Consider these recent truths

Biden 'popularity' plummets as he struggles to stand upright. It is elder abuse as Democrats exploit Biden merely because he wears the suit they have given him over decades. However, he wore that suit for decades, and every choice he made lead him to being exploited as an old man. It is hard to be sympathetic to a man who is responsible for the deaths of the Malaysian flight shot down over Ukraine by Russian separatists after Biden set up a sting. Or, responsible for sexual assaults on various women in his life. Or, responsible for outrageous behaviours to minors. Or, connected to corruption and pilfering by family in influence trading around the world. Was he ever popular? Where is the evidence?

Rittenhouse accusers double down on lies they told prior to verdict acquitting Rittenhouse of wrongdoing. It is apparent the FBI were behind riots that opposed Trump under the aegis of Black Lives Matter or ANTIFA.

Cancel culture meets Fatty Arbuckle standard as leftists bend over backwards to excuse Alec Baldwin and fallen Empire star, Jussie Smollett. It is worth noting now, a hundred years later, Fatty Arbuckle was clean cut, and accused by a blackmailer of a rape there is still no evidence even suggesting he committed. Fatty had just let his hair down with a San Francisco party that got wild, and one party goes died from their addiction. Fatty cared for them as a responsible person, and that opened him to a blackmailer and an ambitious district attorney. Media, including Hearst's empire impugned Fatty for their own ends. Hollywood was, then, as now, a hot bed for licentious behaviour. So Arbuckle was unjustly persecuted, and following his acquittal, spent most of the next decade unable to work. He died attempting a comeback. Is that the road for Rittenhouse? Baldwin? Smollett?

Following is what jurors wrote about Arbuckle as they acquitted him on his third trial.

Acquittal is not enough for Roscoe Arbuckle. We feel that a great injustice has been done him. We feel also that it was only our plain duty to give him this exoneration, under the evidence, for there was not the slightest proof adduced to connect him in any way with the commission of a crime. He was manly throughout the case and told a straightforward story on the witness stand, which we all believed. The happening at the hotel was an unfortunate affair for which Arbuckle, so the evidence shows, was in no way responsible. We wish him success and hope that the American people will take the judgment of fourteen men and woman who have sat listening for thirty-one days to evidence, that Roscoe Arbuckle is entirely innocent and free from all blame.

In 1945, Flight 19 was lost in the Bermuda Triangle.

In 1969, the four node ARPANET network was established. In 1977, Egypt broke diplomatic relations with Syria, Libya, Algeria, Iraq and South Yemen. The move was in retaliation for the Declaration of Tripoli against Egypt. In 1978, the Soviet Union signed a "friendship treaty" with the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan. In 2004, the Civil Partnership Act came into effect in the United Kingdom, and the first civil partnership was registered there.In 2006, Commodore Frank Bainimarama overthrew the government in Fiji.

=== From 2020 ===

PJ Media, balanced reporting group, have published an article claiming that the 2020 election was likely not fraudulently drawn, but a result of big tech creating a new lobby effort which institutionalises bias. It is true that big tech have done just that. However, Trump over-performed in the election forcing a Dem cabal to resort to voter fraud and it wasn't finessed as it had been in the past. In fact, it is obvious. Circumstantial evidence points to Biden not being popular at all, and not outperforming Obama by tens of millions. Circumstantial evidence points to it being unlikely 16.7% of counties favouring Biden elected him President, even with up to 350% of votes in a voting area favouring Biden. We have testimony of late postal votes being delivered over state lines in their hundreds of thousands. We know the vote system was vulnerable to outside influence and that checks and balances ensuring a fair election were removed. We know the fraud was prepared in advance, multi pronged, with the COVID health scare employed to overturn voting regulations ensuring fairness. We know voters favoured GOP in down votes on Senate and the house. Trump won fairly. Biden is attempting to steal the election, as Hillary attempted in 2016 with the Russia hoax, for which she has not served jail time, yet.

Is COVID hysteria entirely so China can influence the US election outcome? Were the lockdowns in Europe and Australia so that US states could claim a state of emergency and allow for dysfunctional voting procedure? Is it the case that people have died as a result of COVID hysteria, while the worst affected by COVID are not dying in the same numbers as they were pre-COVID?

There are reports on a Lt General McInerney claiming the Dominion server which was used to change votes and 'elect' Biden has been seized from a CIA site in Germany. Some US soldiers died. Details will be privy to SCOTUS. If true, several significant peoples on Democrat side face treason accusations. Several Deep State operatives face treason accusations. Could the first 'black President' of the United States face justice for his crimes? NB AFP fact check denies claim.

How did #FakeNews predict a blue wave from 16.7% of counties favouring Biden? How did they measure voter fraud? How come #FakeNews is now unaware of voter fraud? Is it now the case that Democrat tactics are to force SCOTUS to make a decision so they can then claim SCOTUS is compromised?

