Editorial on Biden's stunning 'success' in Afghanistan
Afghanistan under the thumb of the Taliban. Street lynching, political murder and freedoms quashed. That is Afghanistan as those who voted for Biden as President have achieved. A tarred man is lead with a noose down a street for a walk of shame. What was his crime? Or does it not matter if there was a crime, only that the terrorists can show their ability to assert their authority. Just like Biden locking up people who peacefully demonstrated on January 6th. How long will those peaceful demonstrators be detained? Eight months without a trial? They say justice delayed is justice denied. How long will Biden delay justice in Afghanistan?

I asked a colleague who liked Biden, what they thought God thought about Afghanistan. My friend said "God should never have been there"

Editorial on reimposition of Andrews Curfew
Australian news propaganda has Vic extension of lockdown as being necessary. And imposition of curfew, again, which failed last time. Why do left wing governments have to copy NAZI ideas on social organisation? From eugenics, family planning, public shaming, social isolation, removal of freedoms and environmentalism, it is almost as if some ageing NAZI is still funding their ideals world wide.

Curfew and lockdown failed last time in Victoria, with over a hundred dying after being denied effective medication while crime tape was placed children's swings and roundabouts. The deaths were a direct result of Premier Andrews placing a bungling private security company over quarantine, a company closely connected with ALP and not subject to competitive bidding for the job. When asked about his decision, the Premier delayed answering for months, and then said he forgot.

Delta variant Covid is more transmissible than COVID 19, and less deadly, Less deadly than the common cold. And what is wrong with treating it with appropriate medication?

Editorial on Pell case and Deep state

Cardinal Pell had created the Melbourne Response into institutionalised pedophilia in the '90s in Australia. It was a world first, but hamstrung by laws of the day, giving victims compensation without forcing them to trial. There was a backlash and a party which had included many who were known pedophiles and had deep bureaucratic connections had had Pell face decades of litigation which over time crept to accuse Pell of being a pedophile, and had him jailed on a false pretext for over a year. He had been convicted by the Victorian high court after the chief justice took the case saying they would be impartial, but they weren't. In the mean time, Pell had been 3rd in power within the Catholic church and had restructured church finances world wide to root out corruption. Recently, senior church members who allegedly leaked against Pell are facing charges of embezzlement. I see no evidence Catholicism is more prone to pedophilia than elsewhere, and I know there are tragic examples. But a deep state issue within Catholicism has seemed to be in the mix and on both sides, Catholics are standing up. Tony Abbott was the first conservative Catholic in Australia (It could be argued Joseph Lyons was Catholic too, but the UAP founder had been ALP first). Malcolm Turnbull is catholic too. Deep state division within Catholicism dates over a thousand years. It is not solely responsible for US deep state issues, but it does seem a contributor.

Editorial on Friday 13th

There used to be a 13th month. It spawned the idea of a blue moon which happens once a year. Robert Graves interpreted artwork from pre literacy Greece found that woman were the initial leaders of the Greeks, and they had three powerful gods, Hera, Aphrodite and Athena. They were a kind of trinity, where Hera, cow eyed, was the older who saw wrongs when others didn't realise she was watching. Aphrodite was a mature, desirable woman. Pallas Athene was the child goddess, whose wisdom was like a sharp pre teen girl. Over time, Queens would adopt a king for a year. At the end of the year, the blue moon, the king would be sacrificed and his blood and bones would be fertiliser. Later still, prisoners might be sacrificed for the king.

The thirteenth month has disappeared from our calendar but still exists as a blue moon, sometimes defined as the month of the year with two moons.

The Code of Hammurabi left off the number 13 for reasons now unknown.

Apollo 13 came too late to be foundational, but my, it was inspiring.

The knights Templar were screwed before French King Philip stole their assets by accusing them of heresies and then torturing them to confess, beginning Friday 13th. They had lost everything when Jerusalem fell after 150 years when the language spoken there had been French. Jerusalem fell after Jerusalem's king's daughter was kidnapped, and so the king the left the safety of a fortress and was slaughtered in battle. The Knights Templar had the timeless duty of guarding Jerusalem and her antiquities. The Holy Grail legend may have been resurrected to impugn the Knights? I feel the knights were victims of a deep state within Christianity. Part of the chaff masquerading as wheat.

