Editorial Media assault on decorated Australian Soldier

Former special forces soldier Ben Robert Smith has been smeared by media and political enemies. Former PM Julia Gillard smeared Smith as she decorated him, calling him 'modest.' There is a world of difference between a modest soldier and a humble one in service. Smith, in service, was humble, but his achievements were not modest. In a battle which earned him the VC, he offers it to all who served with him on that day.

One terrible smear is that Smith killed non combatants after they had been detained. Evidence of which, presented in court, was the case of Smith killing a machine gunner who was 15 years old. Is it the curt's suggestion that proof of age cards must be kept by terrorists wielding deadly weapons like machine guns? "Sir, I have a bead on that gunner pinning down our forces, can I take the shot?" "Have you checked his age?" "She has a beard." "Wait, check your privilege." "It doesn't matter sir, the unit is gone."

Ben Robert Smith has earned my thanks for his service. He has earned my admiration for his accomplishments. He has earned my favour, because those attacking him are politically motivated, not personally motivated, and placed on trial is not Smith's battle field activity, but my right to the freedom Smith defended.

Editorial Biden Crime family friends with awful people

Murdoch's Australian news focuses on Hunter Biden using the 'nigger' word freely with friends and associates. He has a meme joking about using it with Obama. It matters nothing to me how Hunter interacts with his friends and colleagues. It matters nothing to me that the issue of racism means nothing to Hunter, but he treats it as a joke. What Democrats call racism is a bad joke, undermining the meaning of the word and using it to exploit those whom have in the past been victims of racism. But, exploiting the oppressed has been Democrat policy since before the civil war. FDR practiced it to convince black voters to support Democrats as they have done since the 1930's. How did Monica Lewinsky respond to exploitation?

Biden's criminal association in the Ukraine has not been examined by the world media, who have not asked basic questions as to why Ukraine have not faced prosecution for painting their military aircraft with civilian identifiers, causing the shoot down of MH17. Australia is contributing to protecting Biden from censure.

Biden has outsourced his foreign policy to cold war policy, and so China is emboldened to challenge India by proxy in surrounding nations. However, Biden is not inactive overseas, he is working hard to hurt Israel.

Editorial Press corruption fuels corruption

A simple question by President Trump is "Why is Fox employing Chris Wallace?" But, as with most answers to Trump questions, the issues are salient, poignant and many. Chris Wallace is an incompetent journalist but a powerful left wing spokesperson. Whenever the Democrats are on the public nose, Wallace speaks for them. Wallace is partisan Democrat. Wallace is wrong on every issue he speaks on. He was wrong about COVID origins, he was wrong about election fraud and he is wrong about racism in today's America.

In Victoria, Australia, a question is being asked about Dan Andrews accident that threatened his life and laid him up for over 90 days. Andrews is not answering questions about it. We know that Andrews lies and claims to forget when it is convenient. The story is Andrews slipped on steps and broke his back. A question is why did the police or emergency not cater to the critically ill Premier of Victoria, instead he was privately transported to emergency. Was it a simple miss step, or was Andrews toxically drunk or on drugs? Was emergency service declined so Dan could sober up before treatment? It is not a new issue for the ALP, a former drunk driving attorney general for the ALP in NSW once left a hospital with his blood samples so he couldn't be charged for driving into stationary, parked cars. He later died drunk. A sniggering partisan press helped the public accept the corruption.

The press, meanwhile attack decent people, like highly decorated soldier Ben Robert Smith. May Smith get a huge payout for their libel. However, as the press fail the public with misinformation, truly terrible people are killing innocent people.

Justice is dying. The examples are everywhere. And it’s the same deep players killing justice. In this episode, I discuss the troubling details behind the treatment of the January 6 prisoners as compared to the kid gloves coddling of ANTIFA and BLM. I also show how the same deep-staters are behind these scandals.

Here is a video I made The Kraken

In 1830, possibly aware of Pierre Dénys de Montfort's work, Alfred Tennyson published his popular poem "The Kraken" (essentially an irregular sonnet), which disseminated Kraken in English with its long-standing superfluous the. The poem in its last three lines, also bears similarities to the legend of Leviathan, a sea monster, who shall rise to the surface at the end of days.
Tennyson's description apparently influenced Jules Verne's imagined lair of the famous giant squid in Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea from 1870. Verne also makes numerous references to Kraken, and Bishop Pontoppidan in the novel.