The evidence of Fraud in the 2020 election, so widespread is harmful for democracy. It must be addressed. It was not solely the 2020 election, apparently, but had failed in 2016 after Trump over performed then, as he has now. Trump was so good in 2020, that the fraud became evident. It also highlights the possibility that voter fraud extended to 2006 and underpinned Obama's rise. As did big tech collusion. Recently, every one of my browsers would not let me access MAGAbook, citing privacy concerns.

We know who voted for Trump. We saw them. Queues of people with hats and signs and cheering Trump in their thousands all over USA. We have not seen people in great numbers who supported Biden. There is no evidence they have ever existed outside of a riot or a hissy fit by a Democrat partisan election official.

I watch Dan Bongino on Rumble and heard him on his Rumble cast say Trump should have addressed disloyal swamp creatures sooner. I disagree with it, and might have egg all over my face soon for saying so, but following is my reasoning. Trump has temporised on facing some of the swamp, not hesitated. Late last year, Trump said he was pulling troops out of Syria and was criticised for it severely. But then an ISIS leader stood up and special forces ran him to committing suicide rather than be taken. The operation, a sting masterminded by Trump had not included significant figures within his administration, and sparked a resignation of National Security Adviser Bolton, who had not been in the loop. Imagine the resistance if Trump had opposed more? But now, if Trump politically survives this, the swamp is exposed and has no support from conservatives. I'm reminded of former Premier of Victoria Jeff Kennett who had led a successful conservative government and had a crash or crash through election which he lost. Had Kennett won, he had clear air for a long time, but having lost Victoria is where the US will be if Biden is allowed to cheat a win.

Trump cycle has it Trump is on his knees, before ... Media is cheering expected partisan court decisions to not support inquiry into voting fraud. However, they overstate the meaning of the shortfalls. The Trump campaign to have their electoral win restored was never going to be straightforward. They have the evidence. It points to multiple elections and undermines the credibility of US Democracy. Ultimately, aspects of it will be decided by SCOTUS. We do not yet know how SCOTUS will decide, or even what exact evidence they will face. But we know the evidence is substantial, and in an effort to suppress the will of conservative resistance, media are claiming that the evidence is not substantive and so the evidence is yet to be addressed. Maybe there is a good reason for a CIA asset being deployed to fraudulently control the US election. Let us hear what it is.

It is apparent that Dems committed fraud to steal the 2020 election. They may well have done similar in 2016. In 2016, Fox declared Pennsylvania early to HRC. The demand was made for Trump to concede. Trump won in 2016, but it surprised the establishment that did similar in their voter suppression as they have done in 2020. HRC had organised a victory party, but blessed marching vagina instead. Even her book did not say what happened. Trump has been very good at mobilising ordinary, decent Americans to support him in numbers greater than any GOP ever. Trump does not court race, or gender, like his racist, bigoted opposition have. Yet Trump has extraordinary minority support for a GOP, possibly the highest since Eleanor Roosevelt courted the Black vote as her husband exploited them. The Dem voting pattern and issues echo the Obama wins too. How long have Dems been using these fraudulent methods to obtain votes? Did they use them to bodgy the 2006 mid terms? It is not that the mysterious support of vapour for Dems is so clearly fraudulent, but, other than violent rioters, and #FakeNews, where is their support, really? How come there is no policy platform for Democrats? Why does Big Tech have to censor the truth? How many millions of Trump supporting votes have been given to Biden? The corruption is so apparent, and so pervasive, that if Trump concedes 2020, he will be conceding all elections that follow, and the flame of liberty will be extinguished in America.

Don't give up on hope. Mainstream press are not covering it, but the US embassy in Israel has been moved by Donald Trump to Jerusalem where it belongs. Terrorists will be losing face with their supporters. It is the third big triumph for Trump today, who also saw the Supreme Court pass his travel ban and the Senate his tax reform.

Trump supports Alabama GOP candidate Roy Moore. Backsliding GOP re endorse him. FBI hunt and destroy General Mike Flynn. Mike Flynn has confessed to nothing of substance, but the establishment has leaked, exposing security operations so as to get him. Mueller let Mark Felt get away with abuse of power. What is different? Is it that Flynn is actually competent while Felt protected the Weather Underground terrorist movement and lied about Nixon?

Meanwhile the Australian senate passed a censure motion against Milo Yiannopoulos, which should be noted as an abuse of power. Milo is not a terrorist supporter. Some say Milo says rude, provocative things, but then so do a lot of terrorist supporters and the senate says nothing about them.

Victorian power bills surge another $277 on top of other recent price increases. Christmas trading is down in Australian retail sectors as Turnbull's clumsy political handling of everything frightens shoppers. Four ALP may lose seats for being dual citizens.