From the Bible, 1 Corinthians 2

And so it was with me, brothers and sisters. When I came to you, I did not come with eloquence or human wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God. For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified. I came to you in weakness with great fear and trembling. My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.

God’s Wisdom Revealed by the Spirit

We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. No, we declare God’s wisdom, a mystery that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began. None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. However, as it is written:

“What no eye has seen,
    what no ear has heard,
and what no human mind has conceived”—
the things God has prepared for those who love him—

these are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit.

The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us. This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual realities with Spirit-taught words. The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit. The person with the Spirit makes judgments about all things, but such a person is not subject to merely human judgments, for,

“Who has known the mind of the Lord
    so as to instruct him?”

But we have the mind of Christ.

Here is a video I made Margaret Thatcher Tribute
In loving memory of the Baroness Thatcher. She gave much and asked for nothing that wasn't earned or deserved. I remember the terrible, infantile attacks on her, finishing with the Wizard of Oz song, repeated lies about her (she didn't support apartheid, she wasn't a war monger). She liberated peoples of the UK from the depredations of socialism.

"The Carnival Is Over" is a Russian folk song (1883) with lyrics written by Tom Springfield in 1965 for the Australian group The Seekers, who customarily close their concerts with it. At its peak, the song was selling 93,000 copies per day and is No 30 in the chart of the biggest selling singles of all time in the United Kingdom, and has sold 1.41 million copies in the UK alone. I chose it in tribute for the Australian connection and out of contempt for those who abused the Wizard of Oz.

I was raised as an Atheist. I learned, after reading the Bible, that God loves me, and you. This is his song for you too. He loves you, and wants to be with you.

Don't give up on hope. There is no reason to boot Malcolm Turnbull from the PM's position. Do it anyway. Tony Abbott should be given the role. Abbott's policy mix would boost state LNP too. The Australian Taxpayer Alliance has put out a multi point plan to make power affordable to All Australians and business. It needs to be adopted. ALP will oppose measures which will make things better for all Australians. Let them. Let the ALP oppose rational measures before state and federal elections. See if they can hold onto the senate gifted them by Turnbull.

NZ PM Ardern is freezing politician's wages. She needs special enabling legislation to do so. A better look would be for her to keep the pay rise, but donate the rest to charity. Woolworths is suffering from her badly implemented bag ban. I have no problem with a business profiting from selling plastic bags. I object to them calling it world saving. It worked ok in ACT. It isn't the business model that is wrong. It is the excuse. Australia does not have a plastic bag problem choking the environment. But if she did, Woolworth's policy would not help it. Where the problem exists, authorities need to manage it better.

I'm contributing to QUORA, a question and answer site that can be a bit addictive.

What does almost no one know about how hard it is to be a teacher?

A passionate and enthusiastic science teacher I know was tutoring at a tutoring school. He also worked at a public high school. A parent at the high school was concerned there might be a conflict of interest. The work he gave at the tutoring college was set by a third party. It was classroom work, not individual instruction. However, because of the law regarding conflicts of interest, he could not keep on teaching at the tutoring school.

Now, consider the conflicts of interest faced by politicians ..

A daily column on what the ALP have as a policy, supported by a local member, and how it has 'helped' the local community. I'll stop if I cannot identify a policy. Feel free to make suggestions. Contact me on FB, not twitter. I have twitter, but never look at it.

Gabrielle Williams was appointed Parliamentary Secretary for Carers and Volunteers, working with the Minister for Housing, Disability and Ageing and the Minister for Families and Children. Williams was given those titles when elected in 2014. It is difficult to find what value she has been to Dandenong, but clearly the ALP see her as the future. On her ALP news feed, Williams has announced the ALP are patting themselves on the back over elective surgery wait times. But Dandenong is a hub of Melbourne. Why wouldn't she get world's best practice? Yet Internet is denied in housing estates built prior to the NBN but after was decided not to lay copper cables. Meaning access to some households is via satellite or via an exceptional overpriced Telstra offer. The government is throwing short term money at things which need a long term fix. Slow handclap for the shorter wait times. I'm sure the pensioner waiting a year for a hernia fix is impressed.