Below the thunders of the upper deep,
Far, far beneath in the abysmal sea,
His ancient, dreamless, uninvaded sleep
The Kraken sleepeth: faintest sunlights flee
About his shadowy sides; above him swell
Huge sponges of millennial growth and height;
And far away into the sickly light,
From many a wondrous grot and secret cell
Unnumbered and enormous polypi
Winnow with giant arms the slumbering green.
There hath he lain for ages, and will lie
Battening upon huge sea worms in his sleep,
Until the latter fire shall heat the deep;
Then once by man and angels to be seen,
In roaring he shall rise and on the surface die.

Don't give up on hope. A FB friend of mine I never met, promotes GOP/conservatives and Jewish welfare in reverse order. Tygrrrr Express is funny, wise and friendly, reaching across the political divide to engage with any reasonable person. Recently, an individual espousing conservative GOP positions wanted to friend him and was blocked. The individual also had an anti Jewish meme on his page. "There is no place for bigotry of any kind, and just because someone thinks they agree with me, it does not mean I agree with them."

A report has come in that the Taliban Leader who ordered the shooting of Malala has been killed by a US airstrike. Another Obama negotiation opportunity snuffed.

If AGW was real, there would be no reason to lie about it. A video purporting to expose the 97% hoax then endorses it, is an example. Drought in NSW and kangaroos at plague proportions, so NSW Gov allows an extension of culling. Irresponsible advocates want kangaroos to die of starvation and farms to be destroyed. Free thinkers advocate madness. Free thinkers don't get the difference between refugees, citizens and illegal migrants or terrorists. Security is not a random thing.

Some things should not happen, but they do. The Liberal Government of Australia has not been able to pass good legislation because of an awful senate, but there is great news about what they have done which has not been well sold. And the oxygen thief is Malcolm Turnbull and his supporters. Because, generally the good policy initiatives are not his ideas, but the awful ones are. Ideas from Gonski 2, Finkel, raiding superannuation and appointing left wing zealots to top bodies are all harming Australia and the Liberal Party. The Mid Winter Ball had Turnbull showing off to his mates in the press gallery. He took cheap shots at Donald Trump that were as funny as Griffin holding Trump's severed head. Turnbull has the lousy polls, not Trump. Trump is draining the swamp and faces fake news, which is real and does damage, as that baseball shooting in DC showed. Even the US DOJ has had to give a press release saying that leaks are fake news. But Malcolm Turnbull, who has been very undiplomatic in provoking Trump, will find Trump is not brittle like Turnbull is. Trump can exact a price through dealing and a fool like Turnbull will never know why he is so ineffective as leader. It is not good for the Liberals that Turnbull is leader. We need Tony Abbott.

In 363, Emperor Julian marched back up the Tigris and burned his fleet of supply ships. During the withdrawal Roman forces suffered several attacks from the Persians. Julian's decision to burn the supply ships proved fatal for him. While fighting with a sword, but not armour, in a skirmish, Julian was stabbed with a Saracen spear. The wound became fatal after three days, an irony lost on the apostate. 632, Yazdegerd III ascended to the throne as king (shah) of the Persian Empire. He became the last ruler of the Sasanian dynasty (modern Iran). He was 8 years old and nine years old when the first hostile Islamic negotiators threatened his kingdom.

In 1586, Mary, Queen of Scots, recognised Philip II of Spain as her heir and successor. Her son, James VI of Scotland had been king of Scotland since 1567, so Mary's declaration was fairly empty, except as a political threat against her cousin, Elizabeth I of England. Mary's statement formed part, in legal eyes, of the Babington Plot, for which Mary was executed in 1587. 1795, First Battle of Groix otherwise known as "Cornwallis' Retreat". Vice Admiral Cornwallis was heavily outnumbered and outgunned by the French (England had 5 ships of line and two frigates while France had twelve ships of line and eleven frigates). Initially, Cornwallis retreated and French pursued. But when two ships fell behind, Cornwallis imposed his force in their defence. His ships all made Portsmouth, damaged, but secure.

1816, Lord Byron reads Fantasmagoriana to his four house guests at the Villa DiodatiPercy ShelleyMary ShelleyClaire Clairmont, and John Polidori, and inspired his challenge that each guest write a ghost story, which culminated in Mary Shelley writing the novel Frankenstein, John Polidori writing the short story The Vampyre, and Byron writing the poem DarknessIn 1858, Abraham Lincoln delivered his House Divided speech in Springfield, Illinois. 1904, Irish author James Joyce began a relationship with Nora Barnacle and subsequently uses the date to set the actions for his novel Ulysses; this date is now traditionally called "Bloomsday". 1944, at age 14, George Junius Stinney, Jr. became the youngest person executed in the United States in the 20th century. It was a miscarriage of justice typical of a Democrat state and a black youth. His parents were threatened and could not support him. There was no physical evidence tying him to the killings. A confession was suspiciously exacted from him. It was 83 days from the killings to the bungled execution. In 1981, U.S. President Ronald Reagan awarded the Congressional Gold Medal to Ken Taylor, Canada's former ambassador to Iran, for helping six Americans escape from Iran during the hostage crisis of 1979-81; he was the first foreign citizen bestowed the honor.

