WOMEN should have to sign a contract before sex to combat false rape allegations, if proposed new laws are passed, independent MP Ann Bressington says.
Bolt says
I’m sympathetic to a law which upholds a woman’s right to say no during sex, but Maryland’s appeal court isn’t so sure using rape laws is smart, either. For a man to continue having sex after a woman changes her mind is surely wrong, but is it really rape?
