Sun 13th December 2020 Current Affairs

The SCOTUS decision regarding the Texas lawsuit is disappointing, but a way forward remains for the Trump campaign. It is worth analysing the abrogation of responsibility by SCOTUS and ponder the costs. The Cabal Trump is fighting has been fought before. In Australia in 2010, among the conservative party (called the Liberal Party of Australia), Cabal agent Turnbull was faced against up rising conservative Joe Hockey. Turnbull had betrayed several former leaders to be made leader, and that had resulted in Australia's best ever government led by John Howard to go down to China backed ALP. Again, the press held the banner for ALP and extended courtesy to Turnbull. But, Turnbull had not got much headway against ALP, despite copying their policy stances, and badging himself as a responsible AGW alarmist. Hockey had a young family and was not very interested in taking the leadership, but he had had support. Turnbull had a leadership spill to settle the issue, but Hockey, who had had support for opposing AGW hysteria, now called it a moral issue and so both Hockey and Turnbull went to the spill motion supporting bad economic policy. Enter Tony Abbott who called AGW hysteria 'crap' and Abbott won against the split AGW supporting duo. Abbott had not broken tradition to run, only standing after the spill and after Hockey flipped. However, moving forward, the media lied about the situation to favour Turnbull and attack Abbott's legitimacy. as analogs go, 2010 in Australia was like 2016 in USA.

Tony Abbott was a good conservative leader, but under siege from the Cabal. Abbott almost took government in 2010, but some independents awarded the election to the ALP. Abbott won outright in 2013. However, the conservative party, through fake polling commissioned by the Cabal, tossed out Abbott and gave the PM position to Turnbull. Turnbull was an awful leader and got tossed before losing an election, having squandered a majority in '16 and looking to lose in '19. However, in Australia, the culture war was never fought as Trump has fought it in USA. The Cabal was never faced down. Even within the conservative government, Turnbull loyalists, called 'wets' seek to support the Cabal. This is why the SCOTUS abrogation of responsibility is so important. It is like when Hockey miss-cast AGW hysteria as a moral issue, when in fact it is an economic one unworthy of support. There will be a cost for SCOTUS to have abrogated their responsibility to the constitution of the USA. Trump still has cards in play. At issue is clear evidence of malfeasance on the part of the Cabal which must be up rooted if the swamp is to be drained. But, what will be left?

In breaking news, SCOTUS has ruled 7-2 not to hear Texas case, based on standing. Giuliani is keen to take the cases to a district court, but the road is longer and means deadlines may be missed. It is still possible Biden is not elected through voter fraud, but it is more likely he will be. Notably, all three Trump appointments voted against hearing the case. The issue will have to be addressed eventually.

How will Swing states argue Texas lawsuit? Will they ask for a safe space from questions? Will they stand their ground and say that they embody the constitution and what they have done, they have done? To date, despite the clear evidence of voter fraud in millions of ballots, left wing media have refused to address the issue. The Texas lawsuit does not rest on voter fraud. Texans who voted have had their votes devalued by unlawful and unjust voting practice ostensibly established as COVID protection. Statistics up to June regarding the politics of COVID was stark. COVID kills left wing peoples in numbers an order of magnitude greater than conservatives. Some have said that is because lockdowns, face masks etc etc aren't effective against that kind of 'flu, but simple hygiene measures left wingers resist are effective. But left wingers know it is because COVID is very political. We don't yet know how SCOTUS might act. Will they direct the states to remedy via their own mechanism in legislature? Had the shoe been on the other foot, what would Ginsburg have done?

PJ Media, balanced reporting group, have published an article claiming that the 2020 election was likely not fraudulently drawn, but a result of big tech creating a new lobby effort which institutionalises bias. It is true that big tech have done just that. However, Trump over-performed in the election forcing a Dem cabal to resort to voter fraud and it wasn't finessed as it had been in the past. In fact, it is obvious. Circumstantial evidence points to Biden not being popular at all, and not outperforming Obama by tens of millions. Circumstantial evidence points to it being unlikely 16.7% of counties favouring Biden elected him President, even with up to 350% of votes in a voting area favouring Biden. We have testimony of late postal votes being delivered over state lines in their hundreds of thousands. We know the vote system was vulnerable to outside influence and that checks and balances ensuring a fair election were removed. We know the fraud was prepared in advance, multi pronged, with the COVID health scare employed to overturn voting regulations ensuring fairness. We know voters favoured GOP in down votes on Senate and the house. Trump won fairly. Biden is attempting to steal the election, as Hillary attempted in 2016 with the Russia hoax, for which she has not served jail time, yet.