=== from 2016 ===

A centre-ist Italian PM who promoted leftist issues has resigned after a failed attempt to pass draconian legislation. A great NZ PM has resigned on top, after eight years, to be with family. He leaves NZ in great shape. Australian PM, Malcolm Turnbull is getting increasingly desperate. Turnbull cannot do anything worthwhile, so instead he has disbanded the “Green Army” for cost savings (it had been Tony Abbott’s idea) and attempts to legislate for a carbon dioxide tax. Such a tax would be regressive and do little for Australia as the US gets ready to dismantle her entanglements with AGW theory. Carbon Dioxide has nothing to do with so called climate change. The tax will only hurt business and consumers. But Malcolm Turnbull wants to assure his place in history. Another Turnbull move to be anticipated is an attempt to legislate gay marriage. Posterity is very important to Malcolm, and it is obvious if he isn’t rolled by the Liberals, he will lose to the ALP next election. For the empty suit, he might go down in flames, or succeed in bad policy. Gillard is MT’s model.

Australia has significant debt which has to be paid. It should not be left to our children to pay for it. If we do, our children, or their children, may have to go entirely without something we take for granted. We have a spending problem. We could cut some spending on Education to improve the spending we already have. A second English teacher in front of the top English class in year 10 is probably a waste of resources. It would be of more immediate benefit to Math students in the lower middle to work on basics. That does not cost much. But failure to do so ay mean we have no money for remedial work at all, going forward. And it is similar with bloated services in Health and public administration. At the moment, we have bureaucrats without jobs. Get rid of Climate Change department before we have to ditch meteorology.

For some, at the moment, the Sex Party has more credibility.

From 2014

ALP opposition

Shorten still fails and so promotes independent parties. The ALP has said 'no' to almost all government legislation, including legislation the ALP put in place or backed while in office. The result is that minority parties have extraordinary power, but the results are a dysfunctional parliament which upsets the voting public. The government has been relentless, and so a desperate Palmer has pushed his party to fracture when it had every single advantage. PUP could have become a deal breaker, and been credited with bringing in needed reform in Health, Education and Welfare. Instead it has a voting record which closely matches the ALP and a history of being unable to keep its own promises. Even if Palmer himself survives his court cases politically, he has junked his reputation. Lambie, a former PUP, has opposed legislation allowing children that ALP failed to drown out of detention. PUP Lazarus has not opposed that legislation, but has said he found it very confronting. He really wanted those children detained, presumably. Sarah Hanson Young (Green) was appalled that the government would free those children. The media is desperately pointing at polls and hysterically claiming that the government is doomed come the next election. They point to alleged division within government ranks and claim Mr Hockey is to blame for the ALP failing to assert itself. It may well be true that Joe has destroyed the ALP with his budget, but that is not yet widely recognised. Even if an election were called tomorrow, all that would happen would be the public recognition that the ALP have no policy.

ABC struggling to come to terms with children they couldn't drown being freed from detention. When the ALP were in government, it was easy for the ABC, as all they needed to do was ignore the issue, or claim there was no solution. Now they report on the problem and blame the government when it was the fault of the previous government. Meanwhile, 7:30 report finished by highlighting thirty years of partisan politics resulting in systemic failure. Quentin Dempster mentioned he had campaigned against Joh Bjelke-Petersen in Queensland before coming to NSW to campaign against the Liberals. He gloated at how he shielded successive ALP governments from criticism.

Quantising ALP debt isn't hard. It is that big. Bolt posts Hekler's suggestions.

Example 1. The debt left by the Labor party is so great that if we took half of everything earned by every Australian for two years the debt would return to zero.

Chris Bowen admits the ALP has no policy. In an interview with Tony Jones Bowen claims he would reinstate cancelled spending by the Libs, but had no way of paying for that promise, beyond extending debt.

Left wing fantasy land is built where according to Bolt "Passion trumps truth. Hatred substitutes for an understanding of the other." Bolt lists examples, but that list is not exhaustive.

Other issues

Clive Palmer is failing to stay afloat. He is losing court cases and pursued by journalists and China. Instead of making fiends, he has tried to control people, and so his power is failing. Soon he will be as pathetic as a teary Joh Bjelke-Petersen locked in Queensland's parliament having lost election after following Palmer's advice.

Cuneen vs ICAC. ICAC are desperate to be torn apart before they have to finish investigations into the ALP. To that end they have had an investigation into the conservative NSW government that has not shown any corruption, but has claimed scalps. But the disciplined LNP in NSW has weathered the storm. So the ICAC are upping the ante. Prosecutor Cuneen has been maliciously accused of advising her son's girlfriend to avoid breath testing when she had had no alcohol in her system. There is nothing to investigate. But if the ICAC do investigate, they can fish for things that are irrelevant. Few individuals, no matter how virtuous would stand up to such probing. But the ICAC have been denied their attempt at corrupt investigation. But they are appealing the decision based on principle. They really want to be wound up for corruption before they have to investigate the ALP.

