Thu 17th December 2020 Current Affairs

Don't count Trump out. The states sending their electors is moot. The resignation of Bill Barr at DOJ is not yet fully understood. Romney and McConnell's miss-speaking in congratulating Biden as President Elect is overstated. The entire swamp must be surveyed so the draining can precede building. Good real estate agents know this. Trump is not an insider to Washington, and the swamp is trying to protect itself by stealing the US election using fraud. How will the swamp behave once they discover they have failed? How will the swamp behave if they succeed? There is still a pathway to a Trump 2020 election victory. It is the path Trump is walking. How will the swamp prevent it? Already, Trump has done a number of things that many have said were impossible. Israel normalising relations in the Middle East. NK negotiations. Tax cuts and employment in USA. A COVID scare threatened the union and Trump got several vaccine made in record time. Ending ISIS. We need more. We need Trump to end Iran's nuclear hopes. To make China a good citizen of the world.

'Balanced' newsmax includes the false claim there is no evidence for electoral fraud. It is not balanced to lie and misrepresent known facts.

The SCOTUS decision regarding the Texas lawsuit is disappointing, but a way forward remains for the Trump campaign. It is worth analysing the abrogation of responsibility by SCOTUS and ponder the costs. The Cabal Trump is fighting has been fought before. In Australia in 2010, among the conservative party (called the Liberal Party of Australia), Cabal agent Turnbull was faced against up rising conservative Joe Hockey. Turnbull had betrayed several former leaders to be made leader, and that had resulted in Australia's best ever government led by John Howard to go down to China backed ALP. Again, the press held the banner for ALP and extended courtesy to Turnbull. But, Turnbull had not got much headway against ALP, despite copying their policy stances, and badging himself as a responsible AGW alarmist. Hockey had a young family and was not very interested in taking the leadership, but he had had support. Turnbull had a leadership spill to settle the issue, but Hockey, who had had support for opposing AGW hysteria, now called it a moral issue and so both Hockey and Turnbull went to the spill motion supporting bad economic policy. Enter Tony Abbott who called AGW hysteria 'crap' and Abbott won against the split AGW supporting duo. Abbott had not broken tradition to run, only standing after the spill and after Hockey flipped. However, moving forward, the media lied about the situation to favour Turnbull and attack Abbott's legitimacy. as analogs go, 2010 in Australia was like 2016 in USA.

Tony Abbott was a good conservative leader, but under siege from the Cabal. Abbott almost took government in 2010, but some independents awarded the election to the ALP. Abbott won outright in 2013. However, the conservative party, through fake polling commissioned by the Cabal, tossed out Abbott and gave the PM position to Turnbull. Turnbull was an awful leader and got tossed before losing an election, having squandered a majority in '16 and looking to lose in '19. However, in Australia, the culture war was never fought as Trump has fought it in USA. The Cabal was never faced down. Even within the conservative government, Turnbull loyalists, called 'wets' seek to support the Cabal. This is why the SCOTUS abrogation of responsibility is so important. It is like when Hockey miss-cast AGW hysteria as a moral issue, when in fact it is an economic one unworthy of support. There will be a cost for SCOTUS to have abrogated their responsibility to the constitution of the USA. Trump still has cards in play. At issue is clear evidence of malfeasance on the part of the Cabal which must be up rooted if the swamp is to be drained. But, what will be left?

In breaking news, SCOTUS has ruled 7-2 not to hear Texas case, based on standing. Giuliani is keen to take the cases to a district court, but the road is longer and means deadlines may be missed. It is still possible Biden is not elected through voter fraud, but it is more likely he will be. Notably, all three Trump appointments voted against hearing the case. The issue will have to be addressed eventually.

How will Swing states argue Texas lawsuit? Will they ask for a safe space from questions? Will they stand their ground and say that they embody the constitution and what they have done, they have done? To date, despite the clear evidence of voter fraud in millions of ballots, left wing media have refused to address the issue. The Texas lawsuit does not rest on voter fraud. Texans who voted have had their votes devalued by unlawful and unjust voting practice ostensibly established as COVID protection. Statistics up to June regarding the politics of COVID was stark. COVID kills left wing peoples in numbers an order of magnitude greater than conservatives. Some have said that is because lockdowns, face masks etc etc aren't effective against that kind of 'flu, but simple hygiene measures left wingers resist are effective. But left wingers know it is because COVID is very political. We don't yet know how SCOTUS might act. Will they direct the states to remedy via their own mechanism in legislature? Had the shoe been on the other foot, what would Ginsburg have done?

