Tue 17th November 2020 Current Affairs

Trump cycle has it Trump is on his knees, before ... Media is cheering expected partisan court decisions to not support inquiry into voting fraud. However, they overstate the meaning of the shortfalls. The Trump campaign to have their electoral win restored was never going to be straightforward. They have the evidence. It points to multiple elections and undermines the credibility of US Democracy. Ultimately, aspects of it will be decided by SCOTUS. We do not yet know how SCOTUS will decide, or even what exact evidence they will face. But we know the evidence is substantial, and in an effort to suppress the will of conservative resistance, media are claiming that the evidence is not substantive and so the evidence is yet to be addressed. Maybe there is a good reason for a CIA asset being deployed to fraudulently control the US election. Let us hear what it is.

It is apparent that Dems committed fraud to steal the 2020 election. They may well have done similar in 2016. In 2016, Fox declared Pennsylvania early to HRC. The demand was made for Trump to concede. Trump won in 2016, but it surprised the establishment that did similar in their voter suppression as they have done in 2020. HRC had organised a victory party, but blessed marching vagina instead. Even her book did not say what happened. Trump has been very good at mobilising ordinary, decent Americans to support him in numbers greater than any GOP ever. Trump does not court race, or gender, like his racist, bigoted opposition have. Yet Trump has extraordinary minority support for a GOP, possibly the highest since Eleanor Roosevelt courted the Black vote as her husband exploited them. The Dem voting pattern and issues echo the Obama wins too. How long have Dems been using these fraudulent methods to obtain votes? Did they use them to bodgy the 2006 mid terms? It is not that the mysterious support of vapour for Dems is so clearly fraudulent, but, other than violent rioters, and #FakeNews, where is their support, really? How come there is no policy platform for Democrats? Why does Big Tech have to censor the truth? How many millions of Trump supporting votes have been given to Biden? The corruption is so apparent, and so pervasive, that if Trump concedes 2020, he will be conceding all elections that follow, and the flame of liberty will be extinguished in America.

Ep. 1394 The Left is Terrified of This Question About the 2020 Election - The Dan Bongino Show
In this episode, I discuss the troubling issues with the software used to tabulate the 2020 election. Explosive new information is emerging that must be investigated.

Obama Insanely Compares Trump to Dictators in 60 Minutes Interview
https://bongino.com/obama-insanely-compares-trump-to-dictators-in-60-minutes-interview

Speaking of the Trump administration, he said “I think that there has been this sense over the last several years that literally anything goes and is justified in order to get power.”

“And that’s not unique to the United States,” Obama continued. He then tried to compare the Trump administration’s legal battles to the actions of dictators. “There are strong men and dictators around the world who think that ‘I can do anything to stay in power. I can kill people. I can throw them in jail. I can run phony elections. I can suppress journalists.’ But that’s not who we’re supposed to be.” Who knew there were so many dictators around the world filing legal motions and then accepting the results when the ruling doesn’t go their way?

“And one of the signals I think that Joe Biden needs to send to the world is that ‘No, those values that we preached, and we believed in, and subscribed in — we still believe,'” the former community organizer added.

Biden COVID-19 Advisory Board Member: Time to Shut Down Indoor Dining, Gyms, and Home Gatherings
https://bongino.com/biden-covid-19-advisory-board-member-time-to-shut-down-indoor-dining-gyms-and-home-gatherings
During a Fox Business Network interview, Biden COVID-19 Advisory Board member Dr. Celine Gounder said we need to target “places that we know are big contributors to transmission are indoor restaurants, bars, gyms, and also private social gatherings of friends and family in the home” for closures. On the plus side, she is suggesting this as an alternative to shutting down the whole country. She also said the “draconian lockdowns” the country did earlier were a mistake. Instead, the country should, “be much more targeted about how we tighten up some of our measures. I think of it like a dimmer switch, whereas before we had an on and off light switch. So, we can dial up and dial down in a much more granular fashion. So, some of the places that we know are big contributors to transmission are indoor restaurants, bars, gyms, and also private social gatherings of friends and family in the home. So, those are really the places we need to target for closures while keeping other services, for example, schools that are — have not been major contributors to transmission, they’re not zero-risk, but they are much lower risk, and they’re an essential service. And so, we’re really prioritizing keeping schools, for example, open.”