The issue of blacks dying resisting arrest. The US does not have a problem with racist policeman. Two recent celebrated cases show conclusively that the real issue is the pop culture mentality of those resisting arrest. If a policeman detains you, you go do as you are told and let the courts and lawyers settle it. It isn't the job of the police to play with idiots resisting arrest. But then, tragically, the miscarriage of justice with the arrest of Rodney King has it that any idiot can get rich resisting arrest. And they can. But they can also die.

From 2013

Much needs to be done, it is hard to know where to start. One important agenda item is to do with the ABC. It won't be fixed at once, as there is a culture of corruption pervading it from the lowest levels to the top. It is important to have a national broadcaster. It isn't desirable to have a bad one. I believe the news and current affair element needs to be separated. The infotainment that has resulted from the abysmal journalism service has obfuscated all of the most important events of the last forty years. While people would be aware of the role of the ABC in bringing about a diplomatic incident with Indonesia, they would not be aware of how the ABC has protected ALP from corruption investigation. Consider the following Media Watch questions to Tim Blair following the story of a constituent of Nathan Reese having an affair with him. Reese had confessed to parliament his misjudgement and stood aside from his portfolio.

Media Watch asked:1. Were you aware at the time of publication that this story had been rejected by two other media outlets?2. Did that give you any concerns?3. Why did you decide it was in the public interest to reveal what several commentators have described as a private matter?4. Why did you not reveal the name of the woman involved, given that the credibility and completeness of her account may be at issue?5. Were you concerned about this woman’s reported connection to people in the NSW ALP?

The serious issue involved a shadow police minister and a former Premier. The possibility of corruption and blackmail is strong. It is hard to know under what circumstances it would not be in the public interest to run the story. Now consider my issue in finding a reporter for the issue of dead schoolboy Hamidur Rahman and a bungled pedophile investigation at Campbelltown PAHS. I have, through no fault of my own, been unemployed since July 2007. My life savings is gone. I have been illegally blacklisted. My citizenship evidence was destroyed by Bob Carr. I have been denied legal aid because of my race. I have been harassed for being fat and US born by my equal opportunity employer. I have been paid less than award wage by the government under Gillard's Fair Work legislation. My life has been threatened by a known hit man. I have privately engaged with the ALP on many occasions to get the issue sorted without public fuss. Keep in mind, I have never been allowed to put my position before any court. I gave some information to the NSW coroner, but they ignored it after the police incompetently, or corruptly, failed to examine it.

I know journalists of all ages and descriptions. A former student of mine who was a cadet journalist said they couldn't help because it was 'above their pay grade.' A senior journalist has told me they have been instructed by editors they cannot report on my issue. These questions from Media Watch illustrate why it is so hard for me to get my story told, despite extreme privation and substantial evidence.

The ABC can no longer merely balance their abysmal service. We don't need them to lie about conservatives. We need them to report impartially. They have failed by any measure.

We have hope. It is incumbent on us to win back the freedom denied us. And to protect that freedom. We will do that democratically. We will take back our legislature. We will get our courts to return to protecting our constitution.

I have lost everything several times. And yet here I am. Behind me is an Australian flag and a MAGA cap. On my MAGA cap is an American flag. I will die, one day. But, I pledge allegiance to the flag (of Australia and) the United States of America. And to the republics for which they stand. One nation. Indivisible. Under God. With liberty, and justice, for all.

We are being lied to. But not by everyone. Our nations and their justice machinery are not broken, but damaged. Things are bad, but they are supposed to be bad, rather than merely breaking. We can't give up. We must reject the liars, and remove them from public office, and prosecute them lawfully. Things can get better, but we must persevere or risk losing hope. We must not fight the Devil by playing the Devil's game. Rather we must resist the Devil by being free. There is no law against doing what is right. Their utter depravity kills us. They target us and they seek to restrain us. But while the greatest among us a hundred years ago has died, their legacy has not. That which we are, we are. Lockdowns were ineffective in dealing with COVID. Effective medication has been denied whole populations. Herd immunity will prevail. Fraud deleteriously affected recent elections around the world. But, Democracy will prevail. Our oppressors will pass. For us to win, we must assert our freedoms. For us to lose, we must willingly surrender our freedoms forever. Our children will have to pay back our debt. We must sacrifice now so that they can. That means telling truth to power. That means pointing up when when some get confused and lose their way. Stand by the one who sacrificed their pension and freedoms to speak out. Prosecute the ones forgiven by a debauched and self interested administration. Vote for those who help you exercise your freedom. Don't wait for free speech. Exercise free speech.