PJ Media, balanced reporting group, have published an article claiming that the 2020 election was likely not fraudulently drawn, but a result of big tech creating a new lobby effort which institutionalises bias. It is true that big tech have done just that. However, Trump over-performed in the election forcing a Dem cabal to resort to voter fraud and it wasn't finessed as it had been in the past. In fact, it is obvious. Circumstantial evidence points to Biden not being popular at all, and not outperforming Obama by tens of millions. Circumstantial evidence points to it being unlikely 16.7% of counties favouring Biden elected him President, even with up to 350% of votes in a voting area favouring Biden. We have testimony of late postal votes being delivered over state lines in their hundreds of thousands. We know the vote system was vulnerable to outside influence and that checks and balances ensuring a fair election were removed. We know the fraud was prepared in advance, multi pronged, with the COVID health scare employed to overturn voting regulations ensuring fairness. We know voters favoured GOP in down votes on Senate and the house. Trump won fairly. Biden is attempting to steal the election, as Hillary attempted in 2016 with the Russia hoax, for which she has not served jail time, yet.

Is COVID hysteria entirely so China can influence the US election outcome? Were the lockdowns in Europe and Australia so that US states could claim a state of emergency and allow for dysfunctional voting procedure? Is it the case that people have died as a result of COVID hysteria, while the worst affected by COVID are not dying in the same numbers as they were pre-COVID?

There are reports on a Lt General McInerney claiming the Dominion server which was used to change votes and 'elect' Biden has been seized from a CIA site in Germany. Some US soldiers died. Details will be privy to SCOTUS. If true, several significant peoples on Democrat side face treason accusations. Several Deep State operatives face treason accusations. Could the first 'black President' of the United States face justice for his crimes? NB AFP fact check denies claim.

How did #FakeNews predict a blue wave from 16.7% of counties favouring Biden? How did they measure voter fraud? How come #FakeNews is now unaware of voter fraud? Is it now the case that Democrat tactics are to force SCOTUS to make a decision so they can then claim SCOTUS is compromised?

The evidence of Fraud in the 2020 election, so widespread is harmful for democracy. It must be addressed. It was not solely the 2020 election, apparently, but had failed in 2016 after Trump over performed then, as he has now. Trump was so good in 2020, that the fraud became evident. It also highlights the possibility that voter fraud extended to 2006 and underpinned Obama's rise. As did big tech collusion. Recently, every one of my browsers would not let me access MAGAbook, citing privacy concerns.

We know who voted for Trump. We saw them. Queues of people with hats and signs and cheering Trump in their thousands all over USA. We have not seen people in great numbers who supported Biden. There is no evidence they have ever existed outside of a riot or a hissy fit by a Democrat partisan election official.

I watch Dan Bongino on Rumble and heard him on his Rumble cast say Trump should have addressed disloyal swamp creatures sooner. I disagree with it, and might have egg all over my face soon for saying so, but following is my reasoning. Trump has temporised on facing some of the swamp, not hesitated. Late last year, Trump said he was pulling troops out of Syria and was criticised for it severely. But then an ISIS leader stood up and special forces ran him to committing suicide rather than be taken. The operation, a sting masterminded by Trump had not included significant figures within his administration, and sparked a resignation of National Security Adviser Bolton, who had not been in the loop. Imagine the resistance if Trump had opposed more? But now, if Trump politically survives this, the swamp is exposed and has no support from conservatives. I'm reminded of former Premier of Victoria Jeff Kennett who had led a successful conservative government and had a crash or crash through election which he lost. Had Kennett won, he had clear air for a long time, but having lost Victoria is where the US will be if Biden is allowed to cheat a win.