Scenes From a Not So Free and Fair Election
https://bongino.com/scenes-from-a-not-so-free-and-fair-election

Jenna Ellis tells Dan, “What you need to know about Dominion, it’s a foreign company…they have been systematically embedding software used by U.S. elections in various states…they have as a feature, not just as a bug, but as a feature, the ability to cancel votes, manipulate votes, look at the vote tallies.”

Ellis invites viewers to look at a review of Dominion’s “Democracy Suite 5.5A,” which was prepared for the Texas Secretary of State in 2019. Following a thorough analysis, the examiner recommends against purchasing this equipment.

James Sneeringer, Ph.D., concludes, “I cannot recommend certification. Computer systems should be designed to prevent or detect human error whenever possible and minimize the consequences of both human mistakes and equipment failure. Instead the Democracy Suite 5.5-A is fragile and error prone. In my opinion it should not be certified for use in Texas.”

Giuliani explains that “Dominion has a software that it gets from a company called SmartMatics. SmartMatics is a Delaware company, but it’s owned by Venezuelans. Venezuelans who are close to Chavez and Maduro. They actually count the vote. They count the vote in Barcelona, Spain. So the vote goes from here to Barcelona, Spain. They count it and then they give it back to us.”

“Can their software change the vote?” Giuliani asks rhetorically. “Any way they want. Absolutely.”

He mentions the 6,000-vote flip in Antrim County, Michigan that we’ve heard so much about. Although election officials claim this was an accidental glitch, Giuliani believes otherwise.

Giuliani provides some background on SmartMatics. The company “was actually established by Chavez. And the whole purpose of it was to steal elections. It’s their expertise. Stealing elections.”

“As far as we can tell, SmartMatics owns Dominion. There’s a company in between called Indra. So, we’re basically having our votes counted by Venezuelans who are close to our enemy Maduro.”

Indra Sistemas is a Spanish information technology and defense systems company.

Giuliani says, “Until a few days ago, the CEO of SmartMatics was an associate of George Soros.”

I believe he’s referring to Lord Mark Malloch-Brown. He currently serves as an advisor to the left-leaning Eurasia Group. Malloch-Brown’s bio on their website states: “Other positions have included vice chairman of George Soros’s investment funds, as well as his Open Society Institute, where he remains on the board.”

In March, the rumor that Soros himself owned SmartMatics went viral on social media. The Associated Press fact-checked the rumor and found that it was false.

In the days immediately following the election, many media outlets, including The New York Times, reminded readers that Soros has no connection to SmartMatics. I wonder why they felt the need to do that.

Giuliani continues. “One of Soros’ top guys was the CEO of SmartMatics [likely Malloch-Brown]. They took him off a couple of days ago. One of the big people in Dominion is a big supporter of Antifa.”

Dan asks, “How do we know if their vote trail is genuine and authentic?”

Giuliani shakes his head, “We don’t…The [Georgia] governor’s former – I think it was chief of staff – is now one of the chief lobbyists for Dominion and SmartMatics.”

The legal team has collected hundreds of sworn affidavits from observers. “The affidavits are evidence,” he tells Dan.

Giuliani describes a scene that one of the observers has recounted. “It’s 4:30 in the morning [November 4] in Detroit, all of the sudden out of nowhere, 100,000 ballots appear…They’re in carts and shopping bags. They pored them on a big table and the observers said that every vote was for Biden.”

15 Reasons I Could Never Support a Democrat
https://bongino.com/15-reasons-i-could-never-support-a-democrat
1) Watch the incredible disrespect towards the police at liberal protests and you will realize Democrats are anti-cop to the point where they root for the criminals and don’t care whether the police live or die.

2) Democrats accuse everyone that disagrees with them of racism. Oppose their agenda? Racist. In the other political party? Racist. Everything and everybody against them is racist and they care zero whether it’s true or not.

3) Not only do Democrats allow rioting and looting in areas they control, they go so far overboard to excuse it that they’ll tell you protesting is “mostly peaceful” with a building burning in the background.

4) Democrats work relentlessly to censor people that they disagree with. If Democrats have power somewhere, you can be sure they are working non-stop to keep other views from being heard.

5) The primary electoral strategy Democrats have is to lie to people and tell them conservatives like me hate them. They don’t care if it’s true and they don’t care what it does to people’s lives, they just think it helps them, so they do it.

6) Democrats used to at least claim to be the party that wanted abortion to be “safe, legal, and rare.” Today, they’re the party of killing as many babies as possible. No matter what it is, if it produces more dead babies, they support it.