The minor parties are vying for election. There is pre polling. So it is worthwhile looking at what they promise. One Nation, led by Pauline Hanson, are promising to spend more, raise barriers to trade, and limit migration. They will make small cuts to spending by hitting politicians and public servants. They will try to prevent banks from making a profit. They will cut health spending by having a $7 copayment to the GP and give $20 billion to the health sector. ALA hate Muslims and will prevent terrorism by preventing Islamic people from migrating to Australia. ALA support Christians and will also limit trade and increase spending. Greens hate Christians and want gay marriage so long as there is no protection for churches that act on conscience. They will give their preferences to Christians to oppose gays who are conservative, but they support LGBT in principle. They want to drown migrants to Australia but hope they are Muslim. Because they feel it is cheaper than a strong border. Greens oppose industry and want to crush energy producers that are reliable. Generally, Greens feel the ALP don't go far enough left, but they will support them on all major issues that matter. PUP don't matter. They want you to vote for them so Clive Palmer can take you for granted, and oppose Liberal Governments. Xenophon wants to support the Greens, but will sometimes side with the ALP. Xenophon opposes profitable business and promotes corrupt union practice. The only way to avoid voting for ALP is to vote for LNP.

For some, at the moment, the Sex Party has more credibility.

Jeb Bush enters Presidential race. He is the most snub nosed of Bush candidates so far, but the press are too focused on his last name to comment. Much has been made of his father and brother being absent from his campaign launch. But his mother was there.

Has Shorten been set up over the pay for boat people scandal? Initially, reports were that some 8 boat people were paid $40k to turn around their boat. Since when did the navy have cash on hand? Some government ministers denied it, and some said no comment as it was an operational matter. Bill Shorten demanded that the Parliament be briefed on the issue. Journalists described it as a potential war crime. The Prime Minister pointed out that boats had stopped thanks to current government policy. Then it was declared the ALP government had paid boat people to stay away. Mr Shorten declares he cannot speak about security decisions made by the ALP in government. Then Shorten claimed the ALP had never paid a boat to turn around, which was a moot point because the ALP had never turned a boat around. It looks like Shorten has been spiked by his own party.

David Marr rarely says anything worth worrying about. Insiders is a left wing love fest. I rarely learn anything from them, so I rarely pay much attention to them. So a throw away line by Marr on Insiders this weekend doesn't surprise me that it has passed without much comment, but his comment is surprisingly worthy of recognition. It doesn't matter who says something worthwhile. Marr said that the current situation in Iraq highlights what a good job had been done in the past.

President Bush had done a very good job, and while he was President in the Whitehouse there was hope for prosperity in the Middle East. Enter Obama and multiple stuff ups and bad policy and now a former detainee is leading a charge to upend the troubled young democracy of Iraq. And Marr is right with this one comment on the issue. The current situation shows what a good job had been done in the past. Marr has shown in the past he is willing to choose his tribes he rejects. He dissed the gay community to attack Alan Jones.

On this day in 1586 Mary Queen of Scots declared Spain to be her heir. Not everything is as you see it. Her own child inherited the kingdom and eventually became King of England too. In 1816, Lord Byron had some guests for dinner, including the poet Percy Byshe Shelley and his runaway bride Mary Shelley. They discussed the recently discovered phenomena of animal electricity. Mary wrote Frankenstein, and few will remember Percy's greater works, although some may point to the prescient work "Revolt of Islam", "Ode to the West Wind", "Ozymandias" to name a few. David Marr has a vision of the world every bit as valid and accurate as Mary Queen of Scots declaration of inheritance.

Today's Old Testament reading: Nehemiah 1-3

Nehemiah's Prayer
The words of Nehemiah son of Hakaliah:
In the month of Kislev in the twentieth year, while I was in the citadel of Susa, 2 Hanani, one of my brothers, came from Judah with some other men, and I questioned them about the Jewish remnant that had survived the exile, and also about Jerusalem.
3 They said to me, "Those who survived the exile and are back in the province are in great trouble and disgrace. The wall of Jerusalem is broken down, and its gates have been burned with fire."

