"TAPS" for NICOLA

On January 28, 2008 New Orleans Police Officer Nicola D. Cotton was killed in the line of duty while serving the people of New Orleans.

Nicola was passionate about being a police officer and helping those in need.

Her death devastated both the NOPD and the New Orleans community.
She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Rest in Peace NICOLA.