7) Democrats don’t believe in the 2nd Amendment. If they thought they could get away with confiscating every gun in the country tomorrow, they would.

8) Democrats encourage everyone to think of themselves as a victim. It doesn’t matter if they are, if it’s good for them, or even good for society, they have to be victims so Democrats can “save” them.

9) Democrats don’t believe in the Constitution. They believe in a living Constitution, which is no different than saying the Constitution is whatever they want it to be.

10) The Democrats are an anti-Christian Party. They mock, undermine, and smear Christians at every opportunity. Even the liberal Christians put liberalism ahead of Christ.

11) Democrats don’t believe in science. They believe in picking whatever policy they support and endlessly repeating: “You hate science,” if you don’t agree with whatever flimsy scientific evidence they offer for their position.

12) Because Democrats believe illegal aliens will support them politically, they not only support open borders, they treat illegal immigration as interchangeable with legal immigration and genuinely don’t care about the consequences for the country.

13) Democrats will claim they believe something like “gay marriage is wrong” or “men pretending to be women” shouldn’t be able to go in the women’s bathroom, change their mind, and declare that everyone who has the same opinion they did 5 minutes ago is a bigot.

14) Democrats deliberately try to keep people trapped in poverty because they’ve often seen that the same people they’ve helped impoverish will give them their votes in exchange for mediocre handouts from the government.

15) If you knew someone that falsely accused a man of attempted rape, you’d think they were the lowest scum imaginable. Yet, the Democrat Party as a whole did exactly that to Brett Kavanaugh and they knew that’s what they were doing while they were doing it.

Don't give up on hope. NSW senate votes down Euthanasia by one vote. Vic Senate debates a Euthanasia bill for thirty hours, only reaching clause 9 of 141 before a senator became ill and debate was put on hold. The Victorian government tried to force a vote on the bill after the first clause was debated.

In the United States, Jeff Sessions has tasked an investigation into Democrats colluding with Russia to steal uranium. It looks like the swamp will be drained and lots of Democrats will go to jail. So in panic, a few Democrat Congress people stage an event claiming they are impeaching Trump.

=== from 2016 ===
IPA Review (Nov 2016) features a Matthew Lesh article on “Australian Tax Mutineers” and it includes the 1808 Rum Rebellion in NSW. Just more than twenty years since the penal colony had been founded, the Rum Rebellion was bloodless and peaceful enough. Nobody died. The Governor was taken from where he was hiding beneath his bed. Governor Bligh had form for rebellion, he had also been Captain of the Bounty when Fletcher Christian led a mutiny and Bligh brilliantly saved his life and others in an oared raft. Bligh was capable as a leader, but tensions in the colony ran deep as the colony was primarily convict, but free settlers wanted more. The rum trade (not just rum, but spirits were more prevalent than coin) was the focus of the rebellion, but the reality was the following governor Macquarie had an agenda of promoting the free state of NSW. In the end, Macquarie was broken by free traders running rough shod over him too.

The issue has a personal interest for me. My great great great great grandfather, Mak Sai Ying came from Canton Province to Sydney and stayed there at the behest of John Blaxland in 1818. Blaxland had been dudded in a land deal with NSW by Bligh. He convinced Mak Sai Ying to claim land too. Ying was dudded by NSW too, but went on to own a pub and start a business and family. Sydney colony had been merely a penal colony, but the Rum rebellion made her into a free colony. At issue was the ‘tax’ on alcohol trade. A regressive tax which retarded growth.

In Syria, Russia backs the Syrian Government. The US backs some anti Assad forces. ISIL is a third party. By dividing the nation in two warring factions, a cold war is established and the world is safer as Syria implodes. It is a way of outsourcing security to Russia and it is not the sole example Obama has employed cold war tactics. He has done the same in Iran, in Ukraine, in Korea and throughout the Middle East. And wherever he has applied it, the tried and true tactics have failed, blowing up in his face, so the press have had to protect Obama. Consider why the press have never run with the question of why Ukraine facilitated rebels shooting down a Malaysian Airlines aircraft. Why was Malaysian airlines not warned about Ukrainian airspace? What role had Washington in monitoring the rebel forces during the atrocity? Why pin it on Russia? Unless it is part of a cold war big game. The tactic has failed so far in Syria. And just like the Ukraine, there are many, many, civilian casualties. And the damage is not isolated to war zones. And responsible decisions aren't being made in the cold war arm wrestle. For example, Iran is being gifted nuclear weapons.