Trump cycle has it Trump is on his knees, before ... Media is cheering expected partisan court decisions to not support inquiry into voting fraud. However, they overstate the meaning of the shortfalls. The Trump campaign to have their electoral win restored was never going to be straightforward. They have the evidence. It points to multiple elections and undermines the credibility of US Democracy. Ultimately, aspects of it will be decided by SCOTUS. We do not yet know how SCOTUS will decide, or even what exact evidence they will face. But we know the evidence is substantial, and in an effort to suppress the will of conservative resistance, media are claiming that the evidence is not substantive and so the evidence is yet to be addressed. Maybe there is a good reason for a CIA asset being deployed to fraudulently control the US election. Let us hear what it is.

It is apparent that Dems committed fraud to steal the 2020 election. They may well have done similar in 2016. In 2016, Fox declared Pennsylvania early to HRC. The demand was made for Trump to concede. Trump won in 2016, but it surprised the establishment that did similar in their voter suppression as they have done in 2020. HRC had organised a victory party, but blessed marching vagina instead. Even her book did not say what happened. Trump has been very good at mobilising ordinary, decent Americans to support him in numbers greater than any GOP ever. Trump does not court race, or gender, like his racist, bigoted opposition have. Yet Trump has extraordinary minority support for a GOP, possibly the highest since Eleanor Roosevelt courted the Black vote as her husband exploited them. The Dem voting pattern and issues echo the Obama wins too. How long have Dems been using these fraudulent methods to obtain votes? Did they use them to bodgy the 2006 mid terms? It is not that the mysterious support of vapour for Dems is so clearly fraudulent, but, other than violent rioters, and #FakeNews, where is their support, really? How come there is no policy platform for Democrats? Why does Big Tech have to censor the truth? How many millions of Trump supporting votes have been given to Biden? The corruption is so apparent, and so pervasive, that if Trump concedes 2020, he will be conceding all elections that follow, and the flame of liberty will be extinguished in America.

Joe Biden on Wednesday told Fox News reporter Peter Doocy he’s “confident” his son Hunter Biden did nothing wrong.

Hunter Biden on Dec. 9 announced that federal prosecutors were investigating his tax affairs. The probe was launched in 2018 before Joe Biden announced his presidential run, but investigators didn’t reach out to the younger Biden prior to the election because a Justice Department policy surrounding elections prohibits overt investigative acts.

In this episode, I discuss the troubling new revelations about George Soros’ role in the transformation of American. I also discuss the latest court cases, which the media is ignoring, in the election 2020 malfeasance.

Don't give up on hope. Malcolm Turnbull, fresh from turning Mr Abbott's idea of a referendum on SSM into a near turkey by denying a 'no' vote campaign and making the vote un-necessarily difficult has decided he wants a new landmark to demonstrate his time as PM. Turnbull is aiming for a Republic debate. Turnbull campaigned badly in '98. Now, with Beazley on side again, Turnbull can campaign badly again. One can never stand still, even incompetent ditherers like Turnbull. In '98, Beazley promised those who voted against a republic would get another turn under ALP. This almost fulfils that promise.

It is Hanukkah and a picture has been circulated of a light pole in Jerusalem with a repurposed stone base showing a marking of the 10th Roman Legion. The 10th sacked Jerusalem and sent the Jews to all corners of the globe. So that most Japanese people have Jewish DNA (dating back to Babylonians sacking the first temple). The miracle of the lights. How fitting for Hanukkah. Israel overcomes all.

Trump has shredded a ton of red tape. Business is booming in the US. Tay Tay endorses Trump. Lots of women Trump worked with over the years have spoken out about his professionalism, suggesting some accusers are liars. Robert Doyle, Mayor of Melbourne, is standing aside after one of his own councillors (albeit unaligned) accuses him of something. ABC claims one in ten people in Adelaide use Ice daily. Suggesting why the ALP are so popular. Net Neutrality hysterics claim returning to 2015 legislation for the internet will end the world. Air pollution linked to bad teen behaviour does not explain Melbourne's APEX. But Dan Andrews government does. A child bride with the intellect of a six or seven year old apparently completed Australian school study without issue. Ros Ward claims half of Australian kids are gay. Those statistics are about 49 percent off.

