevant as long as it agrees with the ALP. There is no benefit to the government having Turnbull as PM. Turnbull has a plan but it doesn't benefit Australia. It is a year since failed administration allowed Man Monis to walk armed into Lindt Cafe in Martin Place. He should never have been bailed. Malcolm should never have been PM.

For some, at the moment, the Sex Party has more credibility.
From 2014
Sydney hostage crisis. At 9:45 am, a lone gunman held up a high profile Lindt Chocolate shop in Martin Place, Sydney. Just down the street from the US Embassy, from the reserve bank, from the Premier's office and NSW Parliament. All present were held hostage, and some were stationed at windows, facing out, with a black flag, called the Shahada on display. The Shahada is also known as the Jolly Roger. Channel 9 interviewed Keysar Trad of the Islamic Friendship Society and Keysar claimed to know nothing of the motivation of the individual, but if terror was the aim then the use of the flag was blasphemous. Soon after, the gunman was seen to be late middle aged, possibly fifties. He was seen walking in front of a window. Then he walked with a hostage in front of him. A report of a strange bag found at the Opera House had the Opera House shut down, searched and re opened. Trains were diverted past Martin Place Railway. Surrounding buildings were closed. It was revealed above Lindt were some 150 barristers, meaning if the gunman gets out alive he will be well represented.

A man was arrested nearby, apparently carrying a pistol, but it was apparently unrelated. The issue is not being treated as terror related. No one is hurt, as of 8PM it is a waiting game. Five people seem to have fled and been aided by police. NSW police have not needed to call in federal police yet. It is contained. The city, although impeded, is running well. Meanwhile leftist Journalist Professor Wendy Bacon, has expressed her pleasure at the streets being quiet. Bacon has investigated the attempted bribe and murder of Michael Drury and the corruption of Lionel Murphy, so she has experience with high profile cases which are covered up. Anecdotally, several high profile radio stations were contacted by hostages speaking on behalf of the gunman. It is said the gunman was trying to speak for ISIL.

Meanwhile two arrested in the Northwest of Sydney over terrorism funding are unrelated to the Sydney hostage situation in Lindt cafe Martin Place.

"British soldiers have “lost their capability” to interrogate terrorist insurgents because of strict new rules on questioning that even ban shouting in captives’ ears, military chiefs have warned. The rules … also prevent military intelligence officers from banging their fists on tables or walls, or using “insulting words” when interrogating a suspect." reported by Robert Mendick and Tim Ross for the Telegraph in UK. It is not yet certain if the hitting wall statement is a sledge against Mr Abbott.

Mixed issues
Craig Thomson's appeal is favourable for him. The corrupt ALP politician now faces less than $5000 theft convictions. Makes one wonder why he never paid it back, but felt it necessary to lie and betray those who supported him. Maybe if he had paid back all he was to be convicted of, he would have paid too much?

When will the ABC be balanced, and not partisan?

Those criticising Mr Abbott .. would Shorten be better? How? What would he do?

The partisan Human Rights Commission has had another $5 million of cuts applied to its' budget. It won't stop it from trying to get policy that drowns asylum, seekers after having them exploited by pirates. Or of opposing Mr Abbott's attempts at addressing Aboriginal cultural division.

ALP is wrecking the economy with Greek style economics.

Greenpeace feels it can ruin the environment to get attention.

Greens declaim white people in racist rants.
From 2013
ALP in opposition have still not worked out why they failed in government. They point to things like 'unity' but until they have a coherent policy on something that can be supported by the wider electorate and is different to Liberal Policy then they have nothing worthwhile to offer, and their bickering will devolve to personality politics. Thing is, that policy can't be merely different to Liberal policy, many of their policies are .. but they need to be good too. NBN, AGW, border security all fail by not being worthwhile, although they are different to Liberal policy. Liberal policy is too pragmatic for the ALP to attack .. it just works.

Miranda Devine raises parenting issues. As a former student of mine, who is also a mum, has reminded me, one has, to be a parent, to be a good parent, not merely a friend. It is important to say 'no' to kids over the right issues .. so they don't stay up late before a test .. so they discover that delayed gratification can be effective while immediate gratification is low probability success. Kind of the same when describing ALP policy. Which is why the Libs taking government again is sometimes described as the adults taking charge.

I am a decent man and don't care for the abuse given me. I created a video raising awareness of anti police feeling among western communities. I chose the senseless killing of Nicola Cotton, a Louisiana policewoman who joined post Katrina, to highlight the issue. I did this in order to get an income after having been illegally blacklisted from work in NSW for being a whistleblower. I have not done anything wrong. Local council appointees refused to endorse my work, so I did it for free. Youtube's Adsence refused to allow me to profit from their marketing it. Meanwhile, I am hostage to abysmal political leadership and hopeless journalists. My shopfront has opened on Facebook.

I am publishing a book called Bread of Life: January.

Bread of Life is a daily bible quote with a layman's understanding of the meaning. I give one quote for each day, and also a series of personal stories illustrating key concepts eg Who is God? What is a miracle? Why is there tragedy?

January is the first of the anticipated year-long work of thirteen books. One for each month and the whole year. It costs to publish. It (Kindle version) should retail at about $2US online, but the paperback version would cost more, according to production cost.If you have a heart for giving, I fundraise at gofund.me/27tkwuc (Gofundme finished the fund raiser, 2017)