I'm known in Australia for my failure as a whistleblower over the negligence death of a school boy. I had reported the issue responsibly and had not known I'd blown the whistle. The embarrassed left wing government had responded by imposition of a nationwide ban on the use of peanut butter in canteens, despite failing to address the issue of peanut allergy appropriately.

I've been de-platformed on Facebook and twitter despite not being an activist. Twitter did not like me asking for Obama to face justice in 2011. FB gave no specific reason for removing me following Jan 6th 2021 in Washington DC where a policeman killed an unarmed woman, so a crowd would know he was in control.

On Denying the Incarnation

Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. God’s Love and Ours

Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.

This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit. And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God. And so we know and rely on the love God has for us.

God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus. There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

We love because he first loved us. Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen. And he has given us this command: Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister.

“ISRAELI SETTLEMENT FACTS AND FALSEHOODS”
1. JUDEA AND SAMARIA (JEWISH ROOTS) OR WEST BANK (ARAB ROOTS)?
“Judea” (יהודה) is the origin of the term “Jew” (יהודי). Judea and Samaria are the cradle of Jewish history, religion, culture, holidays, ethos, language and yearnings. The official name of the area was “Judea and Samaria” from Biblical times until April 1950, when Jordan occupied/annexed the area, renaming it “West Bank,” as distinguished from the east bank of the Jordan River. Judea and Samaria was the official name used by the 1922-1948 British Mandate of Palestine, as well as by the U.N.
2. ARE JEWISH SETTLEMENTS IN JUDEA AND SAMARIA AN OBSTACLE TO PEACE?
Jewish settlements were established in Judea and Samaria after the 1967 War. However, it was pre-1967 Arab terrorism which annihilated the Jewish communities of Hebron, Gush Etzion and Gaza and raged in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and the Galilee during the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s — Arab terrorism aimed at preventing the establishment of an “infidel” Jewish state in the “abode of Islam.” Several Arab armies, and Palestinian terrorists, raided Israel in 1948 and persisted in anti-Jewish terrorism before the 1967 establishment of Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria.
3. IS THE STRATEGIC GOAL OF MAHMOUD ABBAS TO UPROOT THE JEWISH SETTLEMENTS IN JUDEA AND SAMARIA?
Mahmoud Abbas is the chairman of the Palestinian Liberation Organization, which supersedes and oversees the Palestinian Authority. The PLO was established in 1964, three years before the establishment of Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria. The 1964 Covenant of the PLO referred only to the pre-1967 area of Israel. The current PLO Covenant targets Judea, Samaria and the pre-1967 area of Israel for “liberation.”
Abbas is, also, the leader of Fatah, which was established in 1959, eight years before the establishment of Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria. The August 2009 Sixth Convention of Fatah called for the continued struggle “to eradicate the Zionist economic, political, military and cultural existence.” The strategic goal of Abbas is to uproot the Jewish state and not, merely, the Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria.
4. WOULD THE UPROOTING OF JEWISH SETTLEMENTS ADVANCE PEACEFUL COEXISTENSE?
Peaceful coexistence on the one hand, and the uprooting of Jewish or Arab communities on the other, constitute an oxymoron. The 1.6 million Arabs, among 6 million Jews, within pre-1967 Israel do not constitute an obstacle to peace; nor do the 350,000 Jews, among 1.7 million Arabs in Judea and Samaria. The uprooting of Arab communities in pre-1967 Israel would be as immoral as would be the uprooting of Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria. “Judenrhein areas” contradict peaceful coexistence. In fact, the litmus test of Palestinian/Arab intent is the acceptance or rejection of Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria.
5. DOES JEWISH CONSTRUCTION IN JUDEA AND SAMARIA PREJUDGE THE OUTCOME OF NEGOTIATION?
Palestinian construction in Judea and Samaria — which is dramatically larger than Jewish construction there — presents facts on the ground, just as Jewish construction does. Western tendency to single out Jewish construction in Judea and Samaria, while ignoring Palestinian construction, prejudges the outcome of negotiations! Opposition to Arab presence in pre-1967 Israel should not be tolerated; so, too, should the opposition to a Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria. Israel’s government razes illegal Jewish homes in Judea and Samaria. Israel should, also, raze the 1,100 illegal Arab homes built annually in Jerusalem and the thousands of illegal Arab homes in Judea and Samaria.
6. ARE JEWISH SETTLEMENTS IN JUDEA AND SAMARIA LEGAL?
Judge Stephen Schwebel, former president of the International Court of Justice, determined that Israel’s presence in Judea and Samaria was rooted in self-defense and therefore did not constitute “occupation.” Eugene Rostow, former dean of Yale Law School, former undersecretary of state and co-author of U.N. Security Council Resolution 242, which sets out the criteria for Israel-Arab peacemaking said U.N. Resolution 242 does not call for withdrawal to the pre-1967 boundaries; Israel’s withdrawal from Sinai amounts to a 90 percent withdrawal from post-1967 areas; the legality of Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria “cannot be terminated except by a recognized peace between Israel and its neighbors, and perhaps not even then, in view of Article 80 of the U.N. Charter, ‘the Palestine article,’” which upholds the 1922 British Mandate for Palestine. This 1922 international legal instrument considered Judea and Samaria part of the Jewish national homeland: “Jews have the same right to settle [in Judea and Samaria] as they have to settle in Haifa.” The 1993 Oslo Accord does not prohibit the construction of Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria.
The campaign against Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria is based on gross misrepresentations. It is not a peace-enhancer; it is an appeasement-enhancer, fueling terrorism and undermining the pursuit of peace.

