Sun 15th November 2020 Current Affairs

Media is cheering expected partisan court decisions to not support inquiry into voting fraud. However, they overstate the meaning of the shortfalls. The Trump campaign to have their electoral win restored was never going to be straightforward. They have the evidence. It points to multiple elections and undermines the credibility of US Democracy. Ultimately, aspects of it will be decided by SCOTUS. We do not yet know how SCOTUS will decide, or even what exact evidence they will face. But we know the evidence is substantial, and in an effort to suppress the will of conservative resistance, media are claiming that the evidence is not substantive and so the evidence is yet to be addressed. Maybe there is a good reason for a CIA asset being deployed to fraudulently control the US election. Let us hear what it is.

It is apparent that Dems committed fraud to steal the 2020 election. They may well have done similar in 2016. In 2016, Fox declared Pennsylvania early to HRC. The demand was made for Trump to concede. Trump won in 2016, but it surprised the establishment that did similar in their voter suppression as they have done in 2020. HRC had organised a victory party, but blessed marching vagina instead. Even her book did not say what happened. Trump has been very good at mobilising ordinary, decent Americans to support him in numbers greater than any GOP ever. Trump does not court race, or gender, like his racist, bigoted opposition have. Yet Trump has extraordinary minority support for a GOP, possibly the highest since Eleanor Roosevelt courted the Black vote as her husband exploited them. The Dem voting pattern and issues echo the Obama wins too. How long have Dems been using these fraudulent methods to obtain votes? Did they use them to bodgy the 2006 mid terms? It is not that the mysterious support of vapour for Dems is so clearly fraudulent, but, other than violent rioters, and #FakeNews, where is their support, really? How come there is no policy platform for Democrats? Why does Big Tech have to censor the truth? How many millions of Trump supporting votes have been given to Biden? The corruption is so apparent, and so pervasive, that if Trump concedes 2020, he will be conceding all elections that follow, and the flame of liberty will be extinguished in America.

Jesus at The Pearly Gates.
Jesus was standing in for St Peter at the Pearly Gates when an old man shuffles up. Jesus goes through the standard entry procedures:

"Name?" says Jesus.
"Joseph" says the old man.

"Occupation?" asks Jesus
"Carpenter" replied the old man.

"Family - Any children?" continues Jesus.
"I once had a son" answers the man.

"Describe him" says Jesus
"Well", said the old man, "He was a bit strange and childlike - and he had nails in his hands and feet".

Jesus looked closely at the old man who peered back at Jesus and asked: "Pinnochio?"

Don't give up on hope. After a brutal campaign where 'No' campaigners were tarred with the brush of bigotry and violently silenced by radical 'Yes' campaigners, the results are in. It pays to be abusive. It pays to prevent debate or discussion. If one has wealthy and powerful friends, one can have anything. Absurdly, SSM advocates have won the right to have professionals bake and decorate cakes for SSM couples. Civil unions will continue to recognise same sex couples. Soon, depending on legislation, some same sex couples may get married in some churches, but the legislation was not part of the plebiscite. So, the ALP may choose to oppose variants of SSM legislation on any pretext. But the crowning achievement of the 'vote' is that Turnbull may at last leave parliament and claim he achieved something like Rudd's sorry.

Dan Andrews has published marching vaginas thoughts should the vote have been 'no.' Not Kennedy in thrust. Getting mad and getting even is inappropriate. When all that was required, which had not been done, was to argue a case. Because the 'vote' was not free and fair, the result is illegitimate. Although every state and territory voted for SSM, and 61% was the national count from 80% of respondents. The Turnbull effect is about -6% from awful campaigning as the initial surveys had 67% in favour. The illegitimacy is not from the margin, but from the campaign which prevented debate, shut down the 'no' campaign and was unfair regarding corporate support in partisan pursuit of a 'yes' vote. The largest opposition to SSM was from ALP electorates. Upside with James Patterson's proposed legislation which even has a clause allowing parents to opt their children out of Safe Schools indoctrination. Truly the Liberals are the party which respects individuals, promotes freedom in a just and fair society, while the ALP is about unleashing corruption.

Tim Wilson may choose to marry his partner. I wish them joy.

Zimbabwe and Myanmar are each in turmoil owing to their strong reliance on their armies to run government. Secular administration is preferable to religious ones, including the religion of socialist ideals. The corrupt and genocidal Mugabe is being protected by his army. Myanmar is not being entirely run by a civil administration, and Myanmar's army may be involved with indiscriminate killings of Muslims.

Jim Molan is a senator now that Fiona Nash has been declared a dual citizen and Nash's replacement was declared unfit for being employed in public service at the same time as being a senator. Molan is a great senate choice.

IPA Review (Nov 2016) features a Darcy Allen and Daniel Wild article “Toxic Greens” about the cost of green red tape. It costs Australia billions of dollars each year. It takes money from the poorest of the land and ruins business and prevents international business from coming to Australia. Greater Dandenong Council oversaw an increase of 30% in crime rates in the life cycle of the last council. Local councils are not responsible for policing, but they play a role in which policing can be more effective. By allowing local business to have flexible work hours, local business can employ more youths and so the source of crime dries up. Instead, a Greens dominated council pulled stunts in the name of opposing “Overdevelopment” like when they, as their final act before election, blocked nearly a hundred medium density homes from being built in a medium density housing zone. Some businesses will have bought land and planned for these buildings at a substantial cost, possibly $ten million, and have nothing to show for it. It means that the cost of business is high and small holders can be ruined. For no benefit to the community.