Libs threw everything they had at Bennelong, and had a 5% swing against in an unnecessary by election. Libs cannot afford to offer similar support generally in election. a 5% swing will gift ALP government and senate in a history making landslide. And that is with everything going for Turnbull who made awful gaffs over China, and then stood next to JA as he joked about disability. There is a historical precedent with the utter bastardy of overthrowing Abbott, and that was McMahon rolling Gorton. And the result was Whitlam. Only Abbott can heal Turnbull's wounds. I love the Libs and Australia. Waiting for Turnbull to come undone, as he might have over Bennelong, is too late for the party. I think that it is possible the bed wetters who remain will give it back to Abbott. I feel they will expect Abbott will then lose election and Libs will get a clean slate to follow. I know the numbers guy has been booted from Turnbull’s cabinet and now is a senate leader where he is positioned to effect the change. I believe Abbott could win the next election, if the situation is not more compromised. December is the killing season and this result does not deserve kudos, imho.

They can and they might lose even so, if Abbott does not heal the rift but maintains it. Julie Bishop and Pyne have had much invested in them over the years. They were once effective. A united team under Abbott prosecuting a positive agenda Abbott was denied while he was being knifed. That agenda would be economic conservative, not spending expansive, and will be broadly secular not religious partisan. People want to be told why responsible cuts will secure their future. They don’t want more big spending promises like Gonski which failed to address basic educational needs. .. btw .. I can offer, for free an education plan which substantially cuts costs but broadly improves performance across the board.

It is worth comparing agendas and promises. Abbott was very disciplined and restricted himself while he was being knifed. Turnbull promised things he was restricting Abbott from. Turnbull promised IPA free speech, and he could do that because he had the ear of independent senators while he was knifing Abbott. But Turnbull could not deliver on *Any* of the promises he made, including conversation supporting responsible spending. Turnbull set out his agenda on day one and failed to deliver. Turnbull's sole achievement to date is SSM through a plebiscite. However the idea had been Abbotts and the Turnbull delivery was awful. Debate was restricted for 'no' campaign and funding was inappropriately large for the 'yes' campaign. The voting process could have been innovative with email and verification available for a private vote which would have been cheap and foolproof. Instead we got a secret vote which, while decisive was also suspect. However, those empty words of Malcolm day one mask an effective agenda.

The Australian Labour Party who failed in sixteen years to secure NSW's prosperity, despite one off opportunity of the Olympics in 2000, told the press it was impossible to secure a surplus budget. They said the NSW Coalition government did not have the right policies to secure a budget surplus. They said selling poles and wires would not help with a budget surplus. Now there is a surplus and a plan to erase debt left by the ALP, the media are saying the NSW government is too wasteful. They say that NSW has recklessly saved its way into prudent management. The ICAC looked to find fault and yet haven't. The ICAC haven't looked at the ALP, who in government lost billions of dollars. But they don't look for that kind of corruption.

For some, at the moment, the Sex Party has more credibility.

Accounting and reckoning
Now is the time to address the issues. People are grieving, but to move forward we must not leave behind the lessons that may be gleaned from the tragedy of the siege in Sydney's Martin Place. First thing to note is that while it is part of the terrorist mould, it wasn't terrorism. It came from an Islamic person, but it wasn't an Islamic hit. It is acknowledged by ISIL death cult, but they did not organise or plan it. It came as a result of ALP foreign policy, but they won't acknowledge it. It came as a result of ALP legislation that is friendly to criminals, but they don't admit it. It happened after the gunman copied Christian outreach groups like Westboro Baptist Church, but they are unrepentant. It was excused by a host of leftwing groups which promote minorities over cultural assets, like Tim Costello, ABC, Fairfax Press, HRC lying about news and current affairs to promote a victim fantasy. Monis lived in a fantasy land where he was oppressed no matter how depraved or violent was his activity

We know things now that were in the 'fog of war' during the siege. Monis was a refugee who came to Australia in 1996, well before the Pacific Solution introduced fairness to the migration system. He managed to obtain asylum, permanent residency and then citizenship. Iran complained to Australia that Monis had stolen $200k from clients as he had worked as a travel agent in Iran before coming to Australia. A meme being distributed by extremist right wing groups has it that Monis had changed his name and was cousin of the Chief Justice of Iran and connected to many Iranian influential people. Also he was said to be grandson to an Ayatollah who had been expelled from Iran by the former Shah, but had returned after the revolution in '79. We know that around 2002 Monis was working as an astrologer and sexual healer. That line of work is forbidden in Islam, but Jihadists seem excused from such restrictions. Following the murder of Monis' ex wife, investigations brought forth complaints of rape relating to that time. Apparently it was also how Monis met his wife.