Eric Hoffer: "The Jews are a peculiar people: Things permitted to other nations are forbidden to the Jews. Other nations drive out thousands, even millions of people, and there is no refugee problem. Russia did it. Poland and Czechoslovakia did it.Turkey threw out a million Greeks and Algeria a million Frenchmen. Indonesia threw out heaven knows how many Chinese--and no one says a word about refugees. But in the case of Israel, the displaced Arabs have become eternal refugees. Everyone insists that Israel must take back every single Arab. Arnold Toynbee calls the displacement of the Arabs an atrocity greater than any committed by the Nazis. Other nations when victorious on the battlefield dictate peace terms. But when Israel is victorious it must sue for peace. Everyone expects the Jews to be the only real Christians in this world."

Don't give up on hope. It will take three years to move the US embassy to Jerusalem. In the meantime, terrorists are calling for three days of rage to oppose the move. This will be in marked contrast to their ordinary terrorism. Jerusalem will never be united until she can reclaim her sewer too. A 29 yo Australian woman recounts how her father 'tricked' her into going to Egypt when she was 13 and marrying her to an old man. I thought I had been attacked by a fraudster recently, and Telstra was protecting them, and charging me extra for it. My daily habits include walking to work, or catching public transport. When I leave the house WiFi, I turn on my cell data. I keep up to date on FB and play Pokemon Go. Sometimes I use Messenger. With that routine I use about 1.5 GB of data a month. This has been consistent for the last year. Previously I used less data. Five days into my contract, and I'm warned over about 20 minutes that my data usage has exceeded 3.5 GB, which is 0.5 GB over my plan and a new charge for 1 GB has been added to my account. I go to Telstra in Dandenong to query this. a young woman dressed modestly as a Turkish prostitute greets me at the Tech Bar for Telstra. I briefly outline the issue. She says that FB has taken the data, and Pokemon Go. I point out they never did previous months. She said she could not access my account, but I should call Telstra. I lodged a complaint through the Telstra App, and when I got home, turned off cell data, and chatted through the APP with numerous agencies. They told me nothing, but sold me more data.

I backtracked. In the morning, recently, while trying to transfer video files from my phone to my computer using bluetooth, I've noticed a strange bluetooth device unknown to me. I thought maybe it was tethering to my device and using my data. That is not what happened. In my frustration with Bluetooth not pairing up with my computer, I sent the files to the cloud. My cell phone was frustrated with weak wifi, and waited for me to turn on cell data. Then it uploaded my files to the cloud, blowing my monthly budget. I have now turned off many such 'features' accessing cell data.

Mueller has a credibility problem. Trump appoints a new Homeland Security Secretary. Barnaby Joyce is back in Parliament and effective. ALP's David Feeney falls into dual citizen trap. Feeney seems to feel 'forgot', a verb, is an action word. He is a man of action.

IPA Review (Nov 2016) features a James Bolt article “Revolutionary Humour” on Sarah Vowell’s book “Lafayette in the Somewhat United States.” LaFayette, or more precisely Marie-Joseph Paul Yves Roch Gilbert du Motier, Marquis de Lafayette, was 19 years old when he ignored French Government and his family’s commands to not fight in the US revolution. A Marquis is above a Count in rank, LaFayette was a peer of the realm. He had been a French officer in the Musketeers since age 13. His family lineage was notable for bravery and cool headedness in battle. LaFayette wanted to fight for the ideology of freedom and Liberty. But he found that the US had peoples who were fighting each other, more than the British. LaFayette was someone Washington could trust. As the tide turned against the British, it was British infighting that won the day. Afterwards, LaFayette was lauded in his homeland too, turning down the crown.