For some, at the moment, the Sex Party has more credibility.

MH17 forgery
MH17 photograph exposed as a forgery. Plane is flying in wrong direction and contains wrong details for the actual craft. In all probability, the entire tragedy is a Washington sting against Russia. Russia should never have allowed the equipment to be used by the separatists, but important questions need to be asked of Ukraine too .. like why they failed to warn Malaysia of the war they were fighting as well as the likelihood they deliberately got Russian separatists to target MH17. Blame Washington .. they got upset with Russia over Syria and negotiations on Iran .. and encouraged an illegitimate government in Ukraine to bid for economic independence and to deny Russia access to their naval port .. that, is the proximate cause of all of this. But, in the meantime, there is an intelligence war. The release of phone calls hours after the tragedy suggest Washington planned a smear well.
Islamo fascist bloody fail
Australia contributed four jihadis brothers to IS. Two so obese they could barely walk. Their mother is puzzled as to what has attracted them, saying they are simple boys. But simple is the kind of person who is attracted to the organisation killing Muslims and others. Meanwhile IS kills an Islamic convert who had been an aid worker, and then kills sixteen Islamic peoples who were soldiers for Syria. The killings have been deplored by world leaders, but impotent Islamic leaders are still not sure if there is sufficient evidence that the terrorists are not in fact Islamic.
Equal pay for female tech writer?
A female tech writer who was outraged by a shirt worn by an eminent scientist has claimed she has received death threats. It is wrong to threaten the life of such fools. Take away their livelihood. They listen to money, so they say. The tech writer had been outraged by the shirt of an astro physicist who had managed the unique feat of landing a probe on an asteroid.
Free Trade with China
The free trade deal with China has been signed. SMH are concerned about an arrangement which is already built into immigration whereby Chinese workers can be employed at Chinese projects if no Australian has the requisite skill. The 457 visa already exists for just that. Some things are not covered, like Sugar, rice and wheat. However there will be substantial expansion in key markets like education, finance, tourism and health. Also, 85% of all sales will be tariff free, expanding to 95% in a decade.
Left wing fails
Laura Tingle misrepresented Mr Abbott's success at the G20. Mr Abbott managed to have the final communique reflect economic ambitions as Obama crowed emptily over climatic ones. However, Laura was not the only idiot fooled. Many on ABC and Channel 9 lied about what had happened at the conference. On the Insiders the panel agreed that the 'shirtfront' comment was not understood by the panel but had not affected the summit. Malcolm Farr felt that Abbott shouldn't be allowed to say such confusing things.

Sky News is taking on the role of national broadcaster, getting coverage of political debates as the ABC cannot be trusted.
From 2013
The dots have not yet connected Rudd to an allegation against a senior Victorian ALP MP. But otherwise, mystery remains as to why he resigned, but clearly he is as broken as he was dysfunctional in office. Fools cannot be taught. There are many lessons from Rudd's mistakes in office. One example of hubris is given by channel 9, who reported this morning on an investigator into the assassination of JFK. JFK was shot by two people, one Lee Harvey Oswald who was acting alone and using full metal jacket bullets. Two bullets were recovered from the three casings he left behind from some 15 seconds of shooting, 9 seconds of which were captured on tape. The other shooter was an accident from a secret service agent whose rifle had a dum-dum. The agent had taken the loaded rifle, undid the safety and the accidental discharge hit JFK in the back of the head. There was a cover up of the accident. However, channel 9 found a Democrat enthusiast who felt JFK, who was probably worse than Carter or Obama, had been cut in his prime. The fact that civilisation exists today is powerful testimony to a clumsy secret service agent. But that translates poorly to the ALP, which retain significant support. JFK did not learn from his mistakes, but was claimed by one of another.

Climate fear mongering by AGW alarmists is still fed with public money. It will take them a long time to fully exhaust the $trillions of dollars they took from the worlds' poorest peoples (they claimed it came from the rich, but when rich don't spend, it is the poor who suffer).

Also suffering are fans of Bridget Jones' Diary. In a post modernist twist, the fans lose interest in the sequel. Which is a salient warning to the ALP who don't seem to be able to pick a leader who in story terms is a good person.

Today is a special anniversary. Czech students in the velvet revolution begin demonstrating for freedom in 1989, fifty six years after FDR recognised Soviet Union.