In 2008, Monis was writing letters to widows of servicemen who had died on duty. That appalling behaviour was not denounced by Islamic leaders of the time. Monis felt it came under freedom of speech. HRC seem to have approved of the behaviour. It was not deemed relevant to section 18C of the racial discrimination act 1975. In 2009, ASIO dropped Monis from their watch list. In 2011, Monis' ex wife applied for an AVO against Monis, claiming he had threatened to shoot her and had a gun license. Monis claimed he had had a gun license because he worked as a security guard, but it had lapsed. Late today, The NSW police chief, who under ALP had acted as a Police Minister, denied Mr Abbott's assertion that Monis had a gun license. But the obvious reality was Monis had had a gun.

After Monis' wife allegedly murdered his ex at his urgings, making Monis an accessory after the fact, Monis was investigated. And the rape allegations surfaced. And Monis was bailed. Until an adverse finding a week ago, there was nothing to suggest the self styled sheikh was a terrorist. He was clearly manipulative and a fantasist when it suited him, he was as reliable as Craig Thomson. But for the land of his birth, he might have been President of the US, as a Democrat. But the serious nature of the murder charge and the rapes, and the clear character flaw related to the letters to widows, Monis should not have been afforded the privilege of bail. It beggars belief that he had retained a weapon from his days as a security guard with the amount of scrutiny he is expected to have been under.

Did the ALP government in '09 have a policy change which got ASIO to drop Monis from their watch list? Did the former refugee status of Monis prevent NSW police from finding the weapon Monis used in Martin Place? Or was Monis given the gun by a sympathetic fantasist? The ALP, HRC and Islamic leaders have been very sympathetic to the lie that Australia was fighting for oil in Afghanistan and Iraq and killing (and torturing) Islamic peoples as a sideline. That lie fed Monis' fantasy. Monis, in preparation for his assault, had not been aware of the mistake he was making in using the Shahada as the Jolly Roger. Monis' every action on the day seems opportunistic. Wanting the PM as an audience to killing hostages, or the right flag as a justification. The response by the NSW Premier and police to the situation was superb. Something happened to let an opportunist fantasist get away with murder and hostage taking. And the role of ALP government in that atrocity must be examined. If only to 'exonerate' them as Craig Thomson has been, guilty, but unworthy of serving time.

Cronulla Rugby League Football club has been fined a million dollars without a player, official or club having done anything wrong. The fine is apparently to cover up Jason Clare's jaw which claimed that Australian sport was addicted to performance enhancing drugs. Cronulla had administrative problems at the time and so it is apparent ASADA has exploited this to smear them. Had a competent MD been in charge of the club, the claims would probably not have been inflated to this competition changing fine. Will Cronulla, which is not a rich club, move to another site? Queensland needs Sharks ..

CIA involved with AGW alarmism? Or Walter Mitty? ACT game claims seem inflated. Brazil takes heavy burden of feeding plants around the world. I chose the senseless killing of Nicola Cotton, a Louisiana policewoman who joined post Katrina, to highlight the issue. I did this in order to get an income after having been illegally blacklisted from work in NSW for being a whistleblower. I have not done anything wrong. Local council appointees refused to endorse my work, so I did it for free. Youtube's Adsence refused to allow me to profit from their marketing it. Meanwhile, I am hostage to abysmal political leadership and hopeless journalists. My shopfront has opened on Facebook.

I am publishing a book called Bread of Life: January.

Bread of Life is a daily bible quote with a layman's understanding of the meaning. I give one quote for each day, and also a series of personal stories illustrating key concepts eg Who is God? What is a miracle? Why is there tragedy?

January is the first of the anticipated year-long work of thirteen books. One for each month and the whole year. It costs to publish. It (Kindle version) should retail at about $2US online, but the paperback version would cost more, according to production cost.If you have a heart for giving, I fundraise at gofund.me/27tkwuc (Gofundme finished the fund raiser, 2017)