4 When I heard these things, I sat down and wept. For some days I mourned and fasted and prayed before the God of heaven....

Today's New Testament reading: Acts 2:1-21

The Holy Spirit Comes at Pentecost
1 When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. 4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them....

Morning

"And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me."
Genesis 21:6
It was far above the power of nature, and even contrary to its laws, that the aged Sarah should be honoured with a son; and even so it is beyond all ordinary rules that I, a poor, helpless, undone sinner, should find grace to bear about in my soul the indwelling Spirit of the Lord Jesus. I, who once despaired, as well I might, for my nature was as dry, and withered, and barren, and accursed as a howling wilderness, even I have been made to bring forth fruit unto holiness. Well may my mouth be filled with joyous laughter, because of the singular, surprising grace which I have received of the Lord, for I have found Jesus, the promised seed, and he is mine forever. This day will I lift up psalms of triumph unto the Lord who has remembered my low estate, for "my heart rejoiceth in the Lord; mine horn is exalted in the Lord; my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies, because I rejoice in thy salvation."
I would have all those that hear of my great deliverance from hell, and my most blessed visitation from on high, laugh for joy with me. I would surprise my family with my abundant peace; I would delight my friends with my ever-increasing happiness; I would edify the Church with my grateful confessions; and even impress the world with the cheerfulness of my daily conversation. Bunyan tells us that Mercy laughed in her sleep, and no wonder when she dreamed of Jesus; my joy shall not stop short of hers while my Beloved is the theme of my daily thoughts. The Lord Jesus is a deep sea of joy: my soul shall dive therein, shall be swallowed up in the delights of his society. Sarah looked on her Isaac, and laughed with excess of rapture, and all her friends laughed with her; and thou, my soul, look on thy Jesus, and bid heaven and earth unite in thy joy unspeakable.

Evening

"He openeth, and no man shutteth."
Revelation 3:7

Jesus is the keeper of the gates of paradise and before every believing soul he setteth an open door, which no man or devil shall be able to close against it. What joy it will be to find that faith in him is the golden key to the everlasting doors. My soul, dost thou carry this key in thy bosom, or art thou trusting to some deceitful pick-lock, which will fail thee at last? Hear this parable of the preacher, and remember it. The great King has made a banquet, and he has proclaimed to all the world that none shall enter but those who bring with them the fairest flower that blooms. The spirits of men advance to the gate by thousands, and they bring each one the flower which he esteems the queen of the garden; but in crowds they are driven from the royal presence, and enter not into the festive halls. Some bear in their hand the deadly nightshade of superstition, or the flaunting poppies of Rome, or the hemlock of self- righteousness, but these are not dear to the King, the bearers are shut out of the pearly gates. My soul, hast thou gathered the rose of Sharon? Dost thou wear the lily of the valley in thy bosom constantly? If so, when thou comest up to the gates of heaven thou wilt know its value, for thou hast only to show this choicest of flowers, and the Porter will open: not for a moment will he deny thee admission, for to that rose the Porter openeth ever. Thou shalt find thy way with the rose of Sharon in thy hand up to the throne of God himself, for heaven itself possesses nothing that excels its radiant beauty, and of all the flowers that bloom in paradise there is none that can rival the lily of the valley. My soul, get Calvary's blood-red rose into thy hand by faith, by love wear it, by communion preserve it, by daily watchfulness make it thine all in all, and thou shalt be blessed beyond all bliss, happy beyond a dream. Jesus, be mine forever, my God, my heaven, my all.

I am a decent man and don't care for the abuse given me. I created a video raising awareness of anti police feeling among western communities. I chose the senseless killing of Nicola Cotton, a Louisiana policewoman who joined post Katrina, to highlight the issue. I did this in order to get an income after having been illegally blacklisted from work in NSW for being a whistleblower. I have not done anything wrong. Local council appointees refused to endorse my work, so I did it for free. Youtube's Adsence refused to allow me to profit from their marketing it. Meanwhile, I am hostage to abysmal political leadership and hopeless journalists. My shopfront has opened on Facebook.

I am publishing a book called Bread of Life: January.

Bread of Life is a daily bible quote with a layman's understanding of the meaning. I give one quote for each day, and also a series of personal stories illustrating key concepts eg Who is God? What is a miracle? Why is there tragedy?

January is the first of the anticipated year-long work of thirteen books. One for each month and the whole year. It costs to publish. It (Kindle version) should retail at about $2US online, but the paperback version would cost more, according to production cost.If you have a heart for giving, I fundraise at gofund.me/27tkwuc (Gofundme finished the fund raiser, 2017)