As part of the November 24th Vic election campaign I have a petition I want to bring before the Opposition Leader Matthew Guy. I believe Matthew will be the next premier of Victoria and so I am petitioning him as I raise the issues of Employment, Crime and Education in Dandenong. I am also seeking money for my campaign. I don't have party resources, and so my campaign is on foot, and on the internet. Any money I receive that is not spent on the campaign will go to Grow 4 Life. I am asking questions like "What do you love about Dandenong?" and "If you could change something in Dandenong to make it better, what would it be?" I'm not limiting the questions to state issues. I'm happy to discuss anything, and get things done.

Some things should not happen, but they do. The case is before courts, so a lot of information is not available. A mentally ill man tried to blow up the Australian Christian Lobby in Canberra. He was injured in the explosion, but capable of 'giving his reason.' However, the 'reason' he has given is at odds with assurances police made the public. ACT Deputy Chief Police Commander Mark Walters said: “As a result of our conversations with this man, we’ve been able to establish that his actions were not politically, religiously or ideologically motivated.” Yet the accused said he chose the grounds “Because I dislike the Australian Christian Lobby”, over its “position on sexuality” and because “religions are failed.” To be fair, the accused is a gay activist and the police response was probably to assure people that the attack was not Presbyterian terrorist related. But police should not use code to address issues. It betrays the community trust that police need to function effectively.

Yesterday's column was challenged by a reader who believed I overstated the good will between Trump and Bannon. I could be wrong, but I believe the politically motivated press have misreported the issue as fake news. I understand that the administration is keen to take on a new direction, but not to discredit the work of campaigner Bannon. The White House is no longer campaigning for power, but exercising it. Which is a different skill set. Time will tell.

Agrippa Postumus was a grandchild of Octavian. Octavian was said to have doted on his family, but he made some strong decisions. Agrippa's father died before he was born. Octavian adopted his two brothers, and made Agrippa heir. He had not adopted him as he wanted the family name of Agrippa to continue. But when both brothers died Octavian adopted him anyway at the same time Octavian adopted his step son, Tiberius and made Agrippa the first in line. Agrippa was described as having no good qualities, Tacitus described him as "devoid of every good quality, he had been involved in no scandal." He was exiled shortly before Octavian died. Around the time Octavian died, on this day in 14, Agrippa was executed. Tiberius as Caeser was terrible for Rome.

With the crusades winding down by the fourteenth century the Knights Templar was threatened by Kings that wanted to dissolve them and collect their wealth. Jacques de Molay was head of the Knights and the French King Phillip IV had him tortured until he confessed in 1307. He later retracted his confession. So, in 1314, Phillip had him burned on a scaffold on an island in the River Seine. On this day in 1308, Pope Clement V pardoned Molay, absolving him of charges of heresy. In 1519, Philosopher and General Wang Yangming defeated Zhu Chenhao, Prince of Ning, who had tried to seize the emperors seat. The penalty for losing was to be slow slicing, a form of torture where small bits of flesh are cut from the victim until they die. He committed suicide first. Johan de Witt was a senior public servant and mathematician in Holland. On this day in 1672, his devotion was not well rewarded when he went to visit his brother, and was lynched by political opponents.

In 1858, Charles Darwin published his theory of evolution through natural selection. Many people feel it disproves Islam. In 1866, President Andrew Johnson formally declared the Civil War was over. In 1882 Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture debuted in Moscow. In 1920, the world's first commercial radio station began in Detroit. In 1938, Lhou Gehrig hit his 23rd Grand Slam, which was to remain a record for 75 years until Alex Rodriguez. The craze of ice bathing is to address ALS which is Lou Gehrig's disease. The admission that the ASADA investigation into drugs in sports was a political witch-hunt echoes A-Rod's story, he has been banned from Major League Baseball for no evident reason. In 1940, Leon Trotsky was killed by a Soviet agent who was a Spanish communist. Trotsky was a communist who opposed Stalinist bureaucracy. The ice pick which claimed his life came from an ally and friend he would have given anything to protect. He gave his life and his family lost theirs for his belief too. In 1940, Churchill gave his famous speech including the line "Never was so much owed by so many to so few." A great and humble man was sent by Nazis to Buchenwald on this day in 1944. A New Zealander. Phil Lamason was one of 168 captured airmen. Gestapo labelled them terror fliers, not armed combatants and sent them to a concentration camp, not a POW camp. Phil was senior officer and gave his men military bearing and discipline. He managed to get word to the Luftwaffe of the plight of his men and they were transferred to a POW camp the day they had been scheduled for execution. He retired to a farm in NZ after the war. In 1968, the Soviet Union crushed the Czech Spring. In 1988, the Iran Iraq war had a ceasefire after eight years. In 1991, a hundred thousand people rallied outside the Kremlin following the coup ejecting Gorbachev from power. In 1998, Clinton sent cruise missiles against camps in Afghanistan and a chemical plant in Sudan in retaliation for the bombing of the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania.