Is COVID hysteria entirely so China can influence the US election outcome? Were the lockdowns in Europe and Australia so that US states could claim a state of emergency and allow for dysfunctional voting procedure? Is it the case that people have died as a result of COVID hysteria, while the worst affected by COVID are not dying in the same numbers as they were pre-COVID?

There are reports on a Lt General McInerney claiming the Dominion server which was used to change votes and 'elect' Biden has been seized from a CIA site in Germany. Some US soldiers died. Details will be privy to SCOTUS. If true, several significant peoples on Democrat side face treason accusations. Several Deep State operatives face treason accusations. Could the first 'black President' of the United States face justice for his crimes? NB AFP fact check denies claim.

How did #FakeNews predict a blue wave from 16.7% of counties favouring Biden? How did they measure voter fraud? How come #FakeNews is now unaware of voter fraud? Is it now the case that Democrat tactics are to force SCOTUS to make a decision so they can then claim SCOTUS is compromised?

The evidence of Fraud in the 2020 election, so widespread is harmful for democracy. It must be addressed. It was not solely the 2020 election, apparently, but had failed in 2016 after Trump over performed then, as he has now. Trump was so good in 2020, that the fraud became evident. It also highlights the possibility that voter fraud extended to 2006 and underpinned Obama's rise. As did big tech collusion. Recently, every one of my browsers would not let me access MAGAbook, citing privacy concerns.

We know who voted for Trump. We saw them. Queues of people with hats and signs and cheering Trump in their thousands all over USA. We have not seen people in great numbers who supported Biden. There is no evidence they have ever existed outside of a riot or a hissy fit by a Democrat partisan election official.

I watch Dan Bongino on Rumble and heard him on his Rumble cast say Trump should have addressed disloyal swamp creatures sooner. I disagree with it, and might have egg all over my face soon for saying so, but following is my reasoning. Trump has temporised on facing some of the swamp, not hesitated. Late last year, Trump said he was pulling troops out of Syria and was criticised for it severely. But then an ISIS leader stood up and special forces ran him to committing suicide rather than be taken. The operation, a sting masterminded by Trump had not included significant figures within his administration, and sparked a resignation of National Security Adviser Bolton, who had not been in the loop. Imagine the resistance if Trump had opposed more? But now, if Trump politically survives this, the swamp is exposed and has no support from conservatives. I'm reminded of former Premier of Victoria Jeff Kennett who had led a successful conservative government and had a crash or crash through election which he lost. Had Kennett won, he had clear air for a long time, but having lost Victoria is where the US will be if Biden is allowed to cheat a win.

Trump cycle has it Trump is on his knees, before ... Media is cheering expected partisan court decisions to not support inquiry into voting fraud. However, they overstate the meaning of the shortfalls. The Trump campaign to have their electoral win restored was never going to be straightforward. They have the evidence. It points to multiple elections and undermines the credibility of US Democracy. Ultimately, aspects of it will be decided by SCOTUS. We do not yet know how SCOTUS will decide, or even what exact evidence they will face. But we know the evidence is substantial, and in an effort to suppress the will of conservative resistance, media are claiming that the evidence is not substantive and so the evidence is yet to be addressed. Maybe there is a good reason for a CIA asset being deployed to fraudulently control the US election. Let us hear what it is.