Following the last election, 3AW interviewed a Greens Mayor of a local council. Neil Mitchell asked about anti semitism of Greens and also about their apparent popularity. The Green Mayor claimed Greens were not anti semitic, they just supported trade sanctions against Israel. Then he went on to claim the popularity of Greens was related to the appalling actions and claims of conservatives. I took exception to that because I have Jewish ancestry and support Israel, but also, I was (in my ward, and I believe in others too) the only candidate for Greater Dandenong Council to explicitly state that I was a conservative, and my platform made none of the claims that Mayor made. I’m aware of a few candidates in adjacent wards who are conservatives. I understand none were elected. 3AW would not allow me a reply.

But that is not what the article is about, but the big business, big picture side of things. Lawfare is used to prevent businesses from working. So that a viable business never begins, even if it clears the legal hurdles, because the process of overcoming impediments is as obstructive as a successful cease and desist order. Only it isn’t for environmental reasons. It is only to prevent business. So a mining company may have tens of thousands of legal obstructions to be faced before it can begin trade. Similarly, farmers are not allowed to work their own land. ALP are obstructing reform, but worse, Turnbull seems reticent to even pursue reform. Turnbull has done a dud deal regarding the US and Nauru. Only Turnbull can’t back out of the bad deal. Maybe, on the shiny side of the cloud, Turnbull and Bishop will be rolled, so we can roll back the Green Red Tape too.

The French President has declared war against the terrorists who were already fighting one. A day after Obama declared success against ISIL he has claimed the problem is insoluble. Bernie Sanders, Presidential hopeful, has stood up and declared that Global Warming drives terrorism. Many who listen to him nod in agreement without examining the logic. ABC Insiders Lenore Taylor thinks it is good Mr Abbott is no longer PM because he spoke the truth to Europeans that strong borders are the only compassionate, fair way of treating refugees. Strong borders means refugees from camps have hope of placement. Strong borders means that fewer economic migrants are fleeced by people smugglers, and drowned or stranded. Strong borders mean the empty promises of left wing extremists for compassion being open borders are seen to be empty. As are empty threats from impotent left wing leaders. People have died so Hollande can seem compassionate, and so Hollande can seem strong. Meanwhile Canada's new PM hides behind Bernie Sanders.

For some, at the moment, the Sex Party has more credibility.
From 2014
Corruption must be fought
Victoria's ALP leader's staff have warned that Daniel Andrews is too close to developers. He is also too close to the CFMEU. Voters should not have the choice of voting for the avowedly corrupt. ALP in Victoria is unreformed. It is the same party as which campaigned on not knocking down houses for a free way, but which knocked down houses for a free way with a set of lights, calling it a motor way instead. It is the same party which tries to profit from domestic crime. The same party which drowns desperate asylum seekers because it is more compassionate than allowing in genuine refugees. The same party which built an expensive desalination plant, but not a dam. The same party which burnt much of the country by refusing back burning.
ABC fighting reason
Economic issues regarding growth world wide are challenging. Socialist governments in the US, France, Italy and China threaten world prosperity through poor economic policy. The free trade agreement with China is great, but the planned nature of the Chinese economy is restrictive. Italy's socialist government has taken on the compassionate drowning that marked the ALP's migration policy. France is struggling since her war on rich people. US is only beginning to awaken from a Democrat led torpor. In Australia, the ABC begs for politicians to slam on the breaks and limit growth by taxing the air people breathe and the food plants need to grow. Worse, the ABC recently admitted it lied to Australia in a comedy skit aired during a current affairs program. It claimed Mr Abbott had not talked with Mr Putin on the serious issue of MH17 when it knew he had, effectively.

The small cuts to the SBS and ABC seems to be offset by Mr Turnbull allowing them to advertise in prime time, sucking dollars away from commercial networks. They are far larger than any of the commercial networks by regulation preventing cross media ownership.
Who let the dogs out?
Some Palmer United Party PUPs are still loyal to a fault. Palmer outrageously arranged for an inquiry into the Queensland Newman government as a fishing expedition ahead of an election. Newman's government has done nothing wrong. However the review has backfired and now questions are to be asked of Palmer, if PUP Lazarus ever stops blocking the questions. Meanwhile Lambie is acting as an independent under the PUP name, as legal advice is taken as to PUP being able to vacate her position and employ someone else. Meanwhile Dio Wang, a WA PUP, remains loyal to Palmer by commenting sensibly on Queen Lambie.
Random stuff
Sixteen years is the length of a pause in global warming, but a recent decline of two years is being hidden by activists at the G20.

One ALP member, Joe Bullock, is opposing the party line in opposing a republic for Australia. Only one member. The ALP as a modern democratic party is dead.

Putin explains the four defence ships off the Australian coastline are testing their range in case they do AGW research in Antarctica. Lol.
From 2013
I believe the reason for Rudd's sudden departure is entirely because of an unforeseeable event. I won't explicitly state it, but it has to do with accusations and leadership. Were Rudd to stay, it might be interpreted that he caused the allegation to come into being. Even if Rudd hasn't, he can't prove it because of past behaviour. He would be treated worse than Mal Colston.

Rudd's agenda is driven by fear. It may be irrational fear, but still paralysing.
Mundine used to be an atheist, but he found Islam. Now mysteriously, his place has been firebombed. No one knows why. No one even guesses a reason. A bit like Rudd leaving the parliament. However, there is an excuse, given by an Australian, Uthman Badar, who says ASIO is at fault for investigating .. Presbyterians (?). ABC is primed and ready to blame Mr Abbott, and Mr Turnbull should he succeed him before Christmas.

ALP believe in foreign aid. It is important and many people are reliant on it for their livelihoods .. like ALP campaign workers. Latham isn't sure. But he thinks it is a bad thing if Rudd did it. Sixty five of three hundred pedophiles recently arrested are Australian. Some in professions entrusted with the care of children. No word yet as to how many were in the ALP. On that issue alone, journalists are begging not to be told.