The people of Louisiana have a great history and unique culture. But they don't earn enough, don't have enough, for Obama or Hillary Clinton to make a visit in their time of need. But Trump has made the time. It will make no difference to the polls come the election. Which is another reason why Hillary would not visit. She could not have cared less if they were called Benghazi. But Obama is backing something which might make a real difference on the land. The US department of Agriculture is holding a summit to promote the role of lesbian farmers. Incredible what they can farm these days.

In Victoria, Dan Andrews has demonstrated he is a role model for the lowest common denominator. According to the Age, Andrews once said of a Liberal MP with bowel cancer she wouldn't pose a threat because she'd soon be "shitting in a bag." What goes around, comes around. Andrews has lost a lot of weight, but he will always be a fat joke.

For some, at the moment, the Sex Party has more credibility.

Oscar Pistorius, whose sentence was too short for shooting his girlfriend dead with explosive ammunition, will be denied parole after ten months time served. He was scheduled to be paroled, but the government of South Africa stepped in very late. Now the other prisoners can hear him scream like a girl when he is agitated. He may need to carry around a sick bucket for awhile. In Australia, an elderly actress famous for being a prison guard has been convicted of molesting a 14 yo girl in the '80s. She had taken the girl to her home and drunk alcohol before the incident took place. Still remains to be seen if she is sentenced to more time than a stone cold killer.
From 2014
Channel 9 news reported this morning they had reports of a terrible attack which they could not describe as they were awaiting verification. A post was doing the rounds purportedly showing Islamist terrorists burying victims alive, slowly. The victims were naked with their hands covering their faces. Presumably if they tried to run they would be quickly killed by the guards around them. Slowly, they were covered with dirt over the three minute video, but it would take a much longer time for them to be buried. But that was not the meme Channel 9 were hesitating to cover. A journalist captured by Islamic Terrorists six hundred days ago in Libya had been beheaded with a message to Obama. But we know Obama does not listen. Another captured journalist is slated to have his head cut off soon. There is no depravity beneath the terrorists, no hope for those clinging to life. There is a view among Islamic youth that there is a valid position describing what terrorists are fighting for. There isn't.

Meanwhile in Australia the ridiculous Clive Palmer is posturing and desperately courting the dopey. The senate is new, but still clogged with left wing advocates who do not listen to reason. The previous Opposition under Mr Abbott passed 80% of legislation by the previous minority government. The current opposition passes nothing. But cuts are needed to spending for prosperity for all. Chanel 9 evening news claim they are now confused. They claim there isn't a budget emergency related to sending. But they know what the argument is, they are merely trying to broaden the ratings of their left wing viewers. They know their conservative viewers are bereft of choice.

Today's Old Testament reading: Psalm 103-104

Praise the LORD, my soul;
all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
2 Praise the LORD, my soul,
and forget not all his benefits-
3 who forgives all your sins
and heals all your diseases,
4 who redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion,
5 who satisfies your desires with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
The LORD works righteousness
and justice for all the oppressed.

7 He made known his ways to Moses,
his deeds to the people of Israel:
8 The LORD is compassionate and gracious,
slow to anger, abounding in love....

Today's New Testament reading: 1 Corinthians 2

And so it was with me, brothers and sisters. When I came to you, I did not come with eloquence or human wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God. 2 For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified. 3 I came to you in weakness with great fear and trembling. 4 My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit's power, 5 so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God's power.
God's Wisdom Revealed by the Spirit

6 We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. 7 No, we declare God's wisdom, a mystery that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began. 8 None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory....