It is apparent that Dems committed fraud to steal the 2020 election. They may well have done similar in 2016. In 2016, Fox declared Pennsylvania early to HRC. The demand was made for Trump to concede. Trump won in 2016, but it surprised the establishment that did similar in their voter suppression as they have done in 2020. HRC had organised a victory party, but blessed marching vagina instead. Even her book did not say what happened. Trump has been very good at mobilising ordinary, decent Americans to support him in numbers greater than any GOP ever. Trump does not court race, or gender, like his racist, bigoted opposition have. Yet Trump has extraordinary minority support for a GOP, possibly the highest since Eleanor Roosevelt courted the Black vote as her husband exploited them. The Dem voting pattern and issues echo the Obama wins too. How long have Dems been using these fraudulent methods to obtain votes? Did they use them to bodgy the 2006 mid terms? It is not that the mysterious support of vapour for Dems is so clearly fraudulent, but, other than violent rioters, and #FakeNews, where is their support, really? How come there is no policy platform for Democrats? Why does Big Tech have to censor the truth? How many millions of Trump supporting votes have been given to Biden? The corruption is so apparent, and so pervasive, that if Trump concedes 2020, he will be conceding all elections that follow, and the flame of liberty will be extinguished in America.

BREAKING: Technology Expert Can Determine If Ballots are Legitimate or Fake in Seconds
Exclusive interview with Jovan Hutton Pulitzer about his ability to digitally examine millions of ballots to scientifically prove if ballots are authentic or fake. He says we need to access the physical and digital ballots and within seconds can determine authenticity. His technology and approach have nothing to do with accessing the actual Dominion or other vendor machines.

Then Jesus took his disciples up the mountain and gathered them around him.
He taught them saying:

"Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of God.
Blessed are the meek.
Blessed are they that mourn.
Blessed are the merciful.
Blessed are they that thirst for justice.
Blessed are you when you are persecuted.
Blessed are you when you when you suffer.
Be glad and rejoice for your reward is great in heaven."

And James said "are we supposed to know this?"
And Simon Peter said "will we have a test on this?"
And Phillip said "I don’t have any paper."
And Bartholomew said "do we have to spell correctly?"
And Mark said "do we have to hand this in?"
And John said "the other disciples didn’t have to learn this."
And Matthew said "may I go to the toilet?"

Then one of the Pharisees who was present asked to see Jesus' lesson plan
and inquired of Jesus:
"Where are your learning and assessment objectives?
What range of teaching strategies did you draw from?
Did you provide a differentiated provision?
Can I see a cross section of pupils work?

Don't give up on hope. US press are gloating at their success in opposing Moore in Alabama. Trump endorsed Moore after the flighty GOP establishment left him, then returned. Even so the margin was very close. Press promoted a campaign against Trump by three women who did not claim criminality on Trump's case, but bad behaviour which is at odds with things Trump is known for. But because their claims were not criminal, press could promote them without verification. Give the press a slow handclap for their success. #FakeNews is still potent and more has to be done to #DrainTheSwamp.

It is doubtful, as my friend JN noted, that Turnbull could unite a fridge and a magnet. The unnecessary by election could cost Liberals government on Saturday. But the Libs are hamstrung with Turnbull as leader, causing division, dithering and being vain. John Alexander is a great Australian who delivered much for tennis and has done much for Bennelong. But Cory Bernardi's Conservatives may take away sufficient votes for ALP's Keneally to win. Turnbull is not helping by overstating China as an issue. So Bennelong voters who have a significant Chinese ethnic presence may feel Turnbull is too naive regarding China, or too aggressive, or just not the right person to deal with China. Some may have fled Chinese aggression, some may be new Chinese rich in favour of that government. Turnbull has scored own goals instead of leading. Were Turnbull a good politician, he would not have done what he has done in office. Were Turnbull a good business chairman he would have walked away years ago, and let someone competent handle the position. John Alexander is a bed wetter and the party needs Tony Abbott as leader to heal things.

Meanwhile the ALP are utterly corrupt and unreformed. Sam Dastayari is sponging off the electorate, but will walk away before parliament sits again. Shorten is against a sensible energy policy. Shorten is opposed to measures opposing corruption. Keneally gave four statements of what she hoped for her electorate. All four slogans were empty. But the ALP rust like to be lied to. They find it reassuring.

What would a win in Bennelong look like? For mine, Cory Bernardi's candidate would win. I love the Libs and I love Australia. To see the Libs so badly led hurts.

