Gaining independance was a mementous occasion in American history, these freedoms and libirties were not achieved without hard work and sacrifice. So tomorrow, as you rejoice with family and friends, please remember those who have not yet obtained their freedom. Think of the Burmese people who need your support. By continuing to call your Senators to support the renewal of the Burmese Freedom and Democracy Act, it could be you future Burmese people think of as they celebrate their own independence.