Some teachers in Australia are organising to wear T-Shirts with the word “Refugee” next week. They are claiming that their presentations and representations to their students will be balanced. Really? The assumption being that students understand “Refugee” applies to economic migrants coming to Australia by people smugglers. Australia had a debt, owing Vietnamese peoples. Vietnamese peoples fought with and died with Australians. Ultimately, Whitlam betrayed Vietnamese peoples, as he also did Timorese, Indonesians and PNG. Australia does not owe economic migrants anything. Economic migrants paying people smugglers are que jumping real refugees who can be left in refugee camps for years, even decades. And economic refugees risk death by drowning to come to Australia. On the other hand, Greens want open borders and are willing for many to die to achieve that. Greens are happy to exploit the world’s poorest and subject them to piracy. Greens call it compassion. Greens feel that normal rules of UN checking bona fides of economic migrants is wrong. The issues are not presented in a balanced way by media or political parties. If you see a teacher wearing such a T-Shirt, ask them if it is really compassionate to subject people to people smugglers and drown them. Ask them if it is ok for the poorest refugees to be denied places by que jumpers who are richer. Ask them to read Watership Down.

The final episodes of the Bolt Report and Insiders aired for the year. Insiders got things totally wrong by not analysing Australia's soft response San Bernardino. They were too keen to laud the backlash against the Liberals in Joe Hockey's former seat. Bolt Report covered all the salient points and more. A subdued Peter Costello refused to accept that Malcolm Turnbull has failed as PM. The two programs are very different. Insiders shows the appalling bias of left wing journalism by being it. The Bolt Report is a balanced current affairs program. Reports are coming in that Malcolm Turnbull has mismanaged the NBN and wants to privatise it. Maybe he should build two and privatise both? And all he need do is get pet food companies to pay the pets of rich people to try their products, and tax them.

For some, at the moment, the Sex Party has more credibility.

From 2014

Obama matters

Friends of Obama give him too much credit, as Claire Harvey recently gave an example. The late Peter Harvey's daughter claimed Obama deserved credit for Killing Osama, brought healthcare to many more poor people, ended the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, ended discrimination against gays in the military, pivoted US defence towards the Pacific, oversaw a rapid recession recovery and fast reduction of budget deficit and a staggering boom in US gas and oil production. It is worth fact checking these claims.

Killing Osama Bin Ladin. Obama definitely gave the order to kill, not capture, Bin Ladin. Capturing Bin Ladin was potentially much better in terms of addressing jihadism and opposing it worldwide. His knowledge of his network would have been valuable, as would be the image of justice meted out by due process. However, Osama's close connection to Pakistan suggests he knew about Obama's missing years between being a druggie and groomed for office. Probably Obama needed Osama dead more than he needed justice.
Healthcare to the poor. Just as Gough Whitlam is given many kudos for his short term policies which were unaffordable and later dropped, Obama has made no worthwhile long term change for poor people.
Ended the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. The ending was planned by President Bush who had, as a lame duck, provided for an extraordinary surge with General Petraeus in charge. Once the surge was successful, troops were drawn down. However, against recommendations, Obama totally withdrew, and now has to start more wars to address his failed foreign policy.
Ended discrimination against gays in the US military. Technically, the "Don't ask, don't tell" policy had done that. By ending that policy, Obama has reintroduced discrimination on an ongoing basis. Why do fighting men and women need to know the sexual orientation of their fellow soldiers?
Pivoting US defence towards the Pacific. Not by pulling out of Japan and Korea. But if a single base in Australia is what Claire means then her words were too broad.
Oversaw a rapid recession recovery and fast reduction of budget deficit. Only borrowing half a trillion dollars last year is only a fast reduction in deficit in terms of Obama's extraordinary borrowing in the past. Under Obama US has borrowed more than all other administrations combined in history. And he isn't yet finished.
Staggering boom in US gas and oil production. As Blair has pointed out, Obama is on record opposing it, many times.

The doormat tries to empathise with terrorists. If anyone has the skills, Hilary Clinton has them. But it doesn't address the threat. It was just a small speech, but it should set the tone for any presidential campaign the doormat might pursue.

Australia's federal government

Senator Hanson-Young is outstanding in her grief on discovering children won't be in detention by Christmas. She had held the children hostage for years for political ends. Those children that hadn't drowned. She is the definition of a sociopath. Blair posts video of her speech on the issue. ALP hurting universities to hurt Mr Abbott. The need for reform is recognised by all parties concerned, but the ALP are blocking it because they can. They are blaming Mr Abbott for not reforming what they are blocking.

Clive Palmer in bed with Greens but they aren't really getting it on. Palmer has leaked onto the barrier reef, meanwhile uncritical greens have dumped fuel in a protected area. Maybe, if they only eye each other, no one will notice?

Federal Australian Government must save more by cutting spending. Expect Mr Hockey to be criticised for saying that truth. Normally, he would be lauded as a threat to Mr Abbott's leadership, but as that cannot happen while the press are criticising him, they are instead calling for his sacking.

Victoria voted

A week after ALP win in Victoria, CFMEU shut down a building project. Aldi are building a new site and some of the project involves off shore professionals building to Aldi's higher standard. Many workers are CFMEU related, but the union shut it down for no reason. This will cost the contractor lots for which there is no compensation. Fairwork have launched an investigation.