The CIA have leaked rumours that Russia has influenced the US elections. That is all that is needed for anti-Trumpers, suffering as Wisconsin’s recount went backwards for them, and several other attempted recounts were denied as un-just and without merit. The central allegation against Russia is that Wikileaks, which is not in Russia’s domain, leaked actual documents which should have seen Hillary Clinton convicted of treason. The allegation is that the documents are real but Russia should have prevented Wikileaks from leaking them. This is not a CIA position, but a leaked view of political appointments. Obama’s former handlers may still be looking out for him so as to not expose CIA operations. We don’t know. But that is enough for Democrat supporters looking for *something* as Trump begins his campaign to establish his presidency. Early on Trump’s list is China, and Trump has called into question “One China” over Taiwan. There is no argument that Taiwan is not Chinese. But clearly Taiwan is not part of the Chinese government. The handover of HK was bungled by Blair and Major. China reneged on a number of assurances she made regarding that trade jewel. Trump can use Taiwan as a bargaining chip for China to be a better citizen of the world. That is something Obama and Hillary were incapable of doing.

We don’t know what is going on today with choices made by world leaders because of secrets. But sometimes we can view the past with perfect vision. The life of Daniel Sickles is worth looking at, as it colours what people do today. Daniel was born to a wealthy family in 1819 and became a New York Democrat. One can get an idea of the kind of gentleman Daniel was through the 2002 period drama Gangs of New York. Daniel was a womaniser. He married a girl of 15 or 16, who was half his age, against the wishes of both families. She was accomplished, speaking five languages. Daniel was censured in Tamany Hall for taking an escort into private chambers, and it is rumoured he also took her to meet Queen Victoria in England, naming the prostitute with the name of a political adversary.

Daniel’s wife apparently fell for the son of Francis Scott Key. Phillip Barton Key II, DA for District of Columbia, was a handsome widower. Daniel set up Phillip by making his wife write a letter of confession, then, in front of her, confronted Phillip while Philip was sitting unarmed on a park bench. Daniel shot the unarmed man several times, denouncing him publicly as having wronged his family. Daniel was the first to use the insanity defence and it worked, after he got considerable political patronage and leaked his wife’s confession.

Daniel was insane, but he was a Democrat too, and stayed in congress. Daniel would have opposed ending slavery. Appointed as a general in the Union army, Daniel almost lost Gettysburg by placing his men in an untenable, exposed position. Revisionists have since said it might have accidentally prevented General Lee from winning. Lee would never have expected the sacrifice, which resulted in Daniel losing a leg and respect of his commanders. Thirty four years later, Daniel got the Congressional Medial of honour for his actions. Daniel was appointed by Democrats to several overseas postings, from Columbia to Spain. After his wife died, Daniel married the daughter of a Spanish council of state. They had two children. Daniel’s incompetence almost started a war with Spain over the Virginias Affair, which echoed the Bay of Pigs. In fact Daniel’s life may not have been copied by a Kennedy, but they seem to have tried.

Every IPCC conference has to end with a big claim. It is expected, otherwise the vast collection of hot air is seen by the public which foots the bill. Paris 2015 is no different. The claim of working to limit global warming to two degrees celsius is empty. The world is not heating from man made resources. The chosen method to reduce temperature (Carbon dioxide) is mistaken, and will only limit plant growth. The billion dollar a day scam is set to enlarge, creating a new wave of Green scamming billionaires who take money from the world's poorest. And this criminal endeavour is something Malcolm Turnbull, Julie Bishop and Greg Hunt openly embrace. It divides the Liberal Party. And the National Party. It unites the corrupt Australian Labour Party. Bishop had gone to an earlier conference when Tony Abbott was PM and complained loudly she was being escorted by Liberal Party heavies. She needed guidance because she has poor judgement.

For some, at the moment, the Sex Party has more credibility.

No cleaner blues. First world problems. What does a mainstream left wing journalist do when they have to cut back on costs, and cut the cleaner they paid 25 pounds a week. They have given themselves two hours on weekends to make do. But there is still do do. Has anyone tips for them? Maybe get out of bed? Flush the toilet? Replace the empty toilet roll? Wear water proof gloves when using hot water. Turn on the dishwasher. Place clothes in basket. Carry basket to washing machine. Use detergent. Use soap. Wear socks. ..