Morning

"He shall stand and feed in the strength of the Lord."
Micah 5:4
Christ's reign in his Church is that of a shepherd-king. He has supremacy, but it is the superiority of a wise and tender shepherd over his needy and loving flock; he commands and receives obedience, but it is the willing obedience of the well-cared-for sheep, rendered joyfully to their beloved Shepherd, whose voice they know so well. He rules by the force of love and the energy of goodness.
His reign is practical in its character. It is said, "He shall stand and feed." The great Head of the Church is actively engaged in providing for his people. He does not sit down upon the throne in empty state, or hold a sceptre without wielding it in government. No, he stands and feeds. The expression "feed," in the original, is like an analogous one in the Greek, which means to shepherdize, to do everything expected of a shepherd: to guide, to watch, to preserve, to restore, to tend, as well as to feed.
His reign is continual in its duration. It is said, "He shall stand and feed;" not "He shall feed now and then, and leave his position;" not, "He shall one day grant a revival, and then next day leave his Church to barrenness." His eyes never slumber, and his hands never rest; his heart never ceases to beat with love, and his shoulders are never weary of carrying his people's burdens.
His reign is effectually powerful in its action; "He shall feed in the strength of Jehovah." Wherever Christ is, there is God; and whatever Christ does is the act of the Most High. Oh! it is a joyful truth to consider that he who stands today representing the interests of his people is very God of very God, to whom every knee shall bow. Happy are we who belong to such a shepherd, whose humanity communes with us, and whose divinity protects us. Let us worship and bow down before him as the people of his pasture.

Evening

"Pull me out of the net that they have laid privily for me: for thou art my strength."
Psalm 31:4
Our spiritual foes are of the serpent's brood, and seek to ensnare us by subtlety. The prayer before us supposes the possibility of the believer being caught like a bird. So deftly does the fowler do his work, that simple ones are soon surrounded by the net. The text asks that even out of Satan's meshes the captive one may be delivered; this is a proper petition, and one which can be granted: from between the jaws of the lion, and out of the belly of hell, can eternal love rescue the saint. It may need a sharp pull to save a soul from the net of temptations, and a mighty pull to extricate a man from the snares of malicious cunning, but the Lord is equal to every emergency, and the most skilfully placed nets of the hunter shall never be able to hold his chosen ones. Woe unto those who are so clever at net laying; they who tempt others shall be destroyed themselves.
"For thou art my strength." What an inexpressible sweetness is to be found in these few words! How joyfully may we encounter toils, and how cheerfully may we endure sufferings, when we can lay hold upon celestial strength. Divine power will rend asunder all the toils of our enemies, confound their politics, and frustrate their knavish tricks; he is a happy man who has such matchless might engaged upon his side. Our own strength would be of little service when embarrassed in the nets of base cunning, but the Lord's strength is ever available; we have but to invoke it, and we shall find it near at hand. If by faith we are depending alone upon the strength of the mighty God of Israel, we may use our holy reliance as a plea in supplication.
"Lord, evermore thy face we seek:
Tempted we are, and poor, and weak;
Keep us with lowly hearts, and meek.

Let us not fall. Let us not fall."

=== Message ===

I am a decent man and don't care for the abuse given me. I created a video raising awareness of anti police feeling among western communities. I chose the senseless killing of Nicola Cotton, a Louisiana policewoman who joined post Katrina, to highlight the issue. I did this in order to get an income after having been illegally blacklisted from work in NSW for being a whistleblower. I have not done anything wrong. Local council appointees refused to endorse my work, so I did it for free. Youtube's Adsence refused to allow me to profit from their marketing it. Meanwhile, I am hostage to abysmal political leadership and hopeless journalists. My shopfront has opened on Facebook.

I am publishing a book called Bread of Life: January.

Bread of Life is a daily bible quote with a layman's understanding of the meaning. I give one quote for each day, and also a series of personal stories illustrating key concepts eg Who is God? What is a miracle? Why is there tragedy?

January is the first of the anticipated year-long work of thirteen books. One for each month and the whole year. It costs to publish. It (Kindle version) should retail at about $2US online, but the paperback version would cost more, according to production cost.If you have a heart for giving, I fundraise at gofund.me/27tkwuc (Gofundme finished the fund raiser, 2017)

Editorials will appear in the "History in a Year by the Conservative Voice" series, starting with August, September, October, or at Amazon http://www.amazon.com/dp/1482020262/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_dVHPub0MQKDZ4 The kindle version is cheaper, but the soft back version allows a free kindle version.