SMH journalism involves using Twitter to find memes providing confirmation bias. Which explains why they are so often wide of reality.

Rolling Stone rape story does not pass basic journalistic checks. But then Rolling Stone, in accusing others of rape, had bragged they hadn't investigated the claims. Now they are distancing themselves from the article. Sorry for those who unjustly are accused. A rolling stone gathers no moss.

"An American spaceship designed to go to Mars has splashed down in the Pacific." reports ABC news at 7pm. One guesses they will have to redesign it then. Many had hoped it would proceed flawlessly to the objective.

A great man, 'Nelson' Mandela died today. He had been a terrorist for much of his life, but he eschewed terrorism and became a statesman. He achieved a transformation that Arafat had failed. But Mandela never relinquished his socialist ideology. He was ungrateful to those who had worked to free him. He leaves behind a nation divided differently to that of his youth, but with the hope of a future that would have been unimaginable during his incarceration. He died old and blessed. He had family and a legacy that inspires hope in the world of overcoming adversity through stoic defiance. He had been a terrorist, but he embraced love.

Mandela was old, and his loss is not as substantial as Steve Biko. But his life is the more powerful testimony. Fred Hollows is highly lauded in Australia by many of the same now applauding Mandela. I once met a man who had died in one of Africa's homicidal orgies of violence. The man, whose broken body had been left with others in the half shell of a burned out church where he had rotted for a week. One arm had withered. But after a week, he awoke, and found God. He toured the world, speaking of his experience, and came to my church in Cabramatta with his testimony. Because I am so fat, he had a picture taken, with me, to show his African friends how Australians might live. He related how he had met Mandela when Mandela had been suffering prostate cancer, and he blessed him in the Lord's name. And Mandela was cured. I remember thinking that the Lord could have done better with a child who could give more. But I was feeling uncharitable. Mandela's life, not his petty feelings, means much to Africans and the world. Mandela's legacy is one of hope and love. Forgiveness and redemption. Who hopes for more, that has not sold themselves short?

We know of a place in England still existing, where a dole of bread is served to every passerby who chooses to ask for it. Whoever the traveller may be, he has but to knock at the door of St. Cross Hospital, and there is the dole of bread for him. Jesus Christ so loveth sinners that he has built a St. Cross Hospital, so that whenever a sinner is hungry, he has but to knock and have his wants supplied. Nay, he has done better; he has attached to this Hospital of the Cross a bath; and whenever a soul is black and filthy, it has but to go there and be washed. The fountain is always full, always efficacious. No sinner ever went into it and found that it could not wash away his stains. Sins which were scarlet and crimson have all disappeared, and the sinner has been whiter than snow. As if this were not enough, there is attached to this Hospital of the Cross a wardrobe, and a sinner making application simply as a sinner, may be clothed from head to foot; and if he wishes to be a soldier, he may not merely have a garment for ordinary wear, but armour which shall cover him from the sole of his foot to the crown of his head. If all these things are to be had by merely knocking at mercy's door, O my soul, knock hard this morning, and ask large things of thy generous Lord. Leave not the throne of grace till all thy wants have been spread before the Lord, and until by faith thou hast a comfortable prospect that they shall be all supplied. No bashfulness need retard when Jesus invites. No unbelief should hinder when Jesus promises. No cold-heartedness should restrain when such blessings are to be obtained.

In the vision described in this chapter, the prophet saw four terrible horns. They were pushing this way and that way, dashing down the strongest and the mightiest; and the prophet asked, "What are these?" The answer was, "These are the horns which have scattered Israel." He saw before him a representation of those powers which had oppressed the church of God. There were four horns; for the church is attacked from all quarters. Well might the prophet have felt dismayed; but on a sudden there appeared before him four carpenters. He asked, "What shall these do?" These are the men whom God hath found to break those horns in pieces. God will always find men for his work, and he will find them at the right time. The prophet did not see the carpenters first, when there was nothing to do, but first the "horns," and then the "carpenters." Moreover, the Lord finds enough men. He did not find three carpenters, but four; there were four horns, and there must be four workmen. God finds the right men; not four men with pens to write; not four architects to draw plans; but four carpenters to do rough work. Rest assured, you who tremble for the ark of God, that when the "horns" grow troublesome, the "carpenters" will be found. You need not fret concerning the weakness of the church of God at any moment; there may be growing up in obscurity the valiant reformer who will shake the nations: Chrysostoms may come forth from our Ragged Schools, and Augustines from the thickest darkness of London's poverty. The Lord knows where to find his servants. I am a decent man and don't care for the abuse given me. I created a video raising awareness of anti police feeling among western communities. I chose the senseless killing of Nicola Cotton, a Louisiana policewoman who joined post Katrina, to highlight the issue.