Biden tells a Muslim girl about Islam. He is that smart. She is a victim of FGM. He was born without a brain. Should anything happen to the Lame Duck President, Biden has his own ideas about being a Lame Duck. Biden has a plan for world peace and domestic harmony through division. One wishes him every joy in retirement, and hopes the girl is disillusioned but not disempowered by her meeting with that fool.

Russell Brand struggles to stand for relevance, but there are many mainstream journals keen to carry his angst. Some are critical, some laud him, but his micro thoughts and memes originated with them. With freedom, he can yearn for big government. With lots of money, he can wish for everyone else to be poor and not be touched by his own demands. His wallet is like Joe Biden's head.

Trading off the fame of terrorism. A son of Che Guevarra  offers a motorcycle tour. Or if travelling with a son of a mass murdering terrorist, one can travel with highly lauded leftist journalist George Negus.

Dead jihadis dad blames Mr Abbott. He claims he never knew she was radicalised. He claims the Australian government should have stopped her from flying to Syria with her Al Qaeda boyfriend. Both were killed by the Syrian government. So her dad wants Mr Abbott's daughters to be killed too. Channel 9 had no problem broadcasting the bizarre request and reasoning on primetime morning news. It was already apparent 9News hates Mr Abbott, but exploiting the grief of the father of a terrorist is a new low. Were channel 9 CIA, it would be an example of torture through emotional manipulation.

Fairfax journalist hates Credilin so much she will publish hateful memes about her. That is what Fairfax expects of her journalists.

Mr Abbott needs to reset the agenda set by the hate media. He isn't going to do that by having a tizzy in front of that media. He will do it by doing what he has done, crushing senate opposition and sticking to a dry economic agenda.

Bracket creep from tax will allow the federal government to increase tax collection towards meeting her debt burden even though the Senate refuses to pass bills. But it is not desirable to do things that way, as it dampens spending and does not promote lending.

Cutting 175 quangos is a good start for the government. Small government is more efficient than big government.

Greens have a McArthyist question "Are you now, or have you ever been a member of the IPA, yes or no." The IPA (Institute of Public Affairs) is a libertarian voice for freedom countering the censorious left. There is no reason for the hatred suggested by the behaviour of Greens and the censorious left, but then there doesn't need to be for them to behave badly.

ABC does not have support from good people. It has been irresponsible on important issues. Arguably, people have died from it's advocacy. Some good people defend it. It is important to have a good national broadcaster. ABC does not match that description. ABC is partisan where it is supposed to be even handed. It might be pointed out that the ABC has always been partisan. However, it has not always been proudly negligent. The ABC has failed to investigate corruption by the ALP. That may be helpful in keeping ALP in government, but it means that very bad people get placed in positions of responsibility. But the will of the executive to change the culture within the ABC is not there. Executive ABC defend their malpractice. And that is why the ABC has to be radically changed. I want the ABC to produce a series on Maximum Choppage using local actors to make a product with international appeal. Instead, they blow their budget on partisan productions which obfuscate world issues they call 'current affairs.' Time for reality tv, ABC, and the reality is nobody good supports you.

Fairfax defends ALP expenses? Poll shows ALP has too much support despite the revelations of corruption. Militant unions savaging Toyota. Bolt is more than a spectator .. but he is in the Spectator. ALP corrupt dealings brought about the NBN folly. I've never met or had a conversation with Green, Mao or Stalin, but I know their opinion on politics. I'm insightful like that.

I am a decent man and don't care for the abuse given me. I created a video raising awareness of anti police feeling among western communities. I chose the senseless killing of Nicola Cotton, a Louisiana policewoman who joined post Katrina, to highlight the issue. I did this in order to get an income after having been illegally blacklisted from work in NSW for being a whistleblower. I have not done anything wrong. I am publishing a book called Bread of Life: January.

Bread of Life is a daily bible quote with a layman's understanding of the meaning. I give one quote for each day, and also a series of personal stories illustrating key concepts eg Who is God? What is a miracle? Why is there tragedy?

January is the first of the anticipated year-long work of thirteen books. One for each month and the whole year. It costs to publish. It (Kindle version) should retail at about $2US online, but the paperback version would cost more, according to production cost.If you have a heart for giving, I fundraise at gofund.me/27tkwuc (Gofundme finished the fund raiser, 2017)
